TFTC. Logbook a bit wet but could still sign. Very wet day but managed to get this one during a break in the rain.
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.Out for a visit out this way. Grabbed a coffee nearby and went for a wander. Stopped for this one which was still a little wet. Thanks sharnie's tribe for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
This afternoon after giving blood we headed out for a stroll in Don Reserve to pick up a few caches. We looked for 14 and found 14 which was marvelous. I was a bit puffed minus my litre of blood so we stopped for a few rests along the way. We also bumped into Rhubarbroad which was nice and we had a chat with him. We also met some other cachers. Quite an afternoon. The weather today has been fabulous, the Tassie weather is really suiting this Pom!. Thanks to all the CO for placing caches for our enjoyment.Unfortunately this one is drenched, emptied water out of container. Despite the bag the log book is soaked. Needs some TLC from the CO. TFTC
i found it!! but oliver’s at school, will have to refund when he is here!! i just couldn’t help myself
Super fast find on a sunny Sunday when out with the kiddos. TFTC
Found with LittleBoo17 and CachecrewJack

Couldn’t find this one today. Not sure if my arms are just too short and my phone GPS wouldn’t settle on a spot. Will be back to have another look one day.
process of elimination and a bit of luck finally touched it Thanks for the hunt TFTC
A nice quick find while on my way to visit family running out to grab this cache made me a little late But it’s ok just waited to log it till I got to the family’s place!
Thanks for the find

Out and about caching with all the Rafas for our holidays TFTC TNLN log dry, an easy find at GZ, a beautiful day in the north of the state.
Thanks for the cache CarrollEyre.
Spending a few days in the northwest with RLD4963 and the two GeoGSP's.
This was a nice quick find at GZ. Glad there were no muggles around.

Replaced cache container, logbook and plastic bag. Hopefully this'll stay dry for a while
Great little walk along a boardwalk to this one. Unfortunately the cache needs a full replace. Logbook was signed, but was so wet that it is probably not legible. Tftc.
Found after a few minutes of searching.
Out and about on a freezing morning, to find the caches required to solve the Mystery at the Museum challenge. Managed to find all caches that were searched for, each very quickly (7 finds, no DNFs)
This cache needs replacing for various reasons: the lid hinge is no longer attached to the container, and the container has rusted. Couldn’t sign the logbook because it was wet.
Thanks for bringing me here, it is a quiet and relaxing area to visit.
Here is a photo as proof of the find:

Our last day in northern Tassie we cached along the coast east from Goat Island to Don. We found a great variety of caches, learnt about the history of the area and enjoyed the brilliant coastal views while managing to dodge the showers and some prickles here.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** This one is in need of some TLC please.
Thanks to 'sharnie's tribe' for placing this cache on the geo-gameboard.

A great day out with gridge98 up to the northwest of tassie to collect some caches. Most were fairly easy finds in some great locations. TFTC
A great day out with JL Rockstar today to collect some caches around the Devonport/meander region. The main goal was to attend the event in Devonport for a very important 75th birthday.
Overall we found a total of 45 finds with 2 DNFs along the way.
JL made the walk down the bank from the road for a quick find.

Found today after several previous passes due to muggle activity on this popular walkway. But close to home, so not a problem !
Retrieved container and found to be sopping wet inside. Taken it home to dry out the log and the container itself. Going to make a rubber seal to go over the lid and will replace tomorrow.

Tassie Trip day 10 - today we traveled to Don to collect a few caches that were better accessed by the use of two wheels. We returned to the Don River Railway location a spot previously viseded and off loaded the bike and away rode the GeoVyclist on to the track and along to find those caches.
This one took a little longer than expected however once the correct position was had the cache was soon signed and I proceeded on my way toward another.
Thanks CarrollEyre for placing this cache for us to find.

Hi there sharnie's tribe.
We found your cache **"Logging Horses"** at 10:55:00 AM today. (This makes our grand total 18954).
We are camped in Ulverstone for a couple of nights, and headed to Don to find some caches We thoroughly enjoyed our stroll around the area and ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes on our journey. Our find count for today was 6 caches, with 1 DNF's.
Thanks for placing the cache here. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 10m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache was soaked, we spent some time drying it out, but it still needs some "Owner TLC".
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Cool spot. A little tricky to get to if you came here by car, but we managed.
Logbook is drenched and we were unable to sign.

Found while trying to help VCL reach 100 finds - Unfourtuantly the log was wet so we didn’t sign it
Back home after being in Tassie for a holiday, now the daunting task of logging all our finds, sorting through the scraps of paper with notes on them.
Had a few days of sunshine, a lot of days of rain, ended up with just over 105 finds all up on this trip, and visited many tourist spots in the north of Tassie.
found this cache in need of TLC log wet and difficult to sign
no muggles about. Quick find.
thanks to CO's for this cache

We're now two thirds through our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we're having fun finding the caches we didn't even know were here!

Took a bit of searching but finally found it. The path wasn't fun to lie down on but we did enjoy the wildlife along the walk.TFTC
Took a day out to Cache around the NW coast, we picked this one up along the way. Just to keep things interesting of course we came at this one from the wrong direction but why do things the easy way?
