Logs
As there's been no cache to find or log to sign for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
I was nearby today so took a look at where it was last time I logged it (last year) ... and nada. No muggled container with swaps strewn across the grass as I was expecting, it was plain not there. Just in case you were wondering
Given the Roshin log, I will temporarily disable this one. Seeing Rastas and Maverick in a few days so will talk it over and decide if it is worth risking more GCs if some damn Muggles know where Bruce is.
It just looks like someone else picked up some trackables on Wednesday but hasn't logged their visit: TB3JA33 TB3EQ2K TB1RFFY TB129PN. Doesn't seem to me like anything sinister at play here....
Cache doesn't seem very muggled - unless their timing was out, they took a plastic dinosaur in favour of an expensive-looking electronic toy. Pathtag got.
Nice hide! I never would have thought in a million years that there was a cache here. There were quite a few empty beer bottles and there was only 1 geocoin and a travel bug along with an assortment of swag. Took the International Year of Astronomy 2009 Coin and the travelbug to move on. The cache may have been muggled as the inventory and last logger had a lot more trackables than this.
Left a Geocaching Oz pathtag.

I’m sure I tried to find this one in the dark (literally and figuratively) a couple of years ago. However, a nice easy find with a rather large ammo can. Nice little hidey hole away from the heavy traffic. Noted 13 trackables in the cache and took 5 to move them on. All of the listed trackables are OK except for the Super Cacher Geocoin which appears to have gone missing some time ago.

All is well!
Dropped a coin, took a coin, looked at all the pretty coins.
Man is this cache full of coins!
Made it to shelter before the rain.

Another one I thought I should tackle outside of peak muggle time. Pulled over and wandered over to the plaque. Nicely placed! Thanks for the cache Green geckos
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Popped in today to drop off a TB that I have held for far too long.
Looks like he got picked up before I could log that I left him!
Cache in good condition.
No other trackables present.

Finally found a travel bug for these welshy's to take down south. We left one as well.... Also fowarded on some bugs to Leyn72 to take down south so i will place them here for them to collect... lol
Sweet!
This was an after though... after an afternoon of caching, groceries needed to be picked up, and the GPS said this one was tantalisingly close!
Convinced the now sleepy accomplice I was with to plod towards it. Didn't have to go through unmowed grass at all, and spotted the cache quickly!
Hmmm.. then comes the little issue... I was wearing thongs because of the boggy park caching I'd been doing... but now the words 'snakes' came to mind... ALOT! But I couldn't leave it here now, so I scooted through the 'arch' and back out, checking the ground carefully!
First ammo box I've seen in the flesh, and couldn't work out how to open it at first. Then I unsettled a hunsmen spider hiding under the hinge... I may have screamed a bit.
Cache is nice and dry and clean!
Didn't spot any coins, but swapped a TB I had with me for the one inside.
This one was fun and big!
T-very much-FTC!

TFTC been meaning to do for awhile. Great location for tb hotel. Took Trevor the touring Turtle and left Jumbala and some other goodies.
Been past here many times and never noticed it at all, grabbed TB, heading to bundy tomorrow. Dropped off Northern Ireland 2008 geocoin.
Dropped a trackable that we have had far to long sorry grabbed the only trackable there to travel further . Go croc hunter for another trip to the zoo
We don't come up this way too often so it was a pleasure to pull over, read the plaque and swap a few TB.
Russ certainly never let a chance go by to celebrate anything.

Great container - ain't nothing getting in that wasn't put there. Helping three trackables on their way, left one.
Stopped on our way to Australia Zoo to get this cache. What a great cache container, we don't see these very often in Europe. We chose this spot to set one of our Geocoins free. In our hurry we totally forgot to discover all the trackable we didn't take with us.
IN: FlauschBaerenBande's Alpine Geocoin, Mouse Class A TB

Loved this cache. Good size, lots of fun reading the missions on some of the TB's. We took the only 2 trackables that we could help. Fowler the Fox and GEOKOBA's Christmas Compass Geocoin Proxy.
Swapped little dwarf for Dora figurine. Signed the log and took off, just as another car pulled up right beside us. Suspect another geocacher.
Top cache. Thank-you.

It was like opening pandoras box. A lot easier during the day to find the cache and will move on 17 trackables on our adventures. Thanks
Pre-dawn jog, planned to get here when there was some light, but I ran too fast Found it after getting wet in the long grass, and collecting lots of spiderwebs on the face and arms. Didn't get bitten by any spidres though, maybe they were still sleeping.
left Frog in glass houses to start his world-wide journey, Took some coins and a dwarf. Saw a Teddy Bear and signed log.

Had a few trackables that I should have dropped off a while ago and AmbulareSimia said he had the perfect spot. With Plus-One as our chauffeur and fellow cacher for the night, we found a safe place to park on the quieter side of things and began our search. I followed my gps 2 a spot well out of sight from the highway and after a bit of a rummage round, came up with a cache big enough to leave some of those travel Bugs that just won't fit into your standard cache. Discovered :Happy TB, Scary Monkey TB & Rescue Teddy TB
Left : A Little Further North Travel Bug

Great Cache. Very sheltered and discrete on a very busy part of the highway. I've driven past this spot uncountable times and didn't know there was a monument there. Now I know. The Cache is in great condition and is chocka-block full with swappables and trackables. Saw the Funky Monkey TB and Rescue Ted TB but couldn't help them on their missions so left them. TNLNSL TFTC
Now that's a fantastic container and in a great area. Had to begone quite a few of my favourite orb spiders. Located after a small hunt. Left Funky Munky TB. TFTC!
found this while doing a bit of caching before heading home to SA. Left Rescue Ted TB, took TB TFTC, great hide
This one was close by on our travels so we dropped in for a quick visit.
Stopped in, SL, and got on our way. (Travelling with NyletaM)

Driven past here too many times to count and never knew there was a plaque, Geocaching is so educational. Quick and easy find, well maintained cache, although like others before me I had a bit of a run in with the spider webs. TFTC
Stopped in to swap trackables.. All in good condtion

Even though it was peak hour, I decided to risk it and stop to drop off a TB as it really needed to be moved on. The grass was very long and as the cacher before me said, watch out for spiders, as their huge webs are everywhere. TFTC again.
easy find but even easier to find the orb weaver spiders

Came back to collect something and cache is in good condition. TB I left is still there but there is no geocoin. I will use this cache again for TB placement. It is just so easy to get in and drop a trackable and you can rest assured the little beast will be safe until picked up again. Gets my vote for one of the best.
I loved this cache, easy to reach from side of road parking, even at peak hour with cars coming off the main drag. I checked the plaque and have to admit I didn't know who the Highway was named after. Also was not surprised to see Russ Hinze got his name in there in 1984. At one stage he was known as the Minister for Everything. Another good thing about this cache -no one can see you while you hunt about for the ammo box. And I see what you mean about swaps, it's full to the brim with swaps. I took the marvellous Message Book which gets my vote for a Top Swop. I left a TB Travel Smart and a new 3m elastic occy strap. When I find a cache like this I want to leave something really good. This one did it for me. Also gotta get me some stickers like Green Gekos have.
Found at 18:45 wih Shell-A. TFTC. We were amazed by the number of swaps in this cache.
***My 100th find***!
***My 100th find***!
took Tassie Devil keyring and left bee keyring, Might suit the nice scent of the plants.
Find number 7 for todays run with the kids - although they stayed in the Car for this one.
Considering this length now it is suprising the Bruce used to be only 100km long
This was a great cache - well sorted and with some great goodies.
We took the travelbug and I will take it north with me later this week to drop off.
Left the YinYang Keyring/Chime

This was our second cache of the day and as it was still fairly early there wasn't too much muggle traffic and we were able to park nearby. After reading the plaque we just followed the GPSr directly to the very well stocked cache where we discovered the Tb

Nice easy find on the start of our trip. Great little forgotten place took 2 GC/s and a TB and left 2TB's and a coin. The kids were very excited at the huge amount of swaps in there. TFTC
