The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 21 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

No ownerscheck after request ?!

15-Nov-11
A year since the last find... maybe time for an owners check?

Really enjoyed the start of this one - clever clues and nice drive in the countryside on a lovely winter afternoon! My maths seemed to work fine, and I found myself in the same location as one of the images, but sadly things went awry at that point, as despite a thorough search of all the appropriate places I couldn't find the cache Sad So maybe it's done a runner? Great view though!

Did the maths and came up with a sensible solution and an area to match the hint nicely. Looked for some time without success. Hasn't been found this year so might be worth a check . Will check with the owner I had the right spot. Enjoyed it nonetheless

This must have been the fifth attempt. Glad to finally knock this off the list.

While checking on a cache of ours we managed to find this one also. TFTC.

Found it on the 2nd try, cache full to top with water, log book smelt like a log book shouldn't so we dropped in a new log sheet in a plastic bag

TFTC PB. Was a beautiful clear day and enjoyed the view. Might need to get up and do something with the cache as the recent wet weather has made the inside of the cache wet and certainly not possible to write on log.

Nice little multi-cache, took a while with the calculation, but soon had cache found. Thanks for setting up this cache.

07-Jun-10
A easy multi to end the day and a visit to an area we had not been to before. Some lovely homes around T4TC.

25-Apr-10
A nice easy multi, final found after a short search. TFTC

I have been known to my calculations wrong but this time was sure I had them right. However had no idea what a rewarewa tree was. Finally found the right tree among many.

It was a lovely day to be out geocaching with Crusaderwoman and this was a delightful diversion off the main road. WPs knocked off ok and on to the final which was had with not too much trouble. TNLN, TFTC.

This was a nice little multi - we made things harder than they needed to be following other cachers footsteps at GZ but then all revealed itself! Nice views today. TFTC.

Unfortunatly for us, I thought that one of the signs was missing, and we wouldnt be able to complete the cache, now upon looking a little further I realise that there are 2 waypoints that we need to collect the info from, so it looks like probably no signs are missing! Will have to give this one another whirl when we are down that way next.
Cheers

Made a stupid calculation error that earthie picked up and then she found the cache. Thanks for an interesting drive.

22-Aug-09
Met up with Ssmudge to do this one. She was having some problems so thought we would help her out. After some simple math corrections we found the location and the cache easily enough. TFTC

Riding past so did a maintenance check and caught my breath! GC all good.

Our maths didnt quite work out on this one... had to recalculate. Passed the fries, grabbed and salted the log.
Met some up comers on the grunter, they looked quite relaxed..considering what they just achieved.

Something wrong with this one... getting dark, and the directions are pointing us off 300m into the middle of a farm paddock. Waymarked the destination, and will sit back and recheck our figures. We will return in the future... will also research native objects!

Found this cache, quite easy but not exactly on coordinates. TFTC

30-May-09
Excellent multicache, kids really enjoyed working out the coordinates. TFTC

Rain cleared and view appeared.

We'd done a couple of walking caches, so thought a nice drive in the country was just what we needed. Lovely country along a road we hadn't been on for a very long time. Just enough maths for Hppos to deal with. TNLNSL Thanks for the cache.

Nice and easy one to do after work in the car on a hot day.

This is one of those caches that we have driven passed many times but have always said One day we will do that one! Well today turned out to be that day!
A most enjoyable multi and well worth the detour!

I am sure the name should have become clear as we found the cache but it didn't!! We parked added did some re addition and GC found it. We headed off on our way to Meet the Foreigners Event in Auckland. Thanks.

12:00 Found enroute to 'Meet The Foreigners' in Auckland. Enjoyed the diversion and watching the struggling cyclists from the air conditioned comfort and leather interior of.... You know what I mean Wink

Notation seemed a tad dodgy but a quick rework to what was intended resulted in a quick find without the gps. Many thanks for taking us of the high way and onto the by way. SL.

Sniffed this out with my Boss & Xmuggle. GenCuster signed the log for me. Thanks.

#146. We counted 7 staunch (stupid?) cyclists and one chicken going up the hill as we left after a successful hunt.

The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Out for an afternoon of caching (had cabin fever) but then had to contend with the poor weather.
Thanks for this cache PB, now have a few enquiries to make to find the owner of the nearby property that has more than a few potential rock climbs on it.
Suspect we will be back out here in the finer weather.
TNLNSL.

More rain today as well 2:30

Managed to catch this one between the showers. Came up here a few weeks ago but got caught in a hail storm. Was like snow covering the road. Our hands got so freezing searching that we gave up for another day. Good that these natives have been planted here. Liked the placement so no damage is done to the trees or surrounds.

Easy find after a nice drive in the country. Our progress was interrupted by a herd of bovines heading back for their afternoon milking. Nice views at GZ, thanks for the detour, rural Waikato at its best on a brilliant sunny afternoon.

An enjoyable circuit, one that always gives good views and today was no exception. Owners of the neighbouring property were somewhat surprised to see us there.... camera required!
We didn't realise that this was more of a micro cache, which made the hunt a bit harder, rechecking our maths twice.
Last cache of a small loop today, and home before the temperature dropped yet again.

29-Jun-08
Don't think we have every been around this circuit before. Looks like it would hard work on a bike!
Great views out over the Waikato as promised and most enjoyable drive thanks.

Met psychrn at WP2 on Saturday on my way to Matamata. I know this road well, and knew the final would be back the way we'd come, but didn't have time that morning. Called back this way on my way home from Tirau this afo. Nice to be travelling over my old stomping ground again, and a good opportunity to show the wife & kids one of my favourite training routes. I used to cycle out here after work from Hamilton and do a couple of laps before riding home afterwards. We used to race through here on the Tour of the Waikato, so it was always a good bit of secret training!
Spotted a potentially nice looking rock climbing crag out here which requires further investigation - thanks for the lead!

22-Jun-08
Found once we did the clue as our Maths was a bit out. Not very good for the local schoolteacher of the best little school in the hills!!

21-Jun-08
Missed FTF by 10 minutes... Beuatiful view from the final! TFTC

21-Jun-08
Went on a drive and planned to visit the Tamahere Market on the way home.
The WP's were easy to work out. Meet Guanogerbil team at WP 2 on route to one of jnr guerbill's soccer game.- said not to worry he wouildnt be completing this today.
The final is a beautiful spot with lovely views as promised in cache description. Meet some cyclists just making it to the top and they looked puffed.
FTF # 96
Called into the market and there was some nice stuff there to be had.
