Really disappointed not finding this one. Looked in all the obvious places and followed the suggestions in hint and previous logs but no luck today. Thanks for bringing us to see this great piece of history though.
Found it after having lunch on a beautiful day just watching the ferry at work. Very pretty restful little town. Read about poor Harvey, found the cache. Thank you. Then checked the morge thinking it housed a pump. Eeeek. Made me jump. Freaky.
Too many workers around today. Left until another time..
Thanks matmob

I am sure we have found this before, but maybe we forgot to log it!
Anyway it was an easy find in the afternoon after a rather soggy morning while holidaying in Morgan!

Great hiding spot, once we thought we had found the spot we had to look closely to find the geocache. Well concealed! TFTC!
I collected Alternika from her abode and then drove down and collected mogni from her Easter Weekend digs. Then off to the Golden Arches for Coffee where we met up with AnyMules. [^] All aboard the Morgan Express for hopefully Lunch! (except maybe one of two stops in between.
Okay so we made it to Truro for lunch. Maybe we might make Morgan by dinner time
Hooray, the Morgan Express finally drives off the ferry at our Lunch Spot at about 8.30 p.m. [:0)]
Being Good Friday it looks like everything has shut up already so we decide to grab some caches and then figure out what to do.
One of the group had been here before and gives us some spurious advice. Must have moved as I found it in the rather obvious spot. Being dark and torchlight certainly added to the experience of this place!
Thanks matmob for the placement

Found while out for a day of caching with Brisal5, Mogni and alternika.
One of our party gave us some dodgy information before we searched for this one.
After we ignored that and searched where we thought it should be, the cache was quickly located.
Thanks for the cache matmob. Found on 14 Apr 2017 at 7:13 pm. Find #4539.

Found today on our way to the mega. Thanks for the cache. Interesting and ironic story
Heading to Alice for the mega event and we've stopped her to stretch our legs. A quick find and some photos taken before it's time to continue our journey.

On the road to the Alice Springs Mega with LuckyL10n. We headed through Hay, Mildura, Loxton, Burra before arriving in Port Augusta for the trek up the highway. Collected a good number of caches and all were found with no issues and the logs were soon signed.
Thanks for the cache and fun in getting to it and finding it.

#6352 - 14:20; Day 4 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune. We are now headed from Barmera to Burra via Overland Corner, Waikerie, Blanchetown and Morgan plus a few other smaller towns. After starting the day by collecting a few caches along the shores of Lake Bonney, we had now reached Morgan after caching our way through Waikerie and Blanchetown on the way. We decided to collect a few caches in Morgan as we passed through on our way to collect some of the newer caches in the nearby TdF series which have appeared since our last visit in 2014. Picked this one up after crossing on the ferry. TFTC matmob
Quick easy find with sevabo and Dolphia. It was an interesting story about the morgue house. TFTH
One of my first memories when camping as a kid in Morgan is this place! Thanks for the cache. Found with the kids and my niece on her first time caching!
Wandered up and make this quick find while waiting for the ferry. Some uncomfortable accomodation. On our way to the Alice Springs Event and taking the opportunity to grab a few caches along the way.
Thanks matmob for placing the cache for us to find.

Pa and I had spent a couple of hours on the TdeF trail this afternoon having arrived in town at lunch time. I sitting quietly logging my finds when I noticed something on the side of a vehicle parked very nearby. Of course I had to investigate and the next time I saw the owner, I asked if he was heading to Alice Springs. Yes he said, Are you too?
Yes it was Team Robins with the Geocaching Management Vehicle. We shared chit chat, had a couple of drinks and then revived Pa and I set out to find 3 nearby caches.
It was 3 out of 3 and only 1 more to do in town across the ferry before we tackle the rest of the TdeF trail tomorrow before heading off again towards Alice Springs for the Event over Easter.
TFTC Stamped log.

TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
After many years of visiting Morgan in the summer and always finding this cache muggled, it was a win to finally find and log it. TFTC

On a trip from WA. We found it. River in flood and water just 3 metres from cache. Water level today 6.6 metres!
Found at 4.45pm. Our stop for the night. Despite the cold biting wind and frequent showers we went for a walk along the quay. An ironic cache. Thanks for showing us this spot.

Found with our crew on our lunch break. Got a bit of a fright when we peaked in at GZ! What an interesting place!?!? Poor Harvey TFTC
Staying at the caravan park for the night, heading back home to Vic after a "work trip" few hours spare before tea at the pub. Quick find and great view.
Poor Harvey! Made a stop in Morgan while on a houseboat holiday and stopped here on our way in to town. No lid on the cage but all good and dry.
We stayed overnight in Barmera and I was able to hunt up a few caches. tftc.
Found on my trip by bicycle across Australia. #jonnyxoz great cache and very interesting location. I dropped and picked up a TB. TFTC
Staying just up the river with friends for Easter, I decided to head into town for lunch and grab a few caches. Spotted this one on approach and so it was quickly in hand. Retrieval was a little more difficult after a tourist decided to sit down nearby and enjoy the sun. TFTC matmob!
What a day to do caching than on your wedding anniversary back at the river where we had our honey moon. TFTC. And the history of this place.
Poor old Harvey, and he is still waiting to be picked up.

Quick find and then run to catch the ferry. One routing program said we could cross the river here and our Nuvi said no way. We forced her to navigate to the river's edge using this geocache.
