It looks like this one has gone walk about so i will be disabling it till i can make a new container to replace it.
Last sighted 8 months ago, I now see. Unless the hint is a red herring I have grave doubts about any regular-sized cache being hidden there at present. Unless it's...buried or something. Also looks to be something of a hangout for dispossessed youth. Probably not entirely unrelated.
Please check to see if this is ok to find. We were going to look for it today, but previous logs made us think again and change plans.
We have found this cache before. Checking it for a geo friend Mr W who was having trouble finding. It is not where it once was. Grass has died down and easier to see so suspect it has been muggled. Please check.
Could not find in fact every cache attempted today were DNF. Such a frustrating day
Cache required a bit of force to open, but easily found with no one around. TFTC!
Steve & Steph, Steph and Steve decided to go caching in Stephs local area, and caching led us to this lovely area )
This one took longer to open than it did to find. After waiting for the Muggle walking dog to pass we quickly retrieved the cache and then attempted to open it. In the end we had to get rather forceful but we did have a win. TFTC
Found this one today. I went round in circles before I finally found this in a logical place that I had missed looking in while I made it much harder for myself than it needed to be. Signed log today but didn't swap anything today.
Thanks for the cache Rigger64.
Thanks for the cache Rigger64.
Took us longer than it should hav. Geokid took compass, left monster badge!! Luv swaps!!
Found eventually. Should have trusted the iPhone all along as it was pointing right at it. TFTC and nice job on the ammo can.
Was hoping i could at least find this one as a reward for todays hunt.... Oh well the treats i brought for the cache wont go to waste!
Apart from the bugs I thought this cache was awesome ! Found with Dosy and SethyD, TFTC !
Found with SethyD and Nadiaangel, awesome cache! First ammo container one that we've found! TFTC!
Can't believe it took me that long to find this one! For some reason I was looking 2 meters further up for something completely different!

Great cache love the hide , on the way home good spot to chill and unwind
Couldn't find today but doesn't mean it's not there. Looked for a while a discovered that there is a homeless person camping out in the bushes close by so stopped looking.
Made the walk here with Sully1 on our way to Wonthaggi.
Nice today to make our way along this quiet path.
Thanks Rigger 64

Thanks to Rigger64 for highlighting this spot and for cache. Bogonghazy soon called the magic words after a short search, we made our marks on the log and we were on our way again.
Thanks for the challenge. My girlfriend and I were on the verge of giving up when we found it. Very nice hiding spot indeed.
A good Easy find, GPS right on, Took a bit of effort to get it open with Dantz101202 and 2 of his friends, it was boy power team effort, as lid stuck firmly shut, TFTC.
We thought we knew where it would be but we were wrong.
However we still found it after a bit more searching.
Thanks Rigger64.

Find #536
I don't know why I didn't attempt this cache when I was over here several weeks ago. I found this without too much trouble despite one muggle and his dog appearing twice. I do like a good sized container. SL TNLN TFTC

Awesome hide! Thanks for the placement.
Aunty GR on her first caching run couldn't get this but I could so no big deal about that
Excellent cache box! Bit hard to get open but we got there in the end ><

Out for a day with BorisB&Natasha and couldn't resist stopping for a cache or two. After a pleasant walk to GZ it wasn't long before we found the well hidden large container. Thanks Rigger64 for the cache.
Passing by with Nut bear and this one popped up on the map. Parked near the very cool multi story old building and after doing a lap to check it out we then made our way to GZ. Spot on coords meant we had this cache in no time at all. Another of our favourite containers.
Thanks Rigger64 for the cache.

Nice walk along the creek to GZ I possibly over thought this one and spent a bit of time scrambling around before I finally found it.

It's the beginning of National Blood Donor Week, so after attending a very nice morning tea at the Melbourne Town Hall Hall with my family and some of my fellow donors, I had a ticket for the entire Metro system sitting in my pocket, and would have been a fool not to take advantage of it.
The glorious weather during the week had broken just in time for the weekend, so my planned big day of caching was scaled down a tad, but there was still one cache I was determined to get, even if it meant a drenching. So after a bit of shopping, I left the others to make their own way home, and jumped on the Frankston train with a minute to spare.
It was still drizzling as I got out at Seaford, meaning that the scrabble for the nearest cache was out of the question, but this nice big hide was a short but pleasant walk away. I overthought the search, wasting time looking in the wrong place before shifting focus and spotting my quarry immediately.
Thanks, Rigger64

this one took me ages! [xx(]. i thought it would be easy considering its so big but proved otherwise (not having a gps didnt help either). i had suspected gz as soon as i walked past it the first time but hadnt actually looked hard enough for it. i had ended up walking past it over 8 times before finally finding it. TFTC TNLN SL
Took us a while to find this one! It was pretty late so no muggles to see us digging around
A long walk trying to find it on the wrong side of the creek first, then double back, then bingo ! SL Took Bella TB
nice little hide dropped off bulldog Geocoin but there was no other TBs in there SL TFTC
Found it. Signed log. No trackables were in the cache but the geowife left the bulldog trackable to continue its journey.
The start of another brilliant TDC (The Demolition Crew) run which saw us travel from central Melbourne all the way down to Mornington, collecting over 30 finds for the night. Some great caches and great company. We were 4 up for a while being myself, TrailRunning, Quasar3671 and Rebel Acts, some hard-hitters there to be sure... But Q had to part company early in the night, to head to Brisbane in his new Prado for family matters. My first time caching with Rebel Acts, and what a fantastic bloke, and a fantastic night had by all. Really enjoyed how the team worked all together, it was a lot of fun.
Nice walk and a pretty quick find. Rebel was onto this one quickly. TFTC.

Another Monday night comes around and I have just arrived back from a great non-caching weekend near Benalla. Blacklegend is on his way down from Tocumwal and is ready to roll on a great route planned for The Demolition Crew. As Quasar3671 is moving north to Brisbane later tonight, the crew only have a few hours together for what was to be a great night's run down to Mornington.
With Quasar3671 having to leave at about 8 pm, the third spot for the night appeared out of the blue in the form of RebelActs who was looking to do some night caching on his own before he called me and asked to join in. Absolutely I say, and he is soon on the way to Seaford to catch us there. The run started in central Melbourne with the members of TDC who hadn't collected Magnum Opus signing the log (All the members of TDC have now complete the Danozz puzzle series!).
This cache was one of the caches I signed tonight. We strolled along the path until we reached a likely spot, and rebelacts soon had this one found. Thanks.

The morning had been a bit of a disappointment with two DNFs on the seafront, but after a fortifying fish & chips for lunch (avoiding most of the seagulls) it was time to take on the creek trail and see how long the back would hold out.
This is my first bit of "bush" caching since the recent snake warning on the Geocaching Melbourne FB page so I was little reticent about where I put my hands and always on the look out for a good stick!
This one was extremely well hidden and I ended up prostrate on the ground trying to retrieve, which would have been a tad awkward to explain had any muggle come round the corner. Thankfully the coast remained relatively clear all day.
Thanks for a well hidden cache - TNLN

First ammo box cache! Almost gave up but then stuck my hand in and grabbed it! TFTC
A nice walk thru the bush to an attractive spot where a nice big ammo can lies in wait. This cache ticked all the boxes for me so it gets my cache-of-the-day award, 4 out of 5 stars on GCVote, and I'll give it a favorite point too. Thanks for a memorable cache Rigger64.
Had to give up because of rain, rigger64 is good at finding unorthodox hiding places.
A nice sized container this one took some looking whilst the CO kept an eye out for muggles.
I was all over the place with this one. (a bad workman blames his tools!)
a morning spent with shogun has been a great help for sure.
found with thankgoodness.

Probably spent a little longer searching for this one than we should have. Gps was out by a little, so after we'd checked there we broadened the search a little to where it HAD to be. And it was.
This one probably took longer than it should but the coordinates kept sending me slightly off. Either way, found. TFTC
Let geo-friend find for her second cache. Got to the co-ords but not thinking sneaky. Nice hide. Thanks.
We headed down here for breaky and my Geo GF found it before I could say "we're getting close" I was still half asleep and she was wide awake.. We had a nice breakfast before I dropped her back at her car at my place.. Thanks Rigger 64 for the cache.. maybe we will both get down to your new one for a skinny dip one of these days.. Thanks for the find #2281
Out with slink 1. He had found this one but I made a quick detour with my son and found in a good traditional spot. Well tucked away which may explain the past DNF. TFTC SL

Today's weather was ideal and for this Labor day holiday so why not do some caching in an area that one has not visited before. The coordinates for this one was not in the "yellow brick" but was in the car GPS, some how I must of forgotten to add it today's list but was pleased to have done this one. A really nice large cache container this one, a classic. An easy find and cache is in excellent condition, left blue marble. TFTC Rigger64 another of yours found today.

not sure if bridge resident muggled this one as after a lengthy search with thankgoodness we found an empty ziplock bag close by?
Im not going to disable this one yet but Will check on this one over the weekend sometime.
Took a few minutes for the GPS to stabilise but the cache was found in a logical place. The walk to GZ has been recently mulched and it's a pleasant bridge that I never knew was here. No muggles about this afternoon and the log was quickly signed. TNLN
This geocaching is an addictive game, but the evidence of other items of addiction lying on the ground near GZ approach (and signs of residential occupation) suggest that this may not be such a good place for the geo-doggies and kiddies to run unrestrained.

Was the second and last for the day (so far at least) the heat too oppressive for fun caching. Didn't take me too long to locate the cache and thankfully the path was quiet with only one muggle seen after I was returning to the car. TFTC

I love these containers no snakes but Epicmac found a huge copper coloured fat lizard. I found a scary freak beatle! Named him Ringo, ofcourse. Thanks for the cache, Rigger!
Got this one today on our second attempt there was no one living uder the bridge today so we were able to pull the cache out and sign the log. Took a Crystal and left a smurf also took travel bug for a trip. Also found a baby snake close by as well. Please be carefull cachers as im sure mummy snake is not too far away. TFTC
Enjoyed finding this one on a day where the weather just kept improving. Love ammo cans. Muggle traffic was slow so no worries there. TN L large diamond. Dropped off one of my own TBs Thanks again Rigger64 for the hide.

Cool cache, did not take long to find. There was a campsite uderneath the bridge though and wasn't sure if he was still there when we were looking. A bit creepy. TFTC.
Found on a cold, wet evening caching with Burge. This is one scary place at night!!! We seemed to stumble across what could only be called a campsite and the smell of smoke in the area was far from reassuring. We quickly got in and signed the log before retracing our steps outta there! TFTC.
Found this one on a walk with family, there is a man sleeping under the bridge and it was a little bit scary. Also an abandoned train building nearby was really scary, like out of a horror movie. tftc. Left Tb.

This was an awesome cache! Found with my geocousins and newbie uncle who actually made the find! TFTC SL, took army man and left jumbo playing cards
Good little hideaway next to a quaint bridge. The walk from the station is quite varied and pretty, but keep an eye out, the abandoned building nearby has some shady characters going in and out
Thanks for the cache. Enjoyed this creek series. It's a nice walk and just around the corner from my house.
Found this one nice and easily on our little trip around the area.

Great to see an ammo can in use, well done Rigger64.
Unfortunately there wasn't much in it apart from the log.
Very nice location, it's amazing the little walks you find caching, and the small park at the southern end is a joy, with the bird feeders and so on.
It was a bit gloomy with the heavy clouds blowing across while I was there.
I was terrified while I was signing the log, that muggles would come down the track. It looks a bit suspicious in this location if you're standing there with an ammo can, but it didn't happen.
Thanks again for the cache.
