Read all the previous logs, looked everywhere fotr the plug, but no luck today. TFTC
We have had a wonderful time caching around Bathurst and today we were fortunate to have the company of our friends Scenic Routers who added to the fun and encouraged us with some creative caching tricks. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to Scenic Routers for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
# 1352 - Out on a trip around Bathurst with muggle-friend in my new motorhome that brought me here. Since m-f wanted to come for a short drive we decided that we could also make it a caching trip and why not?
The last one for the day was to be close to town as we had to make our way back before dark. We found a good parking spot for our rather big vehicle and set out for a little walk.
Near GZ, or perceived GZ, as the compass was a bit jumpy, m-f and I had a real good look, but I couldn't find anything at first. Read through a few logs and mentioned that someone had said that they stood back and had a good look. Well, said m-f, that's what I am going to do and her words weren't cold or she'd spotted the little blighter! Come over here, she said, and stand back and have a good look... Don't ya hate clever people....?

The coords had be all over the place for a while. Finally made a nice quick & easy find while stopping for a quick break to stretch the old legs ... stop revive survive - cache! Heading home to Sydney from a weekend camp in Mumbil. TFTC
This one was tricky! I hung around looking for ages. I narrowed my search down to a certain area, thanks to previous commenters. Just as I was about to walk away (for the 3rd time!) the little bugger was spotted! Tftc
Hmmm I couldn't seem to locate this one today :/ I spent quite a while here, might need checking up on or I just simply missed it! Thanks for the hunt anyway....
Found during an early morning walk through the reserve before work. There were a few muggles walking through but enough time in-between to conduct the search. Many thanks Scenic routers
Found after a couple of minutes as cords were out a bit, under 10m, and had me searching in the wrong area. Tftc.
Like many before us we searched in every hole, under every log, rock and bush and was just about to give up and there it was. Just goes to show you only see what you expect to see. TFTC
Found on a geo trip with tmann421, great area with lots of scenery to visit.
Thanks to all the geocachers in the area for bringing us to some great spots.
Sorry for the late & repeat logs, just so many to catch up on.

Another good find with TuisReturn
We enjoyed touring around the area finding caches
Quite a bit of searching until cache spotted. Nice walk.

This is a nice place. Past logs give some clues to this one. The GZ was actually metres away from where the GPS led us. The bunnies will be nearby but just like the camouflage cache at Bankstown airport you just need to step back and survey the scene to see what is right in front of you. A good hide and TFTC.

My GPS took me a little way off this one, but with the help of a little hint from my companions, I was eventually able to spot it.

Sigh. Any time I see The Scenic Routers on a cache I know I'm in for a long, hard hunt with little chance of success. Today was no different. No joy here for the grown up Cache Assassin, but Geo-Gus had an awesome time sniffing for the rabbit
Spent 20 minutes looking under every rock, stick, bush and possibly a rabbit. We gave up and started walking back to the car when geoteen spotted it by chance . TFTC
After many, many months I've come back!
Cache is in plain site ..and so similar to a couple of mine... d'oh,,.. and guarded by a rabbit cache guardian.

Nice to cross this one off my DNF list.
Left geomobile as it was coolish and raining, within 5 minutes the rain had stopped, 5 more minutes and the sun was out and the steam was rising from the ground. What strange weather we have been having lately.
Today with geohusband and his eyes this one was found

Looked at plenty of spots around and just about to give up when we spotted it.
Enjoyed the walk in too.

Difficult with this one...micro and no hint in the bush with so many logs and trees...plus GZ not accurate so we gave up.
Don't know if it was my GPS or what but I was about 9m out.
Got it though. Came the quick way, straight through the scrub not the easiest way found the trail on the way back.

Found this while out caching with TheWobblys and The-Don.
We were in the area for a week while staying at The Black Stump Hotel, Trunkey Creek.
Searched for a while at GZ before expanding the search and finding it 8m away from GZ.
Thanks scenic routers

Reperio at 1825. This one took me a little longer to find. Was concentrating the search nearer to GZ when in the end had to expand my search a bit to find the micro. Nice area of bushland here.

This one had Tentacles & I stumped for a while until i stopped to do up my shoelaces & looked up to see it.
It needs a new log - has somehow gotten soaked.
Interesting spot though & a satisfying find - thanks.

Hmm hard find.
8 metres away from coordinants....
Not quite sure why it was a micro when great spots for a normal container but still found it.
Didn't write on the log because it was to soggy to get out of container.
Still happy for the find and was a nice spot to put a cache.

Find cache on an afternoon of caching business.
Unfortunately, after spending far too long searching high and low within a radius of GZ, we could not find this one.

Spent some time at GZ with Jenmen, searching all possible locations at and past 10 metres from GZ,
No luck on this visit

Tried this one quickly on the way home from caching on the mountain. Perhaps this one is a bit cryptic, or perhaps I just need to give it more time... Until next time!
Found by Mary & David at 1100. A volunteer from the landcare group was walking her dog and collecting seeds, and was quite inquisitive. Mary chatted on about how the vegetation here was different from home in Victoria, so we were given a botany lesson. She finally left, and we spotted the cache almost immediately after. Our thanks again to Scenic routers.
Quite a walk to GZ from where we were parked but once there a quick find, good hide T4TC.
On a day when I had one eye constantly on the ground for slithering snakes this one took me a whole lot of time to find. I was drawn to a nearby feature which turned out to be only 4m from GZ. But I also fell through the ground into some type of rabbit whole which freaked me out.
Eventually when I was about to give up I found the dam plug. It was a little damp within.
Thanks

Did not find and was made all the more frustrating when my GPS (Nokia N78) decided that the cache could be in several different places at once. Possible interference by overhead power lines?
After reading the comments, am determined to go back out and have concluded that the OP is a cheeky b*****d.
Thanks for the exercise.

Found this one with mattgemericjack after looking around where gem had remembered GZ to be from previous DNF. The blokes had gone off with the two GPS for another cache nearby (while we stayed at car with kids) and we found this one fairly quickly without GPS. TFTC
Almost gave up after having a good look around the obvious place indicated by the GPS but found it quickly once we looked further afield. TFTC
Took a while to find this one, not the obvious container. As we expanded the search it became obvious what we were looking for and it was quickly found. Cheers Gav [4226]
2650.
Finally! I came back today and based on the previous comments I basically ignored the GPS and came up with a find about 10m from the posted co-ords. It certainly is just hanging around waiting to be found!
Thanks Routers for the cache.

75 - I was stumped by this one for a while but expanded the search area and spied the prize. TFTC
Mmmmmmmm, has this cache been "muggled"? I think it may have been! Had a very good look this time, even with the help of a friendly passing muggle but again, no luck! Owner may need to post a note!!
This cache has stumped some of the best ! those that "hang " around for a while should be rewarded.
DNF Just adding my name to those who have spent time looking all over for this one with no success.
Where's the plug? I'm still wondering. Had a good look, widened the search and had a bit more of a look, then gave up. Maybe next time.
Bathurst Invasion Weekend. At first we thought it would be near the bathtub, but after widening our search at GZ we hit on the cache. Thanks.

Found by McPhan as we widened our search a bit. As we were leaving we noticed some people walking in by another track, and later discovered it was more of the Canberra crowd, when they caught up at another nearby cache. TFTC!
