Had a long look for it but couldn’t find anything that would seem to be a cache
Another DNF for this one - found a likely place with a small toy in it, but nothing else.
Out with an Adder and a Fish, on our Wednesday wandering.
Caching our way to Port Broughton and back to Gawler.
This was a DNF or us today.
Will return another day.Tftc

Once more a menagerie of animals from the Puzzled Puzzlers set out on our weekly Wednesday Wanderings. Unfortunately the Starfish was not well so he was with us in thoughts and not in person. The KORF as the chauffeur for the day the plan was to pick up a few DNF's and numerous others that still required smiling faces on the map. A couple of DNF's turned to smileys and a few more DNF's added to the list.
No luck for us here. The hint gave a good description of what we were seeking but nothing. Seems this one has gone

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about with some of those friends and we targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks Gum-Ako for placing this cache.

Today Gary and I travelled from Moonta back to Burra and then to Adelaide! Some of the cache hides were easy, others were more challenging, but overall we enjoyed yet another wonderful day with fantastic weather.
Thanks for the cache Gum-Ako

Woo hoo, the lovely Micaparamedic and I decided we would attend the June Long Weekend Event in South Australia (Edithburgh) and make the most of a road trip to the glorious Yorke Peninsula by spending a week away - NICE! [^]
We particularly enjoyed exploring Innes National Park and focussing on the new earth caches on the YP and in Burra.
Thanks for the cache Gum-Ako

Caching my way from Adelaide to Alice Springs via Uluru for the Red Centre Experience event. Today was day one and that meant Adelaide to Port Augusta after work. With the goals I've set myself earlier in the year, I've focused almost exclusively on older (2009 and earlier) cache hides.
You're right, I didn't need one. Good coords put me right at GZ where the cache hide revealed itself.
This was find number 2 of 10 for the night for me. TFTC Gum-Ako!

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Nearing my destination but needed a break so saw this one on the map so decided that this was the place. pulled over safely, wandered to GZ and made a quick find, signed log and replaced with a little more cover over the cache as it was completely uncovered.

Heading home to Adelaide, after work away for the week, last one for the day,.
As stated in the cache notes, a hint was not needed. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache Gum-Ako.
A quick drive by cache here, only slowed by having to take in the scenery and line up of the wind turbines
Thanks for another windy cache
And more of the history of the development of this renewable energy project [^]

Heading down to the Gawler Belt to view the sons recently purchased farm, I stopped and picked up a few caches on the way ! tnln thanks Gum-Ako
First one found in the series - I know there are some who don't like the wind farms but I love them! SL TFTC
It's great to see the wind farm working today with few towers out of action. At times in Victoria we see lots stationary.

Nice quick find on our trip to Port Pirie. Found with Donnazev.
Noted that there is still no clue in this (not sure if the maintenance has been done yet).

Geocaching expedition with fellow Kadinian Karpy Karpyson on a sparkling spring day, covering Port Broughton through to Snowtown. 32nd cache of the day - record for moi! Couldn't find the clue as it was waterlogged. Any idea what it is?
A bout of Mondayitis inspired Mr M to go caching with Mrs M and a visiting Mogni. A trip to the Mid North was hastily planned. Snowtown recorded the highest windgust in 8 years... and we were probably retrieving a cache at that time. A great day was had despite the weather.
No number. It wasn't what we were expecting as we couldn't see much lined up. TFTC Gum-Ako.

After setting up camp, we headed out to do the SWF trail. A great morning travelling the outback roads, the paddocks look a treat dressed in green & gold.
This cache was quickly found, a little damp & we could not locate the number.
Thanks Gum-Alko

Firstly I need to apologise for the largely generic log.
A friend was in town and wanted a trip north, I had some leave so a short road trip was thought to be a good idea. As we are both cachers, a few caches were definitely in order. We cached on four of the five days away. The last day we needed to get back to town so we had to use discipline and drove past all of the caches on the way home.
Day one. Adelaide to Port Augusta. 26 finds, 1 DNF.
Day two. Port Augusta to Coober Pedy. 10 finds, 1 DNF.
Day Three. Coober Pedy. 8 finds and Ill see what happens with the Earth Cache.
Day Four. Coober Pedy to Woomera, Roxby Downs and Andamooka. 9 finds. Left a lot for next time.
Day Five. Straight back to Adelaide. No caching.
All in all a fun trip that was more than just caching but caching was a fun part of the trip.
