As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.

Visiting at 4.30pm is probably not a good time for this cache, since the near-by skate facilities are populated by kids. While I was able to identify the probable cache location, it was not possible to search with muggle-kids around. Returning at 11pm - avoiding more muggles, this time couples walking dogs - and looking at the previously identified cache zone made me think the search was going to be harder than it was. However, when I approached the cache from the right direction, its hide was spotted, and cache removed.

As noted previously the cache-container is wet and the log-book almost too soaked through to write in.

17-Dec-12
Waited for the muggle-kids on the skate ramp to go (luckily about 15 mins) then searched around GZ and found the very sneaky hide. Cache was very wet, but could still sign. Thanks Jyetara

Found 2:42pm , find # 1699
I had some spare time today so I headed over to Cranbourne Botanical Gardens and carried out some unfinished business there.
Picked up a few more on the way home,
This was find #15 of 17 for the day.
I parked on the opposite side of the little park, so walked across past the skate area, and entered the hump.
I found the cache after a few minutes looking, feeling that I was in plain view of the houses, although there seemed to be no-one home.
I eventually found it in an area a bit more out of sight.
In defiance of the hint, the log book and the cache contents are quite wet and need attention.
Nicely hidden however, but a waterproof container would have been a good move.
Thanks Jyetara,

Another huge TDC / RA alliance caching night. Headed down to meet up with the crew which included Trailrunning and Rebel Acts for the night. Quasar3671 was heading north to Cairns for a road trip to view the total eclipse. We ended up with a huge haul for the night with nearly 50 finds, but soured by 3 DNF's. With bikes on board, we cleared the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens and did some other bike caching. Great fun. The night was geared to a general cleanup of the Mornington Peninsula, which we did. An awesome night caching with some great caches found in both day and night.

Found fairly quickly, skate park was quiet. Log book wet but we were able to put a sticker in there. TFTC.

You just have to love Cup Day holiday being on a Tuesday, especially if your main caching night is a Monday night. This can only mean one thing, a huge night of caching! I had spent the morning with my girlfriend at the cinema, before the appointed meeting with Blacklegend and RebelActs later in the early afternoon. Our other team member, Quasar3671 was heading north to Queensland for the second time in two weeks, to clean up the power trails up there, so it was just the three of us tonight. So we based our caching area on one location we knew Q3 had cleared. We had also planned to grab caches that can only be found legally during daylight hours, so we packed the cars with our bikes and headed south to the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens. With the first 17 caches found in under an hour (love those bush mountain biking adventures) we headed south from there all the way down to Mornington. I’m pretty sure we visited about 56 caches for the night and my personal total was 51 finds. There were a few DNF’s which took a bit of time out of the run, but we were pretty sure the caches were not there and a RM will be logged for each of them. With such great company, why wouldn’t you be out caching at night in such warm weather? Thanks again to each and every CO for their efforts.

This time there was only one bike muggle and three of us so weigh of numbers was in our favour and the cache was found in the location I suspected the first time I visited but did not attempt due to muggle activity.

The cache is wet and needs maintenance.

Spotted the hide, but the local kids were using the skate ramp and would not stop looking at me. So I had to abandon my attempt at this one this time around.

16-Sep-12
Arrived at the area but noticed quite a few muggles around so gave it a wide berth, will attempt on another occasion

First find in 64 days. Its great to be out again. Big Grin Perfect weather for caching. It was nice of the council to do some pruning in advance of my arrival, but I wonder how they knew I was on my way. Razz

Very inventive hiding place.

First opportunity to use my new rubber stamp too. TNLN SL TFTC.

It's a pity that the presence of a nearby skate ramp guarantees the presence of rubbish - mostly bearing the 'M' branding.

Despite the general grottines of GZ, the cache was located and the log signed.

That was me this morning who said hello to Mrs Jyetara, no idea where the mystery door-knocking sound came from as I was tucked away at the hide.
Well this one was a shock, I removed the camo to see a frog sitting on top of the cache! Scrambled to try and grab the camera before it jumped off but I think it jumped right before the photo, so be careful replacing this cache and its camo as to not squish its inhabitant.
SL, Many thanks for the cache and its froggy inhabitant Big Grin

17-Oct-10
I approached this cache from the other direction so was able to grab it without attracting the attention of anyone. Maybe it was the fact that the rain had started again that left me uninterrupted! Thanks for the cache. Oh and I marvelled at the exercise equipment at the other end of the road. If it hadn't been raining I would have been tempted to stop for a workout.

08-Oct-10
Yep! it certainly pays to wear the Hi Viz gear for this type of cache... The locals were looking and as soon as I got out of the car they must have thought I was checking something and they all went about their business and left me to do my thing. I found the cache which was really quite a clever hide and signed the log.

Had arrived at GZ and my GPS was pointing to the middle of the road - and I was scratching my head wondering where to start when a car pulled up and went up the driveway at 16 and a lady came to chat with me. She was the cache owner ( or a part ownership!) and pointed me in the right direction. Lucky for me as I was a long way from finding it before she arrived! This is a clever hide. We chatted for a while before she gave me some directions on how to make the next cache a drive by - which I did saving a lot of time! Thanks for the caches, the chat and the advice. Nice to meet another cacher.
Thanks Jytera

Found this cache at around 2100 this evening, and was lucky enough to meet Jyetara, after thinking for a minute we may have been busted going through bushes by some Muggles. Had a good chat and was nice to meet some other cachers.

I headed to where I thought the cache was going to be, but when I followed my GPS, it took me back to the car park. I wandered around for a couple of minutes seeing if my GPS would settle, but it didn't. At this stage, LJ of Jyetara came out and so ensued a long and enjoyable conversation about all thing geocaching.

During this time the cache was located and logged, and my GPS readings taken. At the time, it said 10 metres from GZ, so there may be some new co-ordinates provided soon. Thanks, Jyetara, for the cache, and for chat.

31-May-09
Drove through the maze of streets that makes up Brookland Green's without too much of a problem and eventually came to a nice little carpark very close to GZ. Got out of the car and very soon TJ and I had the cache in hand. We sat down and filled out the log. This is a nice easy cache. Thanks. TJ took an orange plush toy. LN.
