Was in area, didn't help that the rain got more persistent! Maybe have to bribe ducks with bread next time.
No luck, people about, had quick look, were going to come back next day, but will have to wait for the next trip.

Took some bread with us, so we could blend in easily. Don't need an excuse to feed ducks anyway. Thanks.
Plenty of muggles and no bread. Oh well. Found by Mr TT whilst Mrs TT was away beating the Australians at the orienteering challenge up at Craigeburn. TFTC
Arrived to find duck feeding muggles. No problem - playground time while we waited it out. Once all clear, took some time to find it as Jr B had "cleared" the area saying nothing was there. It took Mr B to double check his work a while later to find the cache. TFTC - lovely spot.
A quick find this afternoon. Had to wait a few minutes after logging it as a dog and owner came along to admire the ducks. Thanks. Hatas
Thought we might have muggle trouble on a Sunday afternoon but no-one around - perhaps all out Christmas shopping? A quick find, TFTC
Almost gave up on this today, as co-ords headed me slightly off GZ, but after muggles left had a more thorough scrounge and found. Good hide!
A few ducks about looking interested in the idea that lunch may have turned up for them, but no bread from me so that soon stopped. TNLN Thanks.
In the area, so Andre and I made a quick find and did the feed the ducks thing. Cheers.
Nice quick find but had needed a bit of stealth, lots of houses in view. Great wee setup to relax, or feed the ducks from.

nice quick find, pretended to be enjoying the sun (didnt take much pretending) TFTC
Tried this earlier this morning but a couple of muggle kids appeared to be eeling off the platform. Returned just before lunchtime, when it was raining and had no problems finding the cache. Cheers Gav [2529]
A nice quick find, filling in time between flights on my way home to the West Coast.
I'm sure this would have been really easy on any other day than a school holiday day. Two boys climbing all over gz claiming to hunt for a water rat then next moment it was an eel they had seen. Either way there was no opportunity for us to look.
Nice quick find but impossible to know if anyone is watching from the nearby windows. TFTC.
Wonderful little spot. I did not have a very high opinion of that area, but the lovely homes and special hiding spot has changed my mind. Thank you.
Is always fun just blindly following the GPS and giving caches a bash with no info nice area for the locals signed log thanks for the cache
Doing a drive about caching and had no idea where we were lol. loved the place if only i could afford places like these.
A quick find on a dry day in Christchurch. Not much wildlife around today so had to keeo the eyes peeled. I don't think i was spotted.. TFTC
Quick find on a sunny morning - no muggles looking - no ducks to be fed. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(1362)
I think it might have been a bit of a waste doing this at night!

#345 (1/7 on an East Chch sweep). Found with Troodles. Luckily a couple of muggles were leaving as we arrived. A quick find. TFTC.
Quick find. Had to be quick as 2 muggles were gardening in full view across the road.
The ducks took a great interest in us they wanted to show us were to look. TFTC
Fun find with the gps not working. Live quite close so i'll be keeping an eye out for potential geocachers everytime I head to the bus stop muahahaha.
2219. A quick find and log and then we spent some time photographing the ducks. We were intrigued by the Paradise "Duck" pair - on with a completely white head and the other with a completely black head.
Hopefully the neighbours were all too busy today to be watching this area as it has been a very busy cache today!
Thanks
Iris & Rodney

A quick find. Last of three for the day. TFTC Sadly not big enough for any of the coins I have from Overseas.
Saw the email and voom! Knew it'd be close as Bo lives closer, drove up to GZ and no sign of trucks. Sent a quick text to Mrs Rincewind who wanted regular reports, hopped out of the Rincewind3 Mobile http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1468349 and lo! is that a Bighorn I see? Yes, the lights are flashing and the driver is grinning like an idiot. I carried on to the GZ-proper and had a quick look...no luck. Stopped to say g'day to Bo who, by now, had arrived. He took one side and I took the other - success for Rincewind3, my 11th FTF!
We had a good laugh (it's not the first time we've met in similar circumstances) and headed home to plot the attack on Grandalf's new cache.
TFTC (& the laugh).

Yes just as Rincewind3 descibed it lol. Its getting to be a habit turning up at these new reserves and seeing each others vehicles already there. It certainly beats sitting in front of the TV. So thanks for the new cache and another new reserve. Cheers Bo
