Worked out the final coords some months back but due to phone coverage issues could not pin point the final location. Needing a P cache for September decided to come back and make the find. Thanks for the cache.
Today I was out for a drive and saw a nice couple of caches that I could hopefully fill a gap in my degrees. I had some of the answers here but required some searching and there was even a hint in a previous log. Finally got what I needed and headed off to find the cache. not sure if I had the right container as there was just a piece of paper and some names in a container. Did not see the one in the pic.I signed the log and continued on to the next one thanks
I arrived, and I manually added the two waypoints as per the description (a small recommendation would be to add these directly to the geocache). Waypoint 1's coordinates didnt make sense, and given that there hadn't been any recent comments on their accuracy, I decided to walk there anyway, but alas, they were definitely down on a farmer's field and didn't look right. I returned back to the cemetery, and I ended up getting lucky and I found *Sgt. G. W. Weier* at S 27 38.717' E 152 15.227'. It looked like visitors many moons ago seemed to only find the information from the internet, so that data may be on there too.Onwards to Waypoint 2, and I had no issues finding *Clara*.With coordinates for GZ calculated, it was a short walk to GZ, and the cache was found quickly. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Speedmistress for the cache placement, and [Brother Colin](https://coord.info/PR5Q03Z) for its ongoing maintenance.----------Today, it was an early morning start hiking Glen Rock and Mount Philp circuit in Main Range Conservation Park and National Park and attended [Glen Rock Saunter](http://coord.info/GCAKZQC). Arriving back in the early afternoon, I then visited a nearby rock art site [Chalowong](http://coord.info/GC57X5F) followed by a few small cemeteries within the vicinity. With continued dreary weather (rain), I returned home, visiting Minden along the way.
I was out in Laidley for a meeting and I grab this cache.Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for geocaching community enjoyment.
We were passing through and had noticed an old multi and so a detour was implemented and a calculation required to find this hide . All good here.
A target cache for this trip and needing some multies.Well worth the trip to see the views. Lovely to see the buildings being looked after and a scent of the country nearby.TFTCache Speedmistress
Out for the day with geofriends caching in the area. Was quite surprised how many Germans settled in the area with all the Lutheran churches around.Made our way to the graves and searched for the information. One eluded us but a google search got us the answer. With final coords we made our way there. Searched likely hides until we found the logsheet. What a lovely spot.TFTC Brother Colin
After attending an event in Plainland, I ventured out with geo friends, RoddyC, hatzofff, Imbunda, and patrol14 to look for a few more caches that we all hadn't previously found. This was a much bigger resting place than our last one and was very well maintained indeed. We signed our initials on the logbook and went on our merry way.Thank you, Speedmistress, for bringing us to another lovely peaceful place and this good multi ??
Up in the Lockyer Valley to attend an Event with RoddyC, Hatzofff , Snickersallan and Patrol14 and picking up a few caches before and after it.Some great views along the way. This took a long time looking with no luck, tried contacting CO but he was unavailable so we left a new sistema . Log signed as group before replacing near Clara. I do enjoy cemetery caches, so much history. TFTC
In the Lockyer Valley and surrounds today because of an Event at Plainland. With hatzofff, imbunda, and Snickersallan. Joined by Patrol14. Clara, it appears has been robbed. The five of us gave the area a good going over, but to no avail. We all tried to contact someone, but with limited phone reception hampering those endeavours, it was decided to implant a new Systema for future finders. Log signed and cache replaced as found at 3:31 pm on 4 November 2023. TFTC, Speedmistress
This one was made easy as a groundskeeper was on site to help me find the soldiers grave, which is turned a different direction to every other grave.
Finding Clara was slightly difficult but we got there in the end.
My math is problematic but I realize my error and re did my sum.
There was no log in here so a receipt was used as paper.
Interesting tree

A long day geocaching with ESCR in Toowoomba and (sometimes quite distant) surrounds. A good range of caches for the day, with a variety of TOTT employed. Did not get through everything on our list, but we were rather ambitious! TFTC.
First stop for the day and a lovely drive to get here. Cache is a squished mint tin with scrap paper inside. Def needs some love ️
Hitching a lift home from Charleville with Jacs Team picking up the odd cache along the way. There must have been some heavy rain out here as there was water over the road. I had the gummies on doing a walk through when another car came and drove straight through so we followed the bow wave and were on our way.
Found the cache but it's had a drenching too and could do with a wipe out and new log.

Returning back to Brisbane after a week of geocaching in the Queensland outback town of the Murweh shire, I had this quick little multi on the to be picked up list. Making a detour through Helidon we found ourselves in the vegetable growing friends with broccoli on one side and spring onions on the other.
The kilometres were ticking down nicely when we came across natures barrier - water well and truly across the road. EchoCage jumped out of the car and put her gumboots on to test the depths before I drove the car through. Making it through okay and a few turns later we were at the church!
Some prior research saw us able to head straight to the final. Which was found with relative ease. The contents were a wet slimy mess. With only part of a receipt we put out names on it and slipped it into the cache. This will require a helping hand by the community or owner attention sooner than later.

Was kind of passing by with Crew 153 today, so an opportunity to avenge a DNF from earlier in the year popped up. Quick find today, not sure how I missed this last time.
Thanks Speedmistress for entertaining me at this location.

Pprime and I escaped Brisbane for the long weekend for the delayed public holiday for the Ekka. We hit the road to Emerald and back home via Roma.
Pprime had this one on the list as he had a DNF on it in ASpril and wanted to check it ourt again.
We arrived at the spot where he had determined to search last time. He started searching while I widenend the search area a bit and after searching one spot which would fit the hint I found the cache in another spot vwry close by.

A beautiful sunny day that was begging us to come out and play, so a-caching we will go!
Nothing better than fresh air & sunshine on a country drive to raise the spirits.
An easy enough process gathering information and a nice quick find at GZ.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

With a recent DNF, I was worried about finding this. We collected the info and I headed to home be spot where nothing turned up. Then found the hide a few metres away. Thanks for the cache
Thank you for placing this multi cache. Beautiful church and lovely surroundings.
Out and about today for a few older caches on a big round trip. Stopped here and made short work of the calculations and then searched a couple of likely locations - one extremely good spot - but sadly all were empty. Shall have to return.
Thanks Speedmistress for entertaining me at this location.

my husband and I decided to go for a little drive from Brisbane to Gatton and beyond. I love these multis and so just had to stop off here. the information was easy to find and at gz it was not long until we spotted this cache. such a nice cemetery. thanks for taking us here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
Out on a country drive... decided to stop and look for this cache... a very quiet Monday morning was ideal as there wasn’t another person to be seen....
Collected the required information, then spent some time going round and round... found an ideal spot for the cache, but it was empty... then moved something and found the cache... tftc...

Heading west to Toowoomba and making a few stops to stretch the legs along the way.
Weirdly I wasn't the only one here today, a bloke was sitting on the bench looking forlorn, obviously grieving but said hi as I went past. Grabbed the required info and headed off to crunch some numbers then a quick find was made.

Took the family on a public holiday drive and detoured by this way before having a picnic in Gatton. It was quiet here today so it was easy enough to find the required information, then it was off to the GZ. Searched around a little bit and then consulted the hint which helped, thought we had a likely spot but it was empty. Was about to walk away and search somewhere else when I spotted the remnants of a cache on the ground. The log book was still in good condition but the snap lock bag and container had seen better days. We brought a back up with us as we had read previous logs, so we replaced the container and the snap lock bag and put the original log in there. The cache was placed in the likely hiding spot to continue on. Tftc speedmistress
Was planning on visiting this Pioneer legend today, but the cemetery was a hive of activity with tree lopping underway very close nearby. No way of stopping with out arousing attention. Another day

Really enjoyed this multi and exploring the old graves. As previous finder said, container needs to be replaced (sorry we didn't have one with us either) but was still manageable to sign and replace as found. Some nice unloved for us on this one towards a challenge cache too yay! TFTC
Cache number seven for the morning, and last for the day
Numbers worked out and worked a treat! Now I understand the hint. A very good example and looks like that will be there for a while!
The cache container however is rusting to bits! No longer has a lid and really needs a new mint tin here. Unfortunately I didn't have one with me. Perhaps next person planning to find this one can bring one with them[?]
Anyhow, log was still ok so I've done my signing duties and replaced it wrapped up in an also decaying plastic bag, back into the tin. Whole lot tucked back in as I had found it. No muggles around today, but a cow was watching me intently from the other side of the fence!
Thanks for the cache Speedmistress

Round 1: Kept on driving as there were people visiting a grave site
Round 2: Got all required information to complete co-ordinates and complete cache. Figured the co-ordinates our wrong (I did it over and over and jumbled up two numbers). The coordinates indicated a 14minute drive (which we did) that ensed up taking us up a (very) steep gravel track. When we ended up in a driveway gut instinct told us we were wrong. We turned around, completed Pioneers #5 and re-ran our calculations. Fair enough, the co-ordinates took us all the way back to the lutheran church.
Round 3: We looked and looked and looked some more. We had the locatipn correct - confirmed by the hint but we couldn't find the cache. After reading some cryptic clues hidden in activity logs, we found it! TFTC & TFTA (thanks for the adventure!!) - bird&bear

Out today with Geopartner from the back of Ipswich to back of Toowoomba.
A nice sunny day, great day for caching and enjoyed our visits to these caches.
I had made a mistake in calculations last time here and failed to find it.
It sure April fooled me.
Mistake fixed today and I headed to GZ.
A quick hunt revealed the cache and we signed the log and returned to where we found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Speedmistress All good with this cache and multi

We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
Currently staying at Laidley today we decided to head out for a drive in the surrounding area. Got a little sidetracked and strayed further than we had loaded into the GPSr. Luckily we had GSAK with us and were able to grab coords for caches offline. Phew.

Arrived at the cemetery and obtained the info required to complete the final co-ordinates. Had a visit by a local guy who was at the hall and church next door. Wanted to know who we were looking for. Told him we were geocaching and explained what it was all about. He gave us a history of the place and the locals. We then went off to GZ and it took us some time to locate. A sneaky hide indeed. TFTC
After collecting the information we started to head off to GZ when a local farmer who had been doing some work around the hall came down to see if we had found what we were looking for. We explained that we were geocaching and looking for a couple of headstones - he seems to understand what we were doing. We then got talking about the history of the local area. Thanks Speedmistress for putting together this multi.
Needed to take an old lady to Gatton for the day, so I just had to get out and find a few caches with my geodog Scruffy while we waited for her.
Was the hint for the location or the way the container is now ?? lol ...
'Cool' location on a winters morn ..

Up bright and early and out for a couple of finds before the competition starts, first coords put us an odd spot but a quick scout around and we soon had the info we needed so some sums done and we are at GZ. TFTC - love these cemetery caches.
Up early before the competition starts and do some maths and we are on our way to the next one. TFTC
Out to pick up a few caches.. had solved this before but a matter of no light made it hard to find so with a nice warm day we set out to collect a few more smileys.. found our log signed and returned.. tftc You've been bear'd
Next, we made our way to this one. The first coords, put us on the other side of the road, so we just searched everywhere until we located something that might have been right. then we located the next bit of information. Soon, we had a likely set of coords. I headed there and searched for a while before I located this carefully hidden cache. TFTC
Like others before me I too was a little lost at first looking at long grass, and opted to a Google search which led me to the Sgt. I'd found Clara ok also. I found a nice seat to sit and work out the final numbers. Off I went having first overlooked the cache wandering off, but coming back with clue in kind and having a closer look I spotted the sneaky well hidden cache. It is Sunday morning but not a soul was seen. Nice grounds here. Tftc
Like the logs before me, I couldn't find the Captain so googled him. Clara was there. I always think of the parents who have lost children (no matter their age) when I visit cemeteries, so sad. Hadn't read the bit about not removing the cache, worked it out all by myself, Hah, Hah. That's it for today, four finds, no DNFs, all good. TFTC
We found Clara easily enough but Sgt. G. W. Weier was a bit harder, there were other Weier's in there but not the one we wanted .... We ended up googling it and found a photo which helped us. We had walked past it at least once and hadn't spotted it.
Now that we had all the info we figured out where GZ would be and headed there. While Net88 and Captain Terror looked in one spot I wandered off and looked elsewhere. Oops, found it! Like others have said, the container is not removable but log can be taken out to sign. TFTC!

Captain Terror, Sezzz and I were spending the day caching our way out west. We were picking and choosing our way through the geocaches so we could get to our destination at a reasonable time. We pulled up and headed into the cemetery to start searching.
The Captain headed off towards the coordinates given to find the first bit of information but came up empty handed. We decided to search around and see what we could find. We found Clara but the Sargeant was still missing. I found him online and even though we now had the information we still wanted to find him in person. We matched the photo up to our surroundings and soon had him in our sights.
We wandered up towards the final coordinates and started searching. It took us a while and it wasn't until I turned around and spied Sezzz signing the logbook that I realised it had been found. Thanks for the cache Speedmistress.

Relatively, multicaches are becoming rarer and rarer. As such, when Net88 and I were planning a roadtrip into the 'Tenthill Creek Valley' and saw this one, it got added to the list. It looked pretty straightforward. This morning, the two of us, joined by Sezzz were scooting along and arrived here via Jeebropilly, Grandchester and Laidley.
I have only been to this general area once, but already as we drove further south, I was enjoying the views immensely. Mountains either side, tranquility of the farmlands and the road was not what you'd expect for somewhere that feels this 'middle of nowhere'. I parked us alongside the cemetery and we got to work.
First port of call was the 'start your search at' co-ordinates. When this turned out to be across the road among some featureless long grass, I looked all around in other places. We decided to just walk the rows and Clara was found before Weier. After a long hunt, the Sergeant hadn't showed up. Net, with marginal internet reception did some research and found not only the numbers, but the clues that lead us to the actual monument in the cemetery (not at the co-ordinates we interpreted it to be at).
Some numbers were crunched by Net, co-ordinates entered by me and we set off to the final location. The notes about it being a few metres off were in mind as we hunted. It was Sezzz who made the find. We joined her and I was amazed at the hide. I guess more by chance than planning, it is really well hidden now. And not going anywhere soon! Not something you'd expect to just stumble across.
Our names were added to the logbook and a few photos taken. Replaced as found and back to the car. A little confusing to start with, but we got there in the end. A great place to visit, thank for bringing us here. TFTC Speedmistress

This is a good way to learn more about the local history of the area. Got all the required information and proceeded to the final coordinates. A nice neat hide. TFTC Speedmistress
I always enjoy this type of cache, a great way to get a taste of local history. Took longer than it should have to find the information needed but once done we had a seat and worked out the final coordinates. These put us a slightly off the location but the hint saved the day. A neat little hide, no chance of an accidental find here. All is in good condition, TFTC Speedmistress
Took some time to get to the start point as GPS was taking us all I've the place
But once we got here found the clues we where on the way to the prize
Found about 8m from GZ
Thanks for a fun hide

Out for the day caching with angloj. We were wanting to add a few extra smileys to the Gatton/Laidley/Rosewood areas but we also managed to grab them in Lowood and Willowbank as well. A great day all round.
We had managed to work out the coords for this one the previous night and we were ready for the search. We were able to pull up close to GZ and begin our search but no luck Widening our search we found the hide, quiet set in its place. Signed the log and replaced. Great hide and TFTC Speedmistress

Heading westward for a play day around Gatton with teamdfl Time to head south and grab the two multis down here. We both like visiting cemeteries so had a lovely wander around collecting the needed info. I made use of another app on my phone to crunch the numbers for us, and we soon had a very good looking GZ and made our way there. Quite a few hiding spots to check, but we missed the cache, then widened our search area considerably, but still no find Time to call in a PAF, and we got good instructions, but the container was still a hard won find. It's well tucked away! TFTC, Speedmistress.
Out and about with IolantheK on a Friday frenzy. We had met at our usual spot and were heading west to find some smiles.
The first of the series for us. We did not make it to all of them today.
We very rarely read cache pages, so on arrival I suggested that parking in the church yard would be a good option rather than near the lsited co-ords.
We then read the description and loaded the new co-ords. Hmmm, that's not right. How about we look over there.
We love old grave yards, so we enjoyed our hunt for the information we needed. We soon and some numbers and headed off towards GZ.
We both saw a nice loking spot, but managed to miss the cache. We then widened our hunt, but still came up with nothing. After a thorough search a PAF was made. Seems we did not look properly to start with.
The cache was where we thought. The container is well hiden, and cannot be removed, but the log is accessable

What a pretty little church! And lovely kept grounds.
When we arrived there were three cars parked outside the hall. Found the information needed and were about to go for a wander when another car pulled into the grounds and proceeded to drive directly towards the cemetery. As he pulled up another bloke was headed on over from the hall. Feeling somewhat conspicuous we busied ourselves looking at the headstones. As they passed one said "Be careful of snakes. I have one trapped over here". Only then did we look up to see one of them carrying a shotgun!! And we were the ones feeling conspicuous!! They walked down the hill and were looking bending over in amongst the graves. Next thing Old Mate is discharging the shotgun into the ground. Can only assume they had it aimed in a hole as they then packed up and drove away.
Down to the business at hand and we located GZ...wow! This one won't walk in a hurry! Pretty much permanently in place. TFTC.

A mid week madness run down the Range through Gatton.
After sitting on a bench and having lunch we speculated where this cache may have been. The first waypoint was off and wanted to send us across the road, may have been an entry problem on my behalf. After gathering the info one of our guesses proved to be correct.
We took nothing but memories, we left nothing but footprints.
The hide, the container and the log are all in good condition and ready for the next finder.
Thanks for the cache Speedmistress

45 Km from home
A mid week madness run down the Range through Gatton.
After sitting on a bench and having lunch we speculated where this cache may have been. The first waypoint was off and wanted to send us across the road, may have been an entry problem on my behalf. After gathering the info one of our guesses proved to be correct.
We took nothing but memories, we left nothing but footprints.
The hide, the container and the log are all in good condition and ready for the next finder.
Thanks for the cache Speedmistress

After 2 yrs of coming and going we found it!! For some reason we pulled up today and it was like the wife just knew where to look cause she went right to where it was. The log was wet so we put in a new log in a zippy bag for the next happy hunter to find TFTC definitely a favourite for us
WOO HOO. Finally found the little bugger.
After 2 unsuccessful visits I contacted a previous finder for some help.
With a little bit of..."I am sure it was..." I went back.
This is a spot I had searched before because it matched the hint.....BUT.......the ants had built their nest completely over the cache hiding it from view, so I had missed it on both previous visits.
The ants now have a bit of redecorating to do.
The cache and log are in good condition as well.
Thanks for the cache.

After a few months and no visits I thought I would give this one another go.
Got the same result.

1.20pm Last one before lunch, was expecting this church to be busy being a Sunday, but not a soul in sight, glad it's not me mowing the lawns. Founds the clues and worked out the GC, had the wife scared...the ants have chewed a hole in the log bag and the little so & so's bite..note to self need to bring along some zip loc bags, signed the log and replaced and headed back to Gatton for a steak sandwich and chips. TNLN cheers
What a beautifully maintained church and cemetery grounds.
Hunted around, got all the clues, did the maths and worked out co-ords for GZ.
The clue was also a good help. Located cache with inhabitants (ants). Left cache in place and extracted log. It's a little bit damp but still able to be written in.

Found with Spray.8k & geomum. Loved the drive and hunting for the clues, then the little wander to the cache's home. When we arrived we discovered the cache was home to some other inhabitants . . . ANTS!!! [:(!] TFTC!!

Had a good search today. Church was quiet. Unfortunately no find. Nice drive though and will have to go back soon
Found this one OK, but I didn't have any spare logbooks today. Will check it next time I'm in the area. TFTC SL
Got the coordinates after a bit of a look around. GZ was soon located but it took quite some time to extract the cache!! The container and log are a bit on the sad side but we got our name in there. A lovely area. Thanks Speedmistress
This was an enjoyable and respectful little cemetrey multi. After having a hunt I came up with the answers and did the sums. Made my way to GZ - I finally found it after looking in a few places. A well hidden little beast indeed. TFTC Speedmistress
We went for a wander and looked at many graves, all I kept saying was I went to school with a kid with that last name. Anyway on with the search and up came the info and the cache SL TFTC
A beautifully maintained spot, no troubles working out this one, the cache was well wedged in its hiding spot and took a bit of extracting, thanks Speedmistress I'll come back another day for the rest
Found this very well looked after church, hall, and cemetery and started the hunt for the cache. Found the info we needed but did have some argument from our gps. Headed for GZ and the gps had us looking in a slightly different location than where we needed to be. We'd worked out the co-ords correctly. Our gps just argued about the location. Found the cache nicely stuck in it's spot. Removed log and signed. Log had only a very slight dampness to it but nothing to worry about. Virtually dry. Great hide and such an amazing situation. Thanks for the cache speedmistress. TNLNSL.
The log is saturated after recent heavy rain. It cannot be written on and needs to be replaced.
Found at 1330Hrs. Eventually found the info needed to get the final co-ords, and the cache was found fairly quickly. This is an interesting place to visit and have a look around. The relative number of baby and child graves is an eye-opener.
The log is saturated and cannot be written on. Sorry, but I didn't bring a replacement.
Thanks Speedmistress

15/02/2010 17:15 Found: I got to this one as it was threatening to rain. When I worked out that I was looking for the information for clue one at the clue 2 co-ords, it was easy! Finding the cache however had me looking in all sorts of spots. I eventually found it just as it was beginning to storm...
The log was very wet, but I must have had a waterproof biro as it wrote in it ok! It might need looking at in the near future.
Thanks for the cache Speedmistress

Sgt Weier? Found another Weier husband and wife -must by sgt's parents, now where is the Sgt? Ah - over there!
Found plenty of Wilhelminas but finally found a Clara.
Immanuel's parishoners sure take pride in thier little church and keep it in good condition.
Cache log was sodden by recent rains, and writing near impossible. an interesting feature near the cache, that is for certain.

Found all the required info, done the calculations and headed to GZ. What a great hiding spot, isn't it amazing what's happened there. TFTC.
193 - Nice quick multi which we found at 2:24pm. Nicely hidden. We found a very small green tree frog sleeping in a tight hidey hole near the cache. TFTC Speedmistress.
Quick find by the GeoNephew!
He grabbed 3 of the legends hides before I could get them. Need to take him caching more often!!
What a great Church, and so far off the beaten path! Thanks for bringing us here!!!

Found at 1200. Was a little off course at first then read other logs. Did this one and another few with Kelly from Team Beaufort. Used the co ordinates in tekfukoi's log and had this one in the bag fairly quickly. TNLNSL TFTC.
Had me scratching my head to start with but used tekfukoi's co-ords for Sgt Weier and then it was easy.

Have been meaning to look in this place for years, now we had a reason for it.
Very easy to find the church, a bit harder to find the cache, it was very well hidden. Well done.
I managed to turn over and replace a pile of junk before we realised where it was more likely to be.
The church and surrounds are magnificently maintained and zzbetter half 'my German speaking zz' interpreted many of the grave stones.
Another lovely 'Pioneer' cache in another great location and well hidden.

We were 'petrified' we wouldn't find it as it was getting really dark.
Nicely done thanks!

Had 2 goes at this one today, 1st time the rain was bucketing down, so off we went to do a couple of the other pioneer ledgends and we returned later for this one. Found the coords given for Clara and Weier seem to be way out so we searched all over till we found the clues then on to the cache. Very interesting.[^] TFTC
PS Here are the locations I got
Clara: S 27.38.732 E 152.15.225
Weire; 27.38.719 E 152.15.228

Had a little trouble locating the required gravestones but calculated GZ & found cache after a short search. TFTC
GPS all over the place so we searched all the plots to get the answers. Did the maths and found the cache. Thanks Speedmistress,an interesting half hour.
Enjoyed a stroll around the cemetery seeking the necessary clues which led me straight to the spot. Very clever piece of nature. TFTH.
We found the required information easily enough, but the coordinates placed us in what we thought was private property. We didn't feel comfortable looking for a micro in such an area without permission so left. TFTH
