Big Thank You to Hello Mrs & lytteltonwitch for organising this event and providing the prizes.
Personal thanks for the draw I won of the 35ml cache. I did find a spare park to put it in in CHCH but was late for a plane So I guess it will have to be in the North Island.
Cheers,
GC.

What? FTL? Wow!
Thanks to the organisers - and as usual - nice to catch up with the old faces, and meet a few new ones.

We had an enjoyable time meeting other cachers. Thanks to Hello Mrs and lytteltonwitch .
Nice to put names to faces (especially those whose caches haunt us ), those we have come to know well, and pleased to see new cachers. Thanks to Hello Mrs and Lyttleton Witch for a great event - you really turned on the weather).
Setting our Polar Bear free and dropping in TBs from our travels so that people can retrieve them. Will log our attended log later!!
Who would have thought we would be enjoying such a beautiful hot sunny day after yesterdays rain and hail. Thankyou everyone who came to the event it was an stunning turnout. Great to see folk from the North Island, the West Coast and down south. Great to see also the folk who came to their first event and many thanks to those who have been around for awhile who were so willing to share their caching experiences. It was great to see the geokiddies and their enthusiasm for finding micro caches. Well done kids. Lytteltonwitch I am sure is much encouraged with the results of her mystery cache so watch this space for the real thing.
Thanks everyone who made a gold coin donation. Your generosity more than covered expenses. Rest assured the extra will go into prizes for our next caching event early next year and a small donation to Kiwicaching. Photos will be downloaded soon.

2313. A great event on an equally beautiful day. Thanks for organising this event - the location was first class, especially as it allowed the children to play safely and enjoy the day.
Thanks from us all

I had forgotten to log my attendance at this event. Was going through SI logs and catching up and realised my mistake. A very enjoyable afternoon and great to get out and do some group caching. Met lots of lovely people (cachers) but aren't we all. A big belated thanks to LyttletonWitch and Hello Mrs.
Great event, and good to meet new, and catch up with familiar, faces. A nice afternoon out all round - thanks for organising it! Cheers Gav [2684]
Really great to meet 'old' and new faces and exchange a few bits of information here and there. We were particularly pleased to meet the Sallies, with whom we have emailed since earlier in our newbie caching career!! (And cool looking shirts they had too..... )
Thank you so much to the event organisers, and we hope we can make it to another event over your way sometime.
We dropped off a few TBs and picked up a coin.

Great weekend meetup. Thanks LW and HM for organising this chance to get together again.
Great to meet so many faces of legendary names as well as relative newbies like ourselves. Good to see the techno gadgets that could make life for the non-GPS team member happier! I'll look "under the tree" for my new cache finder! Think I'll put the Xmas tree up early! Thanks to organisers!!
A great excuse to catch up,swap ideas and to finally start to put faces to user names. Great to meet some of them and a good opportunity to seek caches in a new area.
Thanks for your efforts

Will be in the neighbourhood so it looks like I can make this one. My first CHCH event and a chance to meet some more mainland cachers, cool! [^]
Attending Labour Day event, flights have been booked (a little while ago) GC and I will be arriving on Sunday am staying until Tuesday. Looking forward to a return visit.
I might be able to attend this - will depend if we are going to see Hubby's parents that weekend or not
Maybe i leave christchurch at the 26.oct... so it is not able for me to visit the event

I feel a caching run coming on!

An event I can possibly get to! I will have to talk to the Mrs-Organist to see if leaving Baby-Organist and Toddler-Organist with her is an option
3 Events within 80km and all within a month Will do my best to attend all, hope to see you there
Sorry - I won't be able to be there, as I'll be in Dunedin for my daughter's wedding!! (Pssst! - hope to pick up a few Dunedin caches while I'm there, of course)
Flights booked - down Sunday am (early) and back Tuesday. Need to hunt up a bed now. Will be 2nd trip in October and the 3rd in 2 months... Must be the Christchurch Air! Need wine coordinates this time...
Looking forward to it - always a good way to learn a bit more, and it will be good to catch up with our friends and make some new ones.
Terrific...thanks for organising this. I will be there. Will we all be wearing macintoshes and looking furtive?!
Will either be there (only just down the road) or away tramping (& caching, lol). I'll confirm as soon as I know myself...
