I am Moving out of the area, so I am archiving any and all of my caches that need maintenance.
Me and the boys from Dubai were unsuccessful in locating this geocache, we think it got washed away in the recent floods.
Could not find it for the 2nd time trying. If anyone finds it let me know please.
Damn this 'geocaching in groups' thing! Lc85 keeps finding them all. Either she's a big fat cheater or I need to pick up my game!!!
Blended well with structure. Did take some time and eventually resorted to the mechanic's view. TFTC
Went there twice today. I don't think it is there anymore. Can someone please check.
Today I found my first geocache I found on the other side of the bridge I was looking at
As I approached gz, I decided to take the troll position. I was quickly rewarded with a cache in hand. All is good with the container. TFTC TT.
Hi there Treking Trev. We found your cache "A Bridge In Burpengary" at 9:12:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 11577.
[Blue]
Today we started off at a random cache and navigated to the one the GPS said was next closest. We ended up logging 9 and DNF'd 1.
It feels really good to find a cache after there have been a few DNF's.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The log is dry, but very mouldy.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Add trophy day thought we would quickly come down and get this one geo wife and son found it, log is full and mouldy no where to sign it
Went here after recording a video assignment! Came here with my caching friends after some searching a monkey-ing around..
Found it with Larry the looter after looking on the wrong side for a while. Tftc.
Computer Cat and I found it after about 10 minutes of searching. GPS spot was out a bit, and lots of muggles. TFTC.
The ginger ninja, tearryn and the twins (boarder collies, Willie and Monty) couldn't find this one today. A lot of muggles around making the twins nervous, we'll try this one again later (: thanks!
First XS cache found TFTC , had to go back to the car as alt_h forgot the pen ! Lots of muggles thou ! Stealth mode all the way , was able to leave our signature item
We are visiting with Urdera and on a beautiful autumn day caching in the area was a real delight. Found this one after a short search. Thanks to Treking Trev.
Found fairly quickly but the log is mouldy and the swap rusty so, it needs a look at. Good find though w/ Meerkat Madness
Out to get my 50th find today only need 2 more now. TFTC couldn't sign the log it's covered in mold and water logged
Out on a morning bike ride - lucky there werent any muggles about, took a few minutes to locate. TFTC Treking Trev.
Find #1812
Another foray into the sunshine coast hinterland was on the agenda for today.
Let's see how many more smilies we can coax out of the region!
A nice, short stroll along the shady bike path brought us to the cache location.
Quickly found the cache, in between passing muggles, tucked safely away.
Unfortunately the log is wet & very mouldy.
Well placed but could benefit from a little CO TLC.

Gee, now I really had to use stealth when going in for this cache. There was a soccer game on over in the park. I waited until they were playing in the opposite direction the quickly slipped away to make the find.
This cache was part of an Aussie Day Adventure cache run. What's a better way to get out and celebrate this great country then heading outside and finding a few caches. The area being explored today was roughly around the Burpengary region. There wouldn't have been any sense in trying to cache up here on the Sunny Coast as it would have just been impossible due to all of the Tourist Muggles that had migrated up for the long weekend.
There was a goal today, and that goal was to grab 50 caches between 0900 and 1700... Awesomely, that goal was smashed with a grand total of 54 finds! I am glad to say that this cache was one of those lucky caches to be found.
Thanks for the cache Treking Trev. The cache was a little damp, though all is good.

Had another look and found. We left a key, but there was nothing to trade with.
Easy find, tho a mother spider has her eggs on side of cache, I carefully retrieved logbook and returned without hurting her or her eggs tftc
My three month Brisbane adventure is continuing. I'm 13 days into the second month of it.
Today, I'm fed up with the heat and humidity at Mum's place. I've set her up with a stack of stuff to sort out, where she can rest and watch the cricket. My GeoMobile now contains the GeoSchnauzers, heaps of ice water, my geocaching kit, and my good self. We're off to Caboolture for an arvo of caching and short walks. As it turned out, it was cooler and less humid where we were, so we did longer walks. I watched the boys take the first three wickets before we left, and, after a while, went out so they had a chance of getting more. It worked, but not well enough. The Indians played well, from what I could hear on the radio.
No 5 of 14 today. Thanks, Treking Trev. Nice cache!!! It wasn't quite where I expected it, but it was easily found, and the GeoSchnauzers and I had a lovely shaded walk up to here. I patted the small horse which came over to where I parked, and, when I got the dogs out, (under my arms), the horse was greeted with interest but no barking. As I kept the dogs away from the horse, it wasn't worried about the dogs.

Could not find it it says attached to bridge looked everywhere. Can someone give me hint for when I come back.
I searched this area thoroughly once before at night, must have been missing then because it was a super quick find today. Evidence of a camp fire under bridge, the trolls must get cold. Left TB stamp in log, TFTC

Maverick and goose took ashley out for the first ever cache. Good find. Tftc.
Checked this one while performing a maintenance run on the loop and it has been muggle again. I'll have to come up with a better camo job somehow.
Back on the North side of town sooner than expected so a chance to visit some more of what Burpengary has to offer. Unfortunately the weather was going to be the biggest problem of the afternoon with some severe storms predicted after that spell of hot days recently!!
Managed to grab ten for the afternoon before the storm hit as we weren't going to risk getting struck by lightning….
-------------------------------------------------
No luck here Didn't spend a lot of time but looked in the more obvious places. We'll keep an eye on this one!

2nd trip back to the bridge. A quick find this time, must have had cache blindness last time-how did we miss it? Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache Treking Trev, you have given our family hours of enjoyment with your work in the area
Played troll for a long time, then tried being billygoats. Even put our hands with great faith in places we couldn't see. Looked for eclipse tins to tiny metallic objects but no luck anywhere. Some recent graffiti "tagging" under the bridge so wondering whether it may have been muggled?
On the way to an appointment when this little guy came up on the radar. Couldn't let the opportunity pass without changing this to a smily face.
Container and contents all in good order

This was our second attempt at this one. Easy enough when you have more experience or a little more persistence. Lots of sporting muggles about.
Hanging with Wombles for the day and out in the area, this was next on our radar and we pulled up to find the area swarming with sporting muggles.... everyone was very much in the moment and didn't care about us but we were unsure if we were going to be able to look for this one considering.... but thankfully the cache was easy to spot and easy to grab without anyone noticing due to its location... moved away and took a seat to sign and used some caching 'i am busy' tactics to replace

Despite the fact that it was a pretty busy sporty morning, we managed to find this one reasonably quickly. I'd looked for it once before but alone with a baby in a pram, so I was glad to cross this one off my list.
Happy me. 3 from 3 so far today. Had to use stealth for this one as 2high school age picnicers in park on other side of creek. TFTC
Today's caching adventure took me out to the Burpengary Power Trail. On the way there, I had to stop and pick up all the caches I drove past. Parked the car, and noticed how many CCTV camera the sporting club has. Wow! My every move around the field would be recorded it seemed.
It was a pleasant morning for a walk to the bridge. After a quick look underneath, I read a few logs and realised I had to move up hill slightly. Like others before me, this one wasn't visible and needed to be felt out from the obvious spot. Fourth find for the morning.
Plenty of walkers today. Back to the cameras and the car and off to the next.

Well hidden, and had a lot of stop/starts due to people walking and riding past so it probably took longer than it should have.
TFTC!

Out and about with teamdfl for a Friday binge day An easy walk to this one, but we searched every nook and cranny before we found it. Sometimes it is useful to be small Lots of playing trolls here TFTC, Treking Trev.
Lots of passing muggle teens at this one. I think a few little billy goats trip trapped over oblivious to the trolls lurking below them We searched all over for this. Finally inspiration came from a previous log and the cache was soon found
Found, while visiting Brisbane.
A few finds for today, all well hidden.
