Great find out in the country. Miss Tamykian brought a friend along and I encouraged her to let her friend find this one. After some negotiating she agreed which made it that much easier to explain what to do. After this one I must say her friend has a very keen eye for this addiction.

We have now found most of this series on Les Darcy - so thought it was about time we found ROUND 1! It was a very, very windy day and the trees near GZ were playing havoc with the GPS which kept bouncing around all over the place. We eventually decided where we thought GZ should be and were about to search using a stick leaning against the fence - and BINGO there was the cache near the stick! TNLNSL TFTC
Thanks to the Cashman and The Don for the maintenance.
This cache is just so far away from home.... thanks guys...
Mrs Madstars will be happy her series is up and going again.

Found this one whilst out caching with The-Don.
An amazing little spot in the middle of nowhere.
Did some cache maintenance by replacing the log and the bag.
The cache is now up and running again and can be reactivated.
Thanks Madstars. Have completed the series after months of trying.

Found with the Cash Man.What a great bit of history,a bit of maintenance & away we go.Can't wait until i get a chance to do the rest of the series. Thanx MADSTARS
Found it OK, but there are access issues with the landowner who arrived and wondered what we were doing!
Cache was very badly wet.Log was so sodden it fell apart.Replaced wet bag with dry one and piece of paper for log until further maintained.
FOund this easily but had trouble with the very wet log. Drained out the water but the log sheet will need to me replaced. Suggest a more water proof container or it is stood upside down to stop it filling up.
We were in the area (dropped off one of "The Crew" at a Scout Camp), so I arranged to do some caching on the way home.
Found it.

A great little area on the roadside, and an easy find.
There was a small amout of water in the cache contaner, which was drained out. The log was dry thanks to the protective bag.

Found at 13:50 - the sixth of my day's caching around Maitland with Gibbo McCool.
Keen to redeem ourselves, we headed out-of-town to complete the Les Darcy series (wrong way round, of course).
There was a bit of embarrassment as I parked in the driveway across the road so that I could check the GPSr - of course, the one car heading down the road (the first in ages) wanted that driveway...
After a bit of a wander around looking at the grove (and having parked in the correct location), we found the cache.
Thanks for a great series (well, the 5 out of 6 of them that we could find...) MADSTARS

Hi all, sorry for any confusion, I was just really excited to get this series up and running and forgot to proof read my final write-up. I have adjusted the write-up on the "SIX ROUNDS WITH LES DARCY" cache series as some stated "eight" rounds instead of "six". The series was originally going to be "EIGHT ROUNDS WITH LES DARCY" and I do plan on adding another 2 rounds to this series in the future. Thanks to everyone for the feedback on the series. 16:58 After initially fleeing the area because a car came up and parked right at the driveway entrance near the cache (not sure if it was a muggle or geocacher or what?) I came back 15 minutes later to make the find. There was some consternation at the GZ as didn't know if this was the grove that was mentioned in the cache listing or actually someone's property we drove into to park the car and make the find. Not sure where the Woodville School of Arts is and definitely didn't see a memorial cairn here either? Please clear this up for us TNLNSL. Thanks for the interesting history lesson.

1505 Not done in order, but still wouldn't have got a FTF anyway Added another pebble to make it a stone cairn (lol)
Think I left a snake here also; and brought through the Bridge 2Bridge Travel Ingot.
Took about ½hr for the satellites to finally show where to look. I even walked +100m on either side of the driveway just to check it out for the cairn.
