Went to this lovely little island and thoroughly enjoyed gathering all the clues. Unfortunately I didnt find the cache and after contacting the owner discovered I had counted one of the clues wrong. Thanks to the owner I now know where I went wrong, but time wasnt on our side this trip so I couldnt get back to find the cache. Oh well, we will definitely try again on our next trip back to beautiful Singapore. Thanks IndianaJanes and DecoyDog for bringing us here.

Would appreciate if geocachers read all logs AFTER their visit before hitting the "needs maintenance" button. The cache has been available since after Chinese New Year. Besides, if the area is shut down to the public, even the cache owner, unless he also owns the island, would not have been able to check on the cache's condition to maintain it (sorry, we've no power to "maintain" the area it's in).

Looks like the barriers are down, so this cache is up for grabs again. Cheers!

Lovely place. The security cameras may make geocaching look like a crime though. This is perhaps the only place I've been to where the pruning and watering of plants is intense.

We had some time before the wedding...
Beautiful, serene place IJs! [^]
We walked and took in the awesome tranquality of the place.
After finding the answers.. we realised we were slightly off (from the lack of checking one waypoint properly)
I was in heels so Pathseeker gallently went in search of the cache, leaving me in the HOT sun Surprised
I watched and tried to help but after awhile, decided the cool shade of the trees was better than a tan! Red Face
Found a path in.. and just above where Pathseeker was, spotted geocacher's camou at the base of a tree 15m away...
Cache in hand, called out to a relieved Pathseeker! Big Grin
Thank You for bringing us to such a lovely place IJs! Cool

Just when you thought that there would be no bashing in such a serene and beautiful place.....I was WRONG! Didn;t want nations to hurt herself so took the task of finding this,

After a while, I heard nations voice calling to me from above! ??? Wasn;t she supposed to be below? 'FOUND IT!' she called. Fustration turned to relief!

Beautiful place , really enjoyed the walk here especially with nations. Next cacher, please come when its cooler. TFTC!

This place can heal your soul! I was kinda in a low spirits but after claiming the cache & feeling the ambience here, my spirits was very much liven up.
All waypoints were ‘muggle-proof’, very smart! Got me thinking of the many micros I had to prepare in my own multi-cache...
A leisure stroll is all u need to explore the 4 scenic waypts.

My thanks to IJs for cheering me up here, TFTC

A very picturesque place but lack the seagulls to complete the charm. Nevertheless, it is always nice to have a cache nearby to look forward to. The blazingly hot afternoon today almost got us sunburnt from counting the paddles! The good thing was the heat drove away all the muggles. Found the nicely tucked away cache and did a quick TB swap. SLTFTC!

2nd to find. Enjoyed the nice walk to this interesting place. With 3 pairs of eyes to count the oars, it became easy as we all had the same total no. Sejtam did the final search while the two of us stand on guard, whistled when we saw muggles approaching our direction (that was our agreed signal). While sejtam was going back to place the cache, a security personnel with walkie-talkie was petrolling the area.Surprised Nos. fo sejtam and I whistled frantically to warn sejtam of the muggle approaching but he said he thought we were practicing - duh? Luckily, the security guy was looking straight ahead rather than to where sejtam was! That was a close shave! Thank u IJs and DD for taking us there. The bone looks yummy but we decided to not take it just in case DD might want it back.Razz SL,TNLN.

AWESOME!!!
FTF!!!
Anyway... here comes my long/short (don't know how that works...) essay on the cache...

Cache was pretty weird cos of the sudden changes in our observations so for STF you should make sure yur clues are correct..
At WP3, we had our eyes crossed counting oars over and over and over again. As I write this log I can still see them swirling around my head, beckoning me not to talk bad of them. Wonder if I would get nightmares of oars raiding Singapore with nuclear oar-ICBMs. Surprised
At WP4, we had to jump into the sea to get the clue!!! Surprised
(please do not try this act of foolishness... We have a height disadvantage....)
FTF Patch will be placed in a cache we are working on, so do please look out for it and keep the signal moving!

2 more to the big 200 caches for Singapore!!!!! Singapore's geo-community is getting larger!!!!

A great multi! Count carefully! Well, now we have to think of a cache. BTW, we were also planning a multi on this island. Looks like you beat us to it! Razz Oh well, back to the drawing board! Anyways, thanks for the cache and we really enjoyed doing this one! Yeah jumping in and swimming and all....Big GrinBig Grin

Edit: we really did not! Wink
