A day trip to Mt Nimrod for an oldie. Might as well grab some p&g's on my way there. No problems with this cache. Thanks.
Took awhile to spot this one. Should of been simple and Hal found it not at ground level any longer. Thanks Bitsprayer for placing a cache here. So interesting to learn of all these little communites that existed earlier in our history.
On a road trip north with Hal2929 today and enjoying discovering countryside never visited before.

On a roadie with Kiscardi getting some caches. Took a while. All good with the cache. Thanks
Found, this was our second time coming to hunt and we found it in a place not near the hint suggestion.

My first find on a mini-break away from home. Would never have stopped here if it weren't for this cache. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC.
I made this harder than it should have been.I planned a ski trip with hubby and friends. Then I had a couple of biopsies dine on my arm. So no skiing for me so I decided to cache instead. Thank you Bitsprayer for this cache.

Area has been recently cleaned up, bushes all trimmed and thinned and grass mowed, potentially cache been taken? Unable to find.
This would have been a quick png BUT there was an electric fence and cows grazing. Be back sometime.
I had to take a road trip around the lower South Island for work related purposes. Of course I took the opportunity to not only travel for work related purposes but also make it about geocaching related purposes as I had never collected any caches from this part of the country before. So I set out on Saturday and then left flying back north on Monday night from Dunedin airport. I am also trying to maintain a daily geo-streak and so today is day #960 in a row. When it came to finding this particular cache it didn't take long. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in its spot all ready for the next finder. Thanks heaps Bitsprayer for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC.
After I finished my work commitments for the day, I had time to go for a drive and find a few caches. Kind of sad at the disappearance of this kind of country school. Cache all good though. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice little memorial. Out with Busy paws today, found the cache and added in some swag. TFTC.
What a little surprise this was. Found with geomum007. TFTC and taking us there.
Heading South for a break and a bit of Geocaching. Grabbing a few between Christchurch and Oamaru. Quick find at GZ.
Picked uo a trackable and will move along.
Signed log, TFTC Bitsprayer.

A quick find. This countryside is very like England. Out caching with Will of the Wisp on our “Round the World in 80 Days” trip to celebrate retirement. Signing logs with our names or initials depending on space. Greetings from England, TFTC.
Auf dem Weg von Lake Tekapo nach Dunedin haben wir am Wegesrand die Dosen eingesammelt. Diese konnten wir gut finden. Danke fürs Legen,
Finally brought a car that I had want for the last 3 years and had to fly up to Auckland to drive it back to Dunedin. So 2 birds with one stone a new car and caching all the way home. This is one of many on the trip home was a nice and easy one to find TFTC
Yay we found it! Fond memories of a great friend who helped build this site!!
This is yet another of those caches that has shown up every time I've headed up and down SH! but usually overshot the turnoff. All sorted today. TFTC # 11,738
2nd of our 6 Day Adventure down to Oamaru for [Oamaru Geofest 2017](https://coord.info/GC6M2V0).
The cache was easy to find. When I picked it up it was heavy so I thought it was full with water but it was rocks. Inside the container was dry but the log was a sodden mess, so much so that the pencil had mould-ed to the wet logbook. We wiped it out and replaced the logbook. 37/48 caches for the day and 250 for our trip. Thanks for placing the cache and adding to our smilies

After a lovely weekend in Timaru it was time to head home with a few caching stops along the way. A quick detour and a nice easy find. TFTC
A quick find on a nice, sunny day after a short drive from the main road. Cache is now nice & dry, TFTC.
Found the cache easily but it was full of water. We dried it out and cleaned it up. Fortunately the log book in bag was not too damp to sign.
On a mission around South Canterbury/North Otago. 114 found caches today. Thanks to all the CO's for their effort. Sorry about the cut and paste. TFTC.
Its not often you see a memorial to a school. Thanks for the cache and the opportunity to stop and remember former times. TFTC
TFTC Found while taking a group girls from Waitaki Girls High School geocaching as part of their activities week.
Headed down south with C&D and 11HPG11 for the CHCH Mega as part of the HOAC team, and decided that a Mega road trip/Mega Mission was the right thing to do. After a great day caching from Dunedin to Omarama we manged to get a few hours sleep before the big day 2 started.
Day 2 was the start of a ambitious plan to try and find as many caches as possible in one day! To maximise our chances of a big number we decided a 24 hour caching day was the only way to go. What an epic day, and some great moments too. The rough idea was to cache from Omarama to Oamaru, and then head north towards Christchurch. A huge thanks to everyone for the cache placments, and I apologise for the copy and past logs.
Find #286 for the day.

This was the start of a MEGA caching weekend in the company of good caching friends. In the company of both HKCB & 11HPG11 this was going to be another memorable caching road trip for many reasons.
This is the mission that we had set ourselves up for several months back. It was HKCB's idea, I was just dumb enough to think it was a challenge and I'd be up for it, 11HPG11 was silly enough to come along for the ride once we confirmed a spare seat (Nova Lightening pulled out for family reasons).
We were going to try to beat the NZ one day record in New Zealand (it would have been easier with 4 people), so after 2.5hrs sleep after a good feed at Omarama we were ready to go. This was the number two hundred and eighty sixth on what was to be an epic day with what amounted to 401 caches collected for the day and about 38 DNF's. We managed this with 10minutes to spare but by this time we were done for and still had to drive back to Kaiapoi. All in all an epic days caching with good friends and something I don't think any of us will repeat in a hurry.
All in all it was going to be a big day with a number of challenges, great scenery, and of course great company. Fantastic driving along and up here as the landscape was so different from what we are used to back in the Waikato. One good thing about backroads being that we could continue our neferious activites without being disturbed by muggles.
Nice quick find here without any issues .
thanks for the placement , thanks for the cache

What a Mega Mission for a group of Hamilton Over Achievers! A great trip, a long time in the planning. I teamed up with Cats&Dragons and HKCB to grab a couple of caches while in Christchurch and surrounding areas for the 2015 Mega Event. We flew out from Auckland on Friday night and traveled to Dunedin in the dark of the night. Stopped for a few hours sleep before setting off to grab caches in the Otago area on Saturday before attempting a few more on Sunday and then arriving at the Mega on the Monday. An amazing, yet crazy road trip. Signed logs as HOAC to save room
When C&D mentioned a day with over 400 caches I should have turned and ran... instead I said yes, and here we are. 401 caches in 23 hours and 50 minutes. All done on about 2.5hr of sleep. It was hard work with only 3 of us and there were times that were hard and tiring but I still had a blast! An amazing experience that one has to be slightly crazy to even consider
Thanks for bringing us here and placing caches for us to find
