Found the spot, but no container. Lots of small toys around, so I think it's been destroyed. Needs attentiin
Out on a lovely winters afternoon with SEB3 and Rocstar70... scared off some kangaroos to find this cache. TFTC!
Bring on 2020! GeoCaching - Great way to start 2020! Despite the dry summer vista I love the river, weathered stumps and trees. Mission today is to pick up an assortment of caches except I’m doing it in a most inefficient way as I’ve only the phone so it has meant not much pre planning with a bit of zig zagging on the bike before it gets really hot again. Either way, learning some puzzle solving skills and exploring Mildura is a plus. Here with a buddy who was brought up here so visiting the locations is accompanied by stories and memories. PLENTY of distractions too from the novel I brought with me TFTC
Having a great time walking the dogs and grabbing a few GCs on the way, TFTC, cheers DD
Broken container has been collected. Have replaced the container for the CO. Have put the old logbook in the new container and added a fresh logbook as the old one is a big weathered. Fresh swaps also placed. Happy Caching!
Suscoe headed out again today in the company of our great friends Phetlern.
It was a cool and cloudy start to the day but it ended up sunny and mild.
All in all a great day for caching in and around Mildura.
We headed to the south east and found a good range of caches near Irymple and further out.
King's Billabong was beautiful in the cool morning air.
Thanks to doheng for this cache.
The poor old container is falling apart.
LOg signed and on our way.
Took in a few views along the creek before we headed off.

No sign of the brown snake but yes container has perished on one side. Replaced as found.
Nice spot. Container is broken and not doing a good job of containing things. Found brown snake guarding it though! TFTC
Travelling around Australia, today we threw the GeoBike on the car for Mr Felix to tackle the last few Turtles and a few more caches around Kings Billabong before the rain tonight.
Just before lunch 11.30am and Mr F was on his bike to see what else he could find. Managed to find your cache today.

Easy find with geodog on a fine day. Needs repair - the plastic container is broken and I'm unsure if its even in the intended spot. Some TLC would do this one good. Tftc
Second find for the day and we lacked local knowledge and ended up on the other side of the water to this one. We weren't going to swim across so we had to find another way to get there. By this stage we had already ridden 7 and a half kilometres, much further than we needed to have!!!!
This poor sad container was found out in the open so we replaced it and covered it as it should have been. Sorry we couldn't replace it but as we were on the bikes we had no spares with us.
Thanks.

Found cache. Did not log as we didn’t have a pen. Took toy fire hydrant. Cache container is broken and no longer waterproof.
Not sure about the easy bit today
I wandered for a goodly 500 metres from where I left the geomobile to find this cache
A lovely stroll for sure,
and worth the effort [^]

Drive into Mexico and even north of the "wall" (Murray) today,
with Purrfect Di, Sebastbat, Jack, and junior muggle Alex trailing along!
Nice to get a few different caches at a distance from home beyond the daily cache find
A quiet spot - the tracks around here turn from vehicle to boardwalk quite suddenly, but we found a way!
Cache a little cracked.
Thank you doheng for putting out and maintaining the cache

Just out for a wander this afternoon grabbing a few park and grabs and also one or two caches out along the waterways today. We soon had this good sized cache in hand after spotting it as we approached the gz, the container needs a little loving as it is cracked, no doubt the butler did it... Added a little extra camo after we signed the log. TFTC doheng and for the walk around the area.
A quick find with the hints help. As stated before the container is cracked and the log book show signs of being wet in the past but is dry now. It is suffering from teenage boy syndrome,( sticky pages). TFTC.
We're camping nearby so I decided on an early morning walk while the other half snored. The log book is too wet to be signed and I didn't have any alternatives with me. Thanks
Excellent hide. Although the cache fell victim to the flood, so the log is destroyed unfortunately.
A lovely spot to visit and cache though a bit muddy today! Thanks for the hunt this afternoon:)
Moored the houseboat for the week and headed to the closest cache only to realise as we got closer it was on the other side of the river.. Oh well just had to walk a little further to pickup another couple of caches. Cache found ok and signed. TFTC
I headed to Mildura mainly to attend the '4 months to the Surf Coast Mega' event, but took advantage of the opportunity to do a longer roadtrip covering the north-western parts of Victoria. It's one of the few parts of Victoria I had not yet visited, so there were some great discoveries and much caching along the way. After covering Mildura I headed westwards along the river as far as Echuca before heading south again back home.
This Sunday afternoon was spent wandering around the wonderful Kings Billabong Wildlife Reserve.
After attempting to drive in and getting (almost) bogged I carefully made my way back to firmer ground and left my car there. Then it was a long but enjoyable walk in, where I saw braver cachers drive in and then found them bogged a few kilometres down the track. It all ended well when some youngsters helped out with a tricky recovery.
The Butler sure didn't serve this cache up easy!
By the end of the afternoon I had walked a leisurely 13km and found about 15 caches in 4 hours.
Thanks, doheng.

Muggle partner and I wre very generously given the opportunity to accompany Moneydork and Tounga to Mildura for the weekend, to attend 2 events
Saturday morning we left Berri and returned there Sunday night. Between that, I found 44 caches , attended the 2 events and had 6 DNFs
According to muggle partner, it was a great weekend I asked if he was now enjoying geocaching and he said 'no. The weekend was just good around the caching!'
Some awesome caches were found and some great people were hugged, met and spoken with

found between the Surf Coast Event - Mildura event and Coffee, Pizza, Coffee, Wine, Coffee, Event. After doing the mini mail trail I kept walking and came down to this one.
We are keen geocachers on holiday from New Zealand, collecting a few smileys as we pass by. Spent a whole day doing the walks here, enjoying the birds and the wild life. Easy find, cache all good. TFTC

Long scenic walk with Lord Rossatron - walked over a cute little bridge though i thought that was pretty cool, the weather was to hot though and the prickles in the socks and shoes were the worst!!! We kept hearing rustling in the bushes and kept thinking a snake was going to come out any second, i hit a stick with my shoe and completely flipped out ha, thats how on edge i was from the rustling! Good cache, we found it. to bad about the view of the river..... all yucky.

I wanted to find this one a few days ago but found myself on the wrong side of the creek. Never mind found it today though. A nice walk, ended up picking up a few prickles in my socks along the way, that wasn't pleasant, a few walks around the tree soon had us with the cache in our hand.
the map on my gps doesn't know the creek here, so first i found myself on the wrong side of it. but a few caches later i had made my way to the right place. clever hide, TFTC!
Out with brisal5 and Aussie M & M A big day of finding great caches and having lots of laughs.
Another great location and clever hide.
Thanks

Day 3 of a caching long weekend to Mildura with Aussie M&M and mogni. . We wanted to complete De Ja Vu and had spent some time with the cache owner collecting the necessary caches and clues. Having done that it was time to cache our way back towards dinner in Mildura. Plenty of great hiding places here and as I looked in all the wrong ones Mr. M. was busy locating the correct one. Thanks doheng.
On the 2nd day of M&Ms, brisal5 and mogni's caching adventure to Sunraysia we teamed up with local caching identity doheng who kindly led us on a journey to some of the finer caches in the local area. It was a magnificent day of quality caching which resulted in many favourite points being awarded. By this stage doheng had left us to our own devices.
The clue was very useful. By this stage we knew not to look in the obvious spots. Mr M made a reasonably quick find. TFTC doheng.

A fine day in Mildura so we spent the morning caching with friends Skippy and SEMIK before they headed back to Adelaide - in the afternoon we managed to get a few more. Some great hides, very sneaky making for a most enjoyable caching day. This one get one of our favourite points.
Thanks to doheng.

found this on good friday a very good hide we were surprised how much the water has dropped along here tftc
Bit of a dusty drive, and a bit of a walk, but well worth the effort. A good hide made a little more difficult by a number of possible places the cache could be.
Found on a beautiful day to be out caching, first find for Geopup. Geopup ran out of energy, so we didn't head on to Butlers Folly today.

Found while out riding around the billabong
As we approached ground zero we noticed a plastic toy on the ground next to "the obvious" place so I stood back and watched geo husband search the very deep hole, he was in it up to his shoulder poking around with a stick!!! I was getting ready to run if a goanna came running out.......
After a few minutes of this we realized it was in a less obvious place
Didnt see any snakes skin!

Please don't make us do Scary things! We poked around in the holes. Then found a huge snake skin lying next to the tree, I'm guessing 1.3 metres. Then poked with a longer stick - look photos inside scary looking holes. About 45 minutes later, in the dark we found it with both fear and frustration. Ran into huge spider webs in the dark on the way out. Please people we careful. That snake is there somewhere!
The river is rising and you will not be able to get to this cache. Will get this cache back on line as soon as we can.

Interesting drive in to this cache area, navigated lots of muddy tracks before finding a great open picnic area and with the cache close we parked up and enjoyed the walk in the sun to an unusual tree. We suspected where the cache was but walked all round to make sure there was no other more obvious hiding place. We looked and soon found the cache.
