Finally found this one on about my third visit, only to get home and find it's been disabled!
Like others, I felt quite conspicuous searching for this one, especially due to the car parked nearby and the nature of the illusion itself (seems to suggest many muggles present). Still a clever hide. TFTC

Parked 30m from GZ and walked back. Established where to look, when the occupants of the house turned up in a car right next to us! We assumed they must know of the cache on their front lawn, so with a cheery "Hey!!! How are you doing", to them, we were answered with a suspicious "Can we help you?". Uh oh... they had no idea... so I looked at the paperless caching device some more, and faked a "Oh! Now I get it!!" to my son, and started to walk back to the car. Not too sure about these hides in the middle of suburbia where not even the householders of the property are in on the secret... now, I spent 20 years in South Auckland, so this area doesn't upset me, but I can imagine others very uncomfortable... Tried and succeeded at a few others of the series, so we were happy - but this one wouldn't be classed as a good hide "back home". Of course, were I a local, I'd come back under the cover of darkness TFTC.
That was a small dog making lots of noise on the neighbourhood alarm! Cache found exactly where I expected.
Finally found this one. had a sudden inspiration as i was running past after enjoying the Sudoku on Sladden multi. Inspiration was correct! TFTC
When I arrived at ground zero this was the first place I looked. Nice non-traditional sort of cache. Thanks very much!
We played at the school playground afterwards.

Interesting to see where the illusions begun, spotted an interesting personalized plate near gz; or was it also an illusion? Found with Biggles while on a Wellington cache run. TFTC.
Find number 42 on a day caching in the capital with Kiwi Explorer. Ah-ha spotted a bit of a giveaway in the driveway... Cache retrieved with no problems. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice tricksy hide - Felt a bit conspicuous lurking around the "illusion" but after a quick log I was off again before the local posse could intervene...
Found with tmann421 and Hugo the dog. This was my favourite cache of the day - awesome hide! SL, TFTC.
now this idea I like..this is the first one and we will now pick a day to seek the rest...cool idea
That's two unsuccessful visits for us now, though each time we have felt limited by high numbers of muggles. Have decided that after work (4.30-6.00) is too busy on this road. Will try again another day (night would probably be better but the kids are too young for that - yet).
Great hide - one of my favourites.
Mr 8 had cache & its concealer in hand when a car went past - the look on his face was priceless - oh crap ive got to hide this....so he stood there trying to look casual, out in the wind & rain on the side of a road with everything hidden behind his back...he couldnt have looked more sus if he tried...lol
Was a good laugh for the day

We were determined to get all this series, so this was our first stop in the morning before heading to Wellywood. Alas our GPS brought us to a spot that was firmly occupied by a muggle’s car. No muggle about this early in the morning, but there was no way we could search the item that we suspected was the hiding spot without having to give the car more attention that we thought was wise, as the car was parked tight against it. So we sadly left, having failed in our mission to get all six Urban Illusions. Who knows when we will next be in the NI.
too many muggles. Felt conspicuous in front of the house. Will have to try again another day.
Jr taybee has this own account how am logging this old find under his new Username (Jr taybee) was log as part of taybee team
Out with the Taybee Team for a caching evening whilen waiting for it to get dark to view the Xmas lights. Noted twitching of curtains from the nearby house as the smallest member started climbing the tree! An awesome hide. TFTC
Felt very conspicuous "interfering" with this particular object, especially as we initially tried to remove the whole cache, before realising it could be opened. TFTC
Lots of pesky mugglers around. Had to wait for some that were waiting for a bus to leave, then had to wait till there were no cars - busy road that! TFTH!
After searching in the wrong place we found the right place.. Trust your GPS.. Otherwise quite an easy illusion compared to others.. Nice one... Thanks for the cache..
4.00pm. Another quick find but a little hard to pick up and harder to replace. Thank you. David.
#265. Well - excellent hide, but definitely in high muggle area. Shortly after we parked our car near GZ, one resident in the street promptly arrived home and parked his car right on the footpath beside us (presumably on the resident parking spot). The driver got out and eyed us suspiciously. Having spent a little time figuring out where the hide was, and was about to retrieve the cache ... lo and behold, got muggled ... by the cache owner! (Well ... technically not muggled, but was happy to get his friendly advice and confirmation of the cache.) One of the best in this series.

Great urban camo, and cheeky hide. We liked it. Best one of the series for us. Highly recommended.

Got the cache, and had signed it when suddenly it seemed like half the street came out and got into their cars. Slunk off to my wife and she returned and replaced the logbook, perhaps by virtue of the cache (lovely irony btw) I felt like many eyes were upon me!
3rd and final of the night with roaming kiwi and yet another for Morris making it three from three. Wahoo. Great find. TFTC.
3rd cache of the evening ,out and about with morriskiwi, and yes he managed to get all three targets before me tonight ,he was on the ball tonight.nice quick find

Another find for Urban Illusion. Felt like a sitting target if neighbours were watching from behind net curtains. Cache found reasonably quickly.

Nice hide. I did find it where I first looked, luckily no-one was around to see my extraction. Cheers Gav [2459]
I almost gave up on this one, because I was worried about disturbing the locals.
Saw the TB.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Spotted the TB first which led me to the cache. Nice quiet part of town here, I used to work very close by.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
Just needs a wee bit of maintenance - someone got a bit enthusiastic with the logbook pouch and its come off. Back soon!
Another quick one, 10 seconds and we had it in our hands. Spotted a big TB nearby. Another good cache. TFTC.
2nd find on a very wet and windy day – great camo – like you said expect the unexpected – what a hide

23:25 FTF - Yay!
Last email check before zzz showed 2 new caches... How did this happen? Sigh..., shoes on, pump up the tyres, carry bike downstairs, waking up all the neighbours (creaky stairs). 8km round trip and I found both! Made up for continuous failures at Heavy Metal (which, BTW, I still could not find on the way back).
Many thanks for this exercise in urban stealth J & K. And, oh yes, I did find the TB. SL, GC.
