Searched for a fair while until it rained but couldn't find it. Maybe it has disappeared as many others
have not found it within the last few months. May need to be checked.

Didn't spend long looking due to previous DNF's, however it's another one for me
Spent over half an hour here. Poking, prodding, sticking hands in holes, getting scratched up by lantana, losing my glasses, then spending time looking for them (found 'em). Didn't even find any snakes, probably frightened them off with my frustration. [:(!]
Perhaps this one's gone?
Perhaps this one's gone?
The only thing we found here was a snakes skin where they cache is about. Will have to come back again another time
At short stroll was the order of the day after parking the geo falcon and upon arriving a short search was all that was required. TFTC
Found it also found brown snake hidi hole very close by. Awesome swimming hole
Was visiting friends just up the road when I decided to grab a few local caches. Parked the car and set off for a short walk down to the river. A few muggles about, so had to wait for them to move on as I sat on a log enjoying the scenery. Cache easily found and not difficult to remove. TFTC
Pleasant walk in from where we parked and relatively easy find once the gps settled. TNLNSL TFTC #432
Nice easy stroll & Quick find for this one, I cam here after school as a kid to go swimming, sadly like so many other places that have been shut off from public vehicle access this has turned into feral weed infested waste land, what a waste, still a great cache to do although the area is a shadow of it's former self, shame on you catchment management (alleged management). Thanks Hoppy Bounce for the great memories and TFTC.
Parked the car and set off for a short trek down to the river. Coords were spot onand we retieved the cache without any difficulty.

After a drive down a typical country road, we parked the car & went for a short walk along a typical bush track. The only thing against this location was the continual traffic noises fron the nearby F3. How do the locals cope?
Finding the cache was not that difficult, nor was the terrain hard going. Perhaps the ratings for these might be reviewed by the CO. Otherwise, this was a nice cache in a nice location. TNLNSL TFTC

Found with Smurfyguy and Geotooter while on a caching run in the Cooranbong area. This was to be my last find for the day. After parking the car, it was a nice stroll in although the noise from the freeway was rather overpowering. I suppose the people in the house near where we parked are used to it. I was expecting a rather onerous retrieval having noted the Difficulty and Terrain rating, however, the cache was soon in our possession. This is a pretty spot and I enjoyed coming here. With log signed and cache returned we headed back to the chariot to journey on. I tend to agree with pprass on the ratings too. Thanks hoppy_bounce for organising the hide.

I sure the spiders make their webs across the trails for me to walk into. Arrived at GZ to the sound of fish jumping and soon had the hide spotted and cache retrieved. Sat around spotlighting the fish and any other night life I could find on the walk back out.
A real enjoyable walk.

Found at 1.20pm GAFF1 in the company of shrieking eels. A pleasant surprise of the river after a short walk from the road. The cache was spotted from a distance of about 15 metres and the terrain was not difficult at all.
Thanks hoppy_bounce
ps: We would rate this cache a 1.5 difficulty and 2.0 terrain.

Spotted on approach. Situated in a pleasant little spot. pprass found this one during our HAVOC weekend. TFTC
Reperio at 1825. Picked up Darwinian and as there was still some light left in the day we decided to check out a few caches close to home. Parked at the end of the street and had to wait for a horse to go by before we set off down the track. Wasn't too long before we were at GZ, and the cache safely in hand.
Gratias.

It was lots of fun finding this geocache because of it location. My friend (Japser) and i didn't even have a GPS or mobile to help us, We found it using the clues mostly and we used google earth a bit to get an idea of where it could be. WE FOUND IT though and it was awesome

GPS insisted on a spot 7.5 meters away, so after 15 mins bush bashing geowife finnaly rescued me with a find. Nice spot - shame about the deafening freeway noise. T:Baby L:10 Won Coin. TFTC
A nice spot to revisit. Very pleasant on a summer afternoon. Left a baby, took a bottle opener.
Good Cache, found it with a little looking around. Fits amazingly into location with a keen eye to see it!!
After nearly getting the Boat knocked down from a gust of wind and then sliding across the boat to remove excess skin from one shin and a Bruise the size of a $5.00 bill on the opposite hip I decided some common sense is called for and headed back into the river. then went up river to do some Caching.and still on the boat travelled up stream to grab this one the Gps zeroed out on the cache when i was standing getting it out how good is that? it takes all the skill at finding it out of the Equation.I did put the wrong date on the log though
I remember swimming here as a kid 30 years ago hidden near spot there was a tree and swing
Our son was so chuffed to have found this one completely unassisted - thanks!
Found the cache easily... thanks for the great directions.
Today is our first day of searching and we have found 3 of the 5 caches we have searched for. The kids think this is the best fun ever.

It's been a few weeks since we have been caching, so we headed out today to try and find 20 more caches. What a lovely spot this is - and GZ wasn't quite as scary as we thought. We had a quick look around and fortunately I followed behind Marco because he had a bit of a boy look and I spotted the cache where he had already looked! Didn't have too much trouble getting the cache out of its hidey hole. TNLNSL TFTC
Yes debanco, maybe for our own benefit we can rename this one 'fall by the river' at least it wasnt in the river. SL Took away were a few grazes! TFTH
Here with Wombatjo and her geoteen. Wombatjo had a little fall down the rocks landing on her leg , her arm and her ask no more !!! Left a dragon and took Cache with you TB TFTH
Nice spot to hide a cache. When we were here we found a massive snake skin not far from the water so if here in summer keep an eye out
Beautiful location, shame about the freeway noise. Took a bit of looking but eventually found the cache, excellent hiding spot! TNLNSL TFTC!
Picked up Jeep TB to take on trip North since it has been sittihg there for a while.
Beautiful spot, but noisy now the freeway is close by

Neat spot, never knew it was there. Left Jeep Travel bug and signature eraser. Picked up bumblebee tag.
A really nice spot here that I'd have never known about otherwise, it's amazing how much noise the freeway makes
Thanks for taking us to this spot, will have to go back and throw in a line. Had to wait for a while due to paddle muggles. Took toy spring and left marbles and an eye on things.

The access to this was easier than I thoiught it would be and the short walk was well worth it. We have never seen Dora Creek before and we''ll have to come back with our kayaks some time. Left a coin and took a TB. Thanks for a really good hide.
This time I had the place to myself and the cache was a quick find. Lovely spot. I've been up here by boat a few years ago. Will have to do it again someday.
Left "Douglas Mountain (CO)" Green Jeep Travel Bug. TFTC.
I came at this one from the south, but when I got to the river, I realised my mistake. After a bit of a detour, I came in from the north, only to find a bunch of teenage muggles enjoying the river bank. They were very chatty and there's no way I could get away with stealth mode... I'll be back.
Hey! Check my log below. I saved the container but it needs a new log/pen and is no longer in its original place... unless Im a good guess! Cheers. Other cachers can find it and possible sign the log, maybe try to dry it out if you have time and a hot day! But an owner check would be best
Its been muggled!!!! As I approached GZ I saw a suspicious looking container in the middle of the path... sure enough it was the cache out in the open but at least they were considerate muggles... they went to all the trouble of writing swear words and anti-caching comments... then resealed the cache and dumped it. Unfortunately the log is soaked. I tore out the offensive pages, signed it and re-hid it is a likely spot where my GPSr said GZ should be. It's safe from the casual eye but only at 1.5 difficulty and should be pretty obvious to a cacher as a hide. Will leave a note for the owner.. needs drying out and a pen and to be re-hid in the proper place. Cheers!

This really is an easy find and an easy retrieve. Too easy. The cache was empty apart from a log. Nothing, zilch, zip.
But it would be a nice place for a swim ( if the water was 28degrees.........I'm a wuz) and with earplugs.

Last for the day in a cache run home from work. This is a fantastic fork in the creek. But for the freeway noise, this would be ideallic.

This location was amazing and the water very clean. Once we had the direction sorted and decided what side of the river we should be on it made it allot easier to locate the cache. The fish were very busy today continually jumping out of the water and also seeing some very large lizards, it became a real adventure.

We did this cache as the sun was getting very low (luckily daylight saving was on our side). A pleasant walk to a location that I had seen from the freeway many times. It always looks peaceful even though it is close to the freeway. TNLNSL. [Cache 66 ].
Mozzies were out in force but you would have to expect that by the water.
Really only caught a glimpse of the water with the torch but lkooked like a nice spot.
Thanks for the cache hoppy_bounce

Found this one after dark with Shell and red tag. To start with I managed to get about my third sentence in for the day and we were talking about navigation just as we went screaming past the road... It was a nice quick walk down to the GZ and the cache was quickly found.
I was going to write about the muggles finding the cache but I think The Cash Man has covered it. Nothing is more frustrating than a cache being muggled simply when a cacher could have walked away...
Thanks hoppy_bounce for the cache.

I went down here today with the Geokid. Found the cache had been muggled.
The log was lying on the high on the bank luckily still in the bag. The cache container was down near the water line.
After recovering the contents and placing the contents back on the container I read the log book.
cjb mentions in his log seeing two girls. Well these girls also saw cjb and watched him as he grabbed the cache.
After cjb had left they then grabbed the cache and obviously read the stash note.
They have then made log entries with their names and ages and that they think it is a cool game.
However they have obviously told others about it who were not as kind and the next page was all profanity.
I have replaced the cache. Not in the same log but nearby. They will easily find it again if they go back.
This cache may not last much longer thanks to a careless geocacher. It is a lesson to all.
Thanks hoppy bounce. It may be worth a visit to the site to relocate the cache.
It would be a shame to loose this one as it is a great loaction.

Found 15:00. Nice walk down to the river, but was not inticed to have a swim. TNLN. Thanks.
A nice easy walk down to a beautiful spot by the river, only the rushing noises of traffic on the freeway marred the experience.
Methinks the ratings for difficulty and terrain are too high!
Easy walk from the end of the street, and quick and easy find.
Took a brown rattling toy box (?), left a flying monster.

Nice easy walk down from the end of the road. The car GPS will be happy I've finally found time to do this one so it doesn’t have to yell at me every time I go flying past here. Nice spot for a fish by the look of it.

TFTC,
Had passed this cache on the freeway every day and kept meaning to find the way to it.
Very nice place, nice walk to cache, shame couldn't get the 4wd through the gate.
Found the cache very easily, sat for a few minutes taking in the area.

Rather a nice walk to a very serene looking place. The only disturbing thing was the freeway noise.
I was out for a kayak training session and forgot to take the coordinates with me. I had a rough idea where it was, paddled past it and on returning back saw it from the water - so I hopped out, had a rest and signed the log. I hopped back in, and paddled the return 10km back to the car. Thanks for giving me an excuse for a rest!
