On my way to Barcaldine for QOGM 2018 . Left Nanango at 0225 and this was the next stop of the day. Good quick find. Going to Rockhampton to meet up with RoddyC and Mrs RoddyC some time this afternoon then heading to QOGM 2018 via the coast and across to Clermont. Signed log YOF as that is what I use on small and Micro log sheets/books to save space on the paper as I tend to write on the big side. Apologies for boiler plate logs as I have a lot to write up. I really enjoyed to out of the way park and the cache. TFTC Bundyrumandcoke
We came across your cache, Woodrow & Minus, on our way with youngoldfella, caching towards this year's QOGM in Barcaldine.
There was an accident on the Highway just past Bajool station, but we had to ake a detour anyway to get to this cache. Man so many others had the same idea - but they we just beating the huge traffic jam!!
Log signed and cache replaced at 1:55 PM on September 17, 2018. TFTC.

Finally heading south. staying a few days in Mt Larcom so that we could do a geo tour of the surrounding area.
A 300km round trip saw us attempt 19 caches, but only successfully logging 17 today. An interesting area and so glad we made this into a circuit to visit these areas.

Visited this park a few weeks back whilst walking a section of the Bicentennial National Trail. Didn't realise there was a cache.
Revisited today and found it. Beautifully maintained park.

a quick trip down to Rocky and a planned visit with Temingi
a day trip with company, doing some maintenance ... and grabbing a few caches along the way
well I remembered when this one was published - what nearly 8 years ago
and have driven past it at least [?][?] times
today, with a bit of time up my sleeve, decided it was time to finally come out and have a look.
nice spot, bet it is popular with the locals
found signed and replaced
... and now I don't have to think "must have a look one day" when I go past
thanks for the cache Bundy

It's amazing what great spots can be found when you veer off the main road. Cache was found by 'A'. SL TNLN Thanks for bringing us here.
Bundy how cool is this spot. Ratdog and I were amazed when we pulled up. We had come the long way via many dirt roads but really it seemed in better shape than the highway, less potholes thats for sure. We headed bush from Bajool seems thats not necessary But Ratdog was navigating so we went that way. Nice drive too.
cache was nice and dry. seems that there is a scarecrow and bonfire thingy on this saturday 23rd. sounded kinda interesting but I will have to work.
TFTC we love these ones best.

The Esky family traveled north from Toowoomba for the holidays to visit friends at Cannonvale. The perfect opportunity to tick off caches for the Well-Travelled Cacher Challenge. A slight detour off the main drag for this one but shortest deviation of the highway available for this distance. A lovely spot...glad we stopped by. Thanks Bundyrumandcoke.
Love out of the way secret spots! So glad we stopped here for lunch! Found enroute sunny coast to mackay with Ninja Kai and Wombat Boy!
Fun as! Thanks to those who looked after it. Long time visitors of the rec park and love it
Fun outing for the day and the rest stop is beautiful. We also stopped at the nearby creek to do a bit of photography. TFTC
The container is not watertight. The original logbook was saturated, even inside a ziplock bag. I have taken it home to try to dry it out. Someone has already left a replacement. I will return it in the near future with a better container.
Thanks so much Bundyrumandcoke for showing us this little hidden gem. The kids loved it although we will have to come back after some more rain!

Had to be sneaky, sneaky at this one, but I think we found it without being seen.
We camped at the grounds for a 40th birthday bash. So there were muggles everywhere! One camp was site was set up 2 mts from GZ.
Before we arrived I had thought that the cache was going to be in the creek bed itself but the GPS was showing up top so we started hunting around the camp. The GPS was jumping all over the place and it was hard to pinpoint where it should be.
Cooper spotted a likely place and started rummaging and came up with success.
The cache was water logged so we took it and have it some TLC. I dried out the two replacement logs and info sheet best I could, but they are ruined. I put in a new log book and left a smiley face charm and our signature tokens.
It certainly is a beautiful spot. The boys even had a swim in the creek.
Thanks for the find bundy

What a fantastic spot and some great outdoor furniture in here it would be a great place to stay in a motorhome or camper! the little creek next to it must have come up a long way during the floods as the banks are all washed away, the cache was wet and the log book but i wrote in it and drained out the water (we didn't have time to let it dry out)
Visited this cache spot today, but when we turned up we found a Motorhome Club in residence for the weekend. We'll have to go back another time and log the find. Lovely spot for a picnic ( even with the owners of 20 motorhomes).
Find number 99 for me
I love finding these places. Geocaching give you see experiences that you never would have had otherwise. Geobaby slept all the way out there and woke right as I got there so we went for a nice little walk together. I can see why when the floods came through it didn't go anywhere. TFTC Bundyrumandcoke.

The recent unbelievable flood events in the region has put water right over the top of this cache. Fortunately, it stayed put. I have collected it, and brought it home to dry out. The TBs have been transferred to another caches.
Dropped by on the bike this time and made sure the cache was hidden properly after the maintenance
I also dropped off a TB and took a TB

[Found this during an SES activity, this cache may need to be rechecked] once the fence has been repaired as it had to be removed to allow access to the creek.[ I had been meaning to take a trip down here and find this anyway, so TFTC

After a few wrong turns to streets that do not seem to exist we finally made it here. Great spot, good facilities and the kids enjoyed a spontaneous picnic
Sadly, cache was partially filled with water, and the log and various contents ruined. Replaced the logbook with a spare and dried out the cache box.
Placed "Endless Summer I" into the cache.

What a great park. Used to be lots like this according to my childhood memories, or maybe I'd been there before.
Swapped a few trinkets in the Cache. Plenty of water in the waterhole.

A bit disappointed that I could not get to this one from the Mount Morgan side, there was a large Road Closed sign, that I chose to obey. The longer way around was well worth the trip, as I would never have visited this area otherwise. I thought the timber tables & seats looked great. No swaps, thanks Bundy.
Found the coordinates on Google Earth and decided to have a look on my way back to Gladstone. The dirt roads are in good condition as you said and it is a lovely little spot out in the country. Took the silver female silhouette clip and replaced it with a Shrek figurine. Thanks again Bundy.
Found whilst in the area checking out a house/block. What a great little spot [^] - I seem to be on the Bundy trail lately [8d]Spent some time exploring various tracks thinking there must be a short cut to Mount Morgan [?] only to now read the cache write up and have that confirmed - I'll be back. Thanks for yet another top spot & cache BR&C [:d]
Found it at 2:15pm. What an awesome location! This cache delivered what I want in caches...exploration of new places. Highly recommend this cache.
Thanks,

Arrived extra early on my way to Gladstone. but had to dodge a family of muggles camped there. TFTC
What a great spot [^] Didn't even know it was there. Ended up spending an hour there as my 2 year son could get enough of the play ground equipment.
