Good search, had me and a mate looking for a good 20 mins. Thanks for the hunt.
Searched for what seemed like ages before part of the BigRed02 teemed nudged a rock that I think we had all stood on at various times to find the prize.
Thanks for placing a cache at this great location.

Great hike. Second time up here and so glad we found the cache. Lil bit of rummaging and standing on a particular rock before unearthing the cache
Cause we didn't found the Gollom we hiked up to this rock, searched a long time under each rock and shrub but couldn't find a anyone. Way back we found an old track counter! Cool!
Maybe there is no cache anymore. Greetings from Germany Felsmaus.

Personally, I was never going to get this cache. I can’t get past my heights phobia, however I still enjoyed the hike! Luckily, my 17yr old came with me, with a much stronger nerve! She climbed all the way to the top, after going half way up a different route the first time, but still couldn’t locate the cache unfortunately, she gave it a good go. There’s no way my nerve would’ve allowed me to even reach the summit let along look over that gnarly edge as much as I wish I could! Tftc anyways!!! Was fun looking!
Cache number 2 for the day! We started a Friday adventure to cruise around and pick up a few. Spontaneous decision to make this climb and I’m glad we did. Such a beautiful spot.
We did need to spend roughly 10 mins searching, turns out my gps was spot on.
Tftc. Found with Billy.

Spotted in the corner of my eye a certain object which looked out of place. And lo and behold.

My find No. 6999!
We started in the early morning to escape the heat of the day. We went up the Northern track which wasn't really a track.
On top of the mountain we enjoyed the spectacular views to almost all of the Glasshouse Mountains. A fav point for taking us up here!
We searched for the cache. Found it and added our TBU.

The way up was shorter but harder than the track we took on the way down.

A steep climb on a well formed track. Geo hubby found the cache. An amazing view! Thanks for the hide!
A lovely morning for this walk. I parked at the main car park and walked left down the road to the gated track, left at the cairn and up the trail to the rocky scramble which was ok. I found the replacement cache and signed the log. I followed the trail view map to the trail going down the other side of the mountain. It is a well walked trail no bush bashing required and once I found the start it was down all the way with lots of trees for hand gripping. At the end of the trail marked by some log posts I continued straight ahead on the track and picked up a pink tape markers leading around the base to where the Trachyte trail intersects and turned left back to the car park. A very enjoyable adventure and a favourite for placing the cache up there. Thanks d.d.dudes.
Had the day off with hubby so we decided to walk up this mountain. Parked on the side of the road and went up.
For anyone doing research it took us under 30 minutes to go up. Then we took in the view on this beautiful winter’s day.
Hubby made the find of the newly placed cache
Thanks for having this cache here else I wouldn’t have known about this walk.

Today, I joined karicka with a few minor hikes around the Glass House Mountains. This was a late plan change due to wind warnings for southern ranges, with karicka wanting to do *Cookie monster*. That turned out to be a quicker find than what we had anticipated, so we then headed up other mountains, which included Mount Cooee, Mount Ngungun, and Mount Beerburrum. We also walked the Yul-yan-man track, targeting the *Yul Yan Man Track - Glass House Mountains* Adventure Lab, which was an approximate 10 km hike completed in about 3.5 hr (which included the added Mount Beerburrum detour). Once karicka departed, I ascended Mount Tibberoowuccum ("Castle Wing"), and then headed back home via Caboolture.
This was actually a really fun hike/climb. I parked at the suggested parking waypoint, and made my way along the fire tracks. I had the trails on my map, and so I eventually made it to the informal trail taking a 90 degree left turn, quickly increasing in steepness. The trail would certainly be tough in any wet conditions, and even dry today, there were a few sections that I slipped down whilst descending. I bet a number of the trees and roots get utilised by hikers steadying themselves, but were rather helpful for my trek.
Once I got to the ridge, I was treated to some terrific views. I continued upwards, and made the final scramble up the castle wing lookout, overall completing the trek in about 20 minutes up. Some terrific views of the surrounding Glass House Mountains and surrounds, in particular Mount Tibrogargan nearby. There were a few other hikers who must have ascended here to time with the sunset, which I thought was sweet.
I had a pretty decent search around looking for the old cache, but alas, like others before me, I'm pretty sure that this geocache has unfortunately disappeared. I had liaised with the CO prior to my hike to check if they were happy with me replacing the cache should I not find it, and they quickly replied with permission to do so. So with a pre-prepared cache brought with me, I have now hidden a new cache container to the LHS of the track once you are at the top of the summit, which roughly aligns with GZ. The cache is sufficiently away from muggle views, but around the corner of a grassy plant, and new cache hidden underneath some rocks. Hopefully this cache lasts for several more years, and it was good to keep this geocache going since it was one of Queensland's 1000 oldest caches, hidden in 04/2008. Thanks d.d.dudes for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Climbed all the way up the mountain and spent a solid 20 minutes searching. Disappointing, but to be expected after it hasn't been found in 1/2 a year.
Out on the geohunt with my muggle son. Container is bit broken and needs replacing.

Climbed both Mt Tunbubudla today with Beardman75, Snickersallan, Wayn0 and karicka. After lunch we tried to rescue a tb from the nearby multi but unfortunately it was a DNF. Just as well, it gave us the reason to climb up some more to console ourselves.
TFTC d.d.dudes. Enjoyed the climb and the view. The cache attributes and rating could be improved I think. A favourite point nonetheless.

Terrific day out caching with karicka, Beardman75, E_Smiley and wayno.
This was certainly well worth the walk up to the top to find this one. Absolutely stunning views all around and a nice quick find was made here today.

Took our cousins out to conquer this mountain my ankle was playing up a bit but the georugrats boundless energy kept me going, glad I did views were gorgeous tftc
Nice to get out onto the Wing, views are fab! Tibro looks steep from this vantage point for sure.
Was looking over the wrong side at first and thought “that’s was too dodgy for a hide” and it was. Found nice and safe, easy to get to.
Thanks for bringing me to the top d.d

A further scramble uphill and the intrepid TeamARF up the rocks! Tftc brilliant views
Since Gcoven and I collected Tibberoowuccum - 2 for 1 continued up the hill to check out the Castle Wing. Interesting how the terrain differs from the ascent which was sandy. The route to the 'wing' was uphill but more rock slabs and the last rock scramble at the end.
Got to the top to admire the views of the other glasshouse chess pieces. Then decided to check where the cache was hidden. The GPS had me over the northern rock ledge and I'd forgotten to pack my cape. Venturing to the side found it tucked away, all nice and dry. Then it was the slow glide back down the rock.
Threw the GPS into the bag and somehow managed to follow another trail back down, well away from T 2-1. Walked around the tracks at the bottom to drop off the tool for the next cacher.
Great morning to be out and about, and good work out. Thanks for placing this cache d.d.dudes

After a false start to find the trailhead, we headed up in search of a sunset and a geocache. Got both. Happy with that. Cache in good shape. TFTC
This was a great walk and a fantastic 270 degree view from the top including Brisbane skyscrapers, Moreton and Bribie Islands, Caloundra and much much more.
Without a hidden Geocache to find here it is unlikely that we would have come to this location so thanks d.d.Dudes.

We had a great walk up Tibberoowuccum today, nice and shady forest - steep but not too drastic track. We found the multi and continued on up the trail admiring the views of Tibrogargan and Cooee and the coast as we glimpsed the view through the trees.
We had to carefully negotiate the narrow track at the first "summit" as it was pretty close to the edge then continued on taking snaps of the view along the way. We were glad not to be on the Tibrogargan track at this time of day as you could see it was in full sun. We scaled the rockwall -it was fun but a bit awkward with my water bottle dangling in front of me and phone in my pocket. Got to the real summit and what a view! It was superb. We took lots of photos, then looked around for the cache. I thought it might be a bit close to the edge from others logs but it was far enough in that we found it and safely signed without fear of falling over the drop off.
Took a fairy, left black buggy.
We then settled down to enjoy our lunch - chicken and salad roll from the Landsborough bakery - yum.. We had a good rest and admired the view a bit more and then started the descent. No-one else had appeared but we did hear a few cooees from further down the hill. The rockwall was scaled in reverse without injury luckily and we followed the trail onwards.
We were at least half way down when I noticed a big tree stump that I didn't remember seeing on the way up and the track was wider and more eroded than we remembered. We realised that we may have taken a wrong turn and backtracked and followed some pink and red arrows painted on trees which led us further off track. After getting the gps out and focussing on waypoint one for the other cache that we had to return a particular item too, we discovered that we were 350m away on the wrong side of the mountain. There was nothing for it but to follow the track back up again until we reached the rocky outcroppy bit and find the correct track down. We were massively puffed once we reached the top again and after a brief breather, we turned back down on the more familiar track. We didn't notice at all that there was any sort of crossroads as the tracks are so narrow and amongst rocks. A good hint to avoid copying our mistake is to keep Mt Tibrogargan in view on your right as you descend and keep heading north not west - if you can't see it and there's only forest, maybe you're on the wrong side of Tibberoowuccum. Who knows where that other track would have ended up - deep in the forest below somewhere, I couldn't see any roads on the map in that direction.
We managed to finally get to the waypoint and return the item just as a muggle started up the track or were they caching? They were certainly paying a lot of attention to their phone.
Despite our extra exercise, it was a great walk and adventure!

A nice climb to the top with Geowife and Chris. Took a little while to find this a there were some drops off the side.
After finding the multi cache earlier on we headed up to this cache. The walk was pleasant although the gradient was a little steeper, this mountain seemed to be easier then some of the other mountains that I have climbed recently.
Dora the Explorer and previously found this cache so she allowed Phil Serenity and I to hunt for a while and after a little searching and being aware that there are some nasty drop offs, Phil Serenity located the cache.
The log was signed and returned to the cache and the cache replaced exactly as found.
All is good with this cache.

After doing Tibberoowuccum 2 for 1 we carried on up the path until we got near the top where we had to scramble the last few meters. Great views from GZ while we searched for the cache. All good with the log. TFTC d.d.dudes
Its a rare occasion that allows Mrs OC and me a day out together to climb some mountains, but today we had the opportunity to climb not one but two Glasshouse mountains.
After finding 2 for 1 we headed up here. Despite the overcast weather, the views were magnificent, and we loved the geology up here, the split rocks are cool. The scramble up the last bit wasn't far or hard.
We spent some time admiring the views and taking pics before grabbing the cache. The wind picked up and rain was starting to close in so we headed back down.

This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #2635. Thanks **d.d.dudes** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

I enjoyed this one. Third mountain cache today. Loved the rock formations on the way up. Had a little trouble finding the cache. So sat down and read some logs whilst looking at Mt Tibrogrogan. Turned around from where i was sitting and reached out and found the cache. Beautiful views.
The hubby and I had a child free day so decided to tackle a couple of caches.
This was the second on the list. Wow what a cache! Absolutely spectacular views. Glad we did it. We'll be coming back here for a walk again. Loved it. TFTF

The little one was staying overnight at a friends so no better excuse to conquer one of the Glasshouse Mountains. We were both a bit sore from the day before so thought this one would be a good for us. I have misjudged my fitness levels though as it was a bit of a struggle for me. Millbet man strolled up (he's a tradie and surfs most mornings), I laboured the whole way up (I'm accountant who sits on her large rear end all day).
Despite being a little embarrassed at my fitness levels, manage to get to the top and boy was it worth it! Absolutely stunning. With the summer months now at an end this is a great way to slowly build up the stamina to grab the other caches nearby. We took it slow going down as the rocks are quite loose.
Took us a awhile to find as I see has previous cachers but it's definitely there all in good order. We left some magnets but didn't take anything. We noticed someone had written in the log that it was their first geocache (but haven't logged online). What a great cache to start off on!
TFTC! Favourite from us

Enjoyed the climb up, and scramble at the end looked harder than it was. The view was worth it, and the cache a bonus. TFTC. Watch out for cairn on 4WD track and turn left into the bush - onward and upward.

Sunday. Slow Puncture was up in the Glasshouse Mountains area with Team DNA and Linden/6.
Continuing onward up the path to collect our second cache for today and the pathway was getting rather slippery for the shoes that Mrs Slow Puncture thought would be suitable for today. We got to the top and made our way along the ridge for a short while, coming to where our co-ords showed us was the likely spot for the cache. What a view! Magnificent and amazing.
Logbook is in good order. Signed and replaced. We all took some time out whilst we took lots of photos. FP awarded for this cache due to the wonderful views and lovely walk to this one. The last bit of a scramble was not hard and there was plenty of hand and footholds. Although the skies looked threatening, it only lightly spat on us.
This was the 2nd of 9 caches found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]d.d.dudes[/Blue], for showing us this place.

A morning of caching with KC of Slow Puncture & Ange of Team DNA.
There are mountains to climb!
I had 8 caches on the radar for today .
2 of 8 in total!
After having found a nearby multi it was on to the main target for today!
The Castle Wing.
Despite my having a few issues with vertigo I had been invited to attempt this cache & being a Geo-cacher (read CRAZY!) how could I refuse?
Continuing our uphill trek, the angle of ascent began to ease a little which I took as a sign that we were nearing the summit.
Well, nearing the summit of the first stage anyway! LOL ...
A well earned rest stop & it was back on the trail.
We were definitely getting closer, you could almost smell victory!
Wound along the ridge line & around a bend to find ...
... about 12 metres of almost straight up!
Take a back seat vertigo, you are NOT welcome here!
Dropping our backpacks & hiking poles, looking upwards, it was time for the final assault!
As it had been sprinkling lightly the rocks had a tendency to be a little slippery.
NOT helping keep the vertigo at bay!
OK, no mucking about!
Admonishing myself to not look down I began my climb.
KC had preceded me & was advancing at a good rate so I had to perform well, didn't I!
Imagine my elation as I stood upright ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN!
A quick look around & the cache was in hand.
Checked the contents & added our marks to the log.
Replaced all as found then took the time for some happy snaps & another well deserved rest before beginning our descent.
The views from up here are amazing.
Mountains with caches on them everywhere you look! LOL ...
The return journey went without event once I had found my way down the initial 12 metres.
A pleasant walk back to our respective Geo-vehicles, remembering to return the 'tool', from the multi, to it's allocated place of repose.
WOW! Another mountain conquered!
I am stoked.
We spent a few minutes discussing our adventure & watching (in the extreme distance) other crazies climbing Tibrogargan.
I can see another climb coming up in the near future!
Thanks for the company Slow Puncture & Team DNA!

A definite favourite point for this caching adventure!
With my usual geocaching playmates otherwise occupied today I set myself the ambitious task to climb six mountains to pick up the remaining caches I had left in the Glasshouse Mountains. My targets for the day were Mt Beerburrum, Mt Coochin, Mt Ngungun, Mt Timbberoowuccum, Mt Miketeebumgulgrai and Mt Elimbah. This was my fourth mountain of the day. After a brief stop about half way up I continued my climb to the summit. No problems making the climb up the last section but it did take me a while to locate the cache container. After signing the log I headed off along the track to the bottom. I hadn't got too far along before I realised the markings I had been following I didn't remember seeing on the way up. A quick check of my track map showed I had strayed off the course I took on the way up so I back-tracked the short distance before locating the error of my ways. TFTC
This cache made me work for it. Cache is fine and all intact, the zip-lock bag around the cache is quite shredded though. Thank you for placing this cache as it made me go out and climb Tibberwoocum again and once at the top its all worthwhile.
I coaxed geopartner into taking a walk up to this cache today.
I had already been to the cache lower down but I wanted to complete the one on top of this mountain.
We chugged up passing the other one and soon we were above the tree line and faced with the last 12 metre rock climb. I did not think I could get up there so I sent geopartner up and waited for him giving him the pen and the GPS. 15 minutes later he could not find it. I said keep searching. I waited again.
30 minutes passed and he still could not find it. He said to me that I had to come up the rock and search. He helped me up and told me where to put my feet and soon I was on top. Oh wow! Look at that view. He gave me the GPS and I took 5 minutes to find the cache as geosense kicked in.
Signed the log and rehid the container. Now I have to get down. Slid down using the foot holds and geopartner hanging onto me and encouraging me to fight my fear of falling. Sometimes my legs feel like jelly and the sweat was pouring off me but I persevered to get there. Sometimes I went down on my behind as I feel safer to do that and wont slip on the loose gravel or leaves. Now I can look up at the mountain and say I got you. I think Tibro will just be a dream!

Steep but a relatively easy climb, cache location half scary. Excellent views, thanks
This one was not really on my list today, however being that I had just completed a multi that got me more than half way here, I figured it would probably be a good idea to just keep going a little more and at least see if it was possible.
Thankfully the terrain did not keep going up as much and just a bit of rock hopping across the ridgeline (well maybe it was to wide to call it a ridgeline) Anyway I soon was at the base of the last ascent. It turned out that this climb was really not to bad at all and I was up in no time.
Before taking a look for the cache I stopped and took a couple of pictures and such of the view. Then it was onto taking a look. Soon enough I figured the area that I needed to take a look at and sure enough the cache was retrieved. I got my name in the book and everything replaced, before getting started on the descent.

It was decided by the group that it was about time for us all to go out and bag some mountain Geocaches. So Stacevel, SuzySquirrel, spinna76, Lechbros and myself all headed off into the land of the mountains, The Glasshouse Mountains. We had a few places on the list though nothing set in concrete.
Gee, it really was starting to heat up now, the humidity was the killer... Though, knowing that there would be a cache at the end, we powered on from the other multi up on this mountain. It was a great climb as you really did encounter so many different terrains all in one hike.
Thanks for the cache d.d.dudes. The cache is in good order.

Another caching adventure with spinna76, SuzySquirrel, MinkosDes and Lechbros. We decided to tackle the ones on this mountain after climbing Mt Ngungun. I liked this walk, alot of different terrains were encountered. Coming down wasn't quite as much fun, my feet slide forward in my shoes and I end up with sore toes LOL

We continued on from Tibberoowuccum 2 for 1 and headed up toward this cache. I was very proud of my mighty geogirls who powered on despite getting a bit scared by the drop off close to the trail at times. They conquered all but the last 12m scramble, which Freddo and I completed to retrieve the container. I have never been a climber, and have to say that through caching I have challenged myself more in the past 12 months than I have in my life. Freddo found the last scramble easy, and I was surprised to find how keen I was to follow him up. To say I was proud of myself to reach the summit would be an understatement! Thanks for placing this cache d.d.dudes and for the awesome challenge. A favourite point from us for a tiring but very rewarding afternoon

A quick find after the scramble up from the nearby multi! GZ was surrounded by flies, we were worried we would come across a dead body! We found our cache instead. Signed log and replaced! After a few Cooooeees we made the journey back down the mountain. This was cache 3 on our 4 caches, 3 moutains, 3 hours adventure. TFTC d.d.dudes fav point allocated for the adventure and the view!
Continued on to this cache after finding the multi on the same track.

After finding the multi further down the hill we set off for Castle Wing. After arriving at the summit we began our search. Finally located the cache after about 10 minutes and signed the log. Grabbed a few photos and headed for home.
A really enjoyable cache. A favourite point from Griffo.

On a day out hiking and introducing my friend to geocaching we had a great time following this little know track up to the top of Tibberoowuccum. We had parked at the given coords and found the first cache to be an excellent pathfinder for the rest of the climb to the summit. The small scree slope is a bit unexpected but not too difficult and the rock climb at the end is fun. The views are incredible being right in the middle of the Glasshouses and we took a few photos. We had a good view of the recent fires on Tibrogargan.
We then searched for the cache and I found it quickly with the help of the good coords. I guess the round trip took about 1 hour at an easy pace.
Thanks d.d.dudes for a nice little adventure.

Continued on from the last cache, made our way to the rock face and we both scrambled up. It was well worth it for the magnificent view. After catching our breath soon found the cache. The hike back down had its challenges, but we made it down in one piece. Thanks for the cache.
Geowife and I walked around Tibro yesterday and today we returned to walk up this little mountain. After getting the other cache on the way up we headed for the top following an easy trail to see. Once on top I had a little bit of a problem locating GZ. My GPS had me looking at a place that my instinct was telling me maybe not. Just then Geowife spotted something and sure enough she had it right again. What a cool view from here. I love the slightly more remote places to hike.

This was my second attempt at this cache having failed at the first. (came in from the other direction and inaccessible, hell climb, lol) Certainly worth the second attempt (and a much easier route) Signed the log TNLN. I spent quite a bit of time just taking in the views. Also saw a big old goanna up there. Thank you very much for this cache.
With the Meg#8 group we continued on from another cache to find this cache. Lovely views on the way made a climb up the rock feature as mentioned worth it at the top as not a fan on heights. Log was signed by the group and photos of view taken. Was very happy to have completed this climb both up and down the rock wall with everyone helping out each other.

A great experience, despite the heat making things a touch more uncomfortable than a winter hike would have been! The climb up through the scrub was just challenging enough, but it wasn't until we hit the rocks at the top along the ridge saddle that I really started loving this one, and when we got to the Castle itself, I was smitten. I do like a good rock! It earned the favourite point I'm giving it. Scampered up to the very top to admire the views and sort out which of the surrounding hillocks we'd climbed in previous geoadventures, and generally enjoyed it, even though the climb had claimed the life of my hiking pole. Getting back down proved a touch tricky as the scree slope had a predilection for disappearing beneath one's feet, but made it in one piece. TFTC, d.d.dudes. =^.^=
I, too was part of this mob forming a now famous Pprime MEG outing. Number 8 today I was told. This small mountain was to be the first of they day and although we got an early start, it was already warming up quickly and having completed the nearby multi, I was certainly feeling the heat.
In the group today was Crew 153 and met up with Fangsoki, Pprime, Sweet_bee, La Kedi, /dev/gc0c, dahumbug, Dosshell, Parko's, AngelasansDave, SwellerFungus, Lady Sim and KJTJMJ. It was quite the crowd. So we continue the tale from the final of the multi and seeing as we were on to of a ridge, it was relatively easy going. Although I did note there are a few cliffs getting about and I was glad I didn't have to deal with any of them today.
It was pretty easy going and we came to the base of the rock face. I think there was a rope being attached or maybe I just made my way around folk being extra safe. I do love this type of thing and scurried up quickly. A few folk were already at the top and I made my way to the cache and the views. At some point the logbook was handed around and I am pretty sure this was my 4400th find. Must I say a most fitting cache for it too. I spent a while just admiring the views from here. It is always good fun picking out places you know, mountains you've climbed and those areas you'd like to visit. A great spot for a cache and thanks for bringing me here. TFTC d.d.dudes

Found with the MEG8 pack. Was a nice little walk up from another one down the hill. I powered up the hill with one of the others as I was keen to get to this 10-12m rock climb. It was a nice little scurry up the hill and ol mate found the cache, which I insisted we leave for the others. I was then able to sit down on a rock for a while and have a bit of a chat while we waited for the others to follow. It was good sitting down and pondering on the view and it was not very long before the team was all together.
Thanks for the cache d.d. dudes, we are starting to get familiar with each other.

So, what is MEG? Amongst a few 2013 GEOGoals I've set myself, one I have dubbed Mission Empty Glass (MEG for short). This involves tackling all caches across an area I've defined loosely as 'The Glasshouse Mountains'. Every multi, every mystery, every micro, every mountain and everything in between. This, the eighth group outing, was focussed around Mount Tibrowoocum and Mount Cooee, and north to the Landsborough township. After the traditional pre-start coffee - Fangsoki, Sweet_Bee, Dosshell, La Kedi, /dev/gc0c, Dahumbug, Mrs Parko, Angie minus Dave, Crew153, Captain Terror, Swellerfungus, Lady Sim and KJTJMJx2 started our attack on the first mountain of the day.
We'd taken the path past the other cache up here, and kept on going to the top of the first peak where we paused for a bit to allow the puffing to ease before heading off to the GZ. While I struggled somewhat getting to the peak, the ridgeline walk was most enjoyable. The views were great, the terrain suits my preferences better, and I really felt 'in my element' along there. Then the last little section - yes, I love this sort of thing. Scrambled up to GZ with the group and ... oh WOW! That's just amazing. Wow wow wow
Thanks for placing this cache, d.d.dudes. Mobbed in good condition.

This one was just a taste for what was to come later in the day....the view was excellent and the find was quick. a quick drink and back down the hill towards the next smiley..
With a really crappy last few weeks of work, I have been looking forward to a weekend of caching as part of the MEG#8. With a bunch of fellow MEGgers we hit the road for a heap of caches on a glorious day.
After continuing from another cache on this hill, we were greeted with a great view, and a bit of a challenging scramble up a small rock face. Nothing for this group to tackle!
The log was signed as a MEG 8 group, and after a short rest we headed back down the hill.
It would be remiss of me not to mention falling over on the slippery shale on the way down, cutting a slice in the palm of my hand. Fortunately LadySim was on hand to ensure it was properly cleaned and bandaged before we moved on.
Thanks d.d.d.dudes, most enjoyable and a fave pt from me.

With fantastic views along the way, wasn't long and we came to the rock feature mentioned in the description. Once we all got to the top, we stopped for photo's and took in the views before locating the cache.
I had brought a 1.2L sistema with me to replace the existing brittle one that poor Jase had put his finger through
Log book was dry and contents were moved over to the new container and a new bag was added to the container.
Certainly a great spot for a cache. Thanks d.d.dudes, a fave point for sure

Third cache of the day for the MEG#8 event. I didn't think the uphill could get any worse, but it did!! Up and up and up! At least there is a beautiful view up here!! I thought the downward direction would be much easier but I kept sliding on the path! This one was allot tougher than I expected but well worth it in the end! So glad to have made the trek!! TFTC
Along with the other 14 of the MEG#8 group attacking caches in the area we headed along the ridge from the other cache on Mt Tibberoowuccum and then took our time to negotiate the climb up the rock face. I am not one for this type of climbing but with the help and guidance of the great bunch of friends I managed to get to the top.
A short search was all that was needed by the group to uncover the cache.
This one deserves a fav point from me for pushing me past that barrier.
