### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there MSMACKA,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Cache is pretty cooked, log book is unusable and needs to be serviced, quite the dangerous corner to be parking on. But wasn't any traffic luckily.
Contents are a bit moist but still singable. A quick find but had to navigate in and out carefully as there were some big spider web with huge spiders. Thankfully I am not an arachnophobe. tftc
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Going to be honest, I plugged in the wrong GPS coordinates and came here! Lovely drive and quick find, but could not get the container open. Needs a flat head screwdriver as I couldn't improvise a tool I didn't sign, but reading the comments I'm under the impression that it's too damaged to sign anyway. Cheers msmacka
the contents are toast , really yucky , i sign a card and put it in, many thanx
Cache contents are all a bit 'manky'. We did some minor maintenance, light clean and placed items/log into separate zip-lock bags with moisture absorbers. But it may require some renewal.
It seemed a long way through the back roads to reach the cache and with a GPS playing up there seemed to be an infinite number of places it could be. But it was found and we made our way back to civilisation safely. Thanks for the interesting drive and the cache.
The cache is in excellent condition perched on its hillside and there are lots of bits of paper in it ready to be signed. Had a lovely tour of the countryside to get here and enjoyed the drive. TFTC
TFTC, was like going on a hike, resulted in a lot of prickles to pick out of clothing on way back into town. Great find.
I made this one a lot harder then I had to. Great drive great spot.
Travel bug came along for a trip too Tftc

I hadn't even noticed this one on my GPSr screen but the car GPS took us there anyway. Nice - we got Doppelfrogs new toy (Subaru) nicely dirty.
More fun dirty driving on the back-roads of Parkes. We even found a road full of sheep which made for an interesting diversion.
Found whilst doing a cache run after finishing work for the day.
Nice spot

Great spot. I've seen a few milo tin caches out this way and I've got to say that they are MUCH better than mint tins or pill bottles for keeping the contents dry and it only take a key or a 10 cent piece to open them up. I popped a path tag into this one.
On a weekend trip to Cowra and Forbes with fitzy_1965 and Awesome L.
Arrrgh birds - my biggest phobia - send in fitzy and the geokid. Someone has to keep watch, right?

We were visiting rellies in this area today. We checked for nearby caches last night and were surprised to see a new cache that had been placed 2 months earlier without a logged visit, so it just had to be found. Easily found once we arrived at GZ, so we now have another FTF.
