We are caching with Owl & kitkat in much warmer weather. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find. SL [^] Blue Goose
Out visiting Cedar Pockets to see if we would like to do some camping and ATV riding in the area. As always we like to grab a few caches when we travel and we also do some trash pickup. This was a great area for that. Got 4 LARGE bags of trash just on the exit and entry ways to I-15--southbound side only. We didn't even go to the other side of the freeway and pick up trash there because we didn't have any more room in the trunk of the car to hold more. We could easily have filled another 4-5 bags. So sad that some people seem to not even care about the beauty of this land we call home. Their trash is so unsightly. We wish people cared more about the consequences of their actions when they toss something out the window. We found the cache as we were cleaning. Cleaning the roadway is an easy way to cover what you are really there for--geocaching in the great outdoors. What a beautiful sunny, warm day for that activity today. All is well with the cache.

Needed to get an Arizona cache for my brother Jeepers-gasfree, but I didn't imagine it was going to be so hard because of the limited access! Our car's A/C broke just after we left Zion NP, and it 106 degrees today. We just don't have the desire to do any more hiking in the heat. Yay for this PNG!
US12. If I have the right cache in mind there was a fantastic Joshua tree here, the best example I have seen. Thanks.

After completing the Route 66 caches and then heading to Las Vegas for a few days, Albida and I headed up to Utah and Arizona to grab a few more caches.
This one was found after a brief search and we were off to the next one.

We found this one at 1:00pm. Our last Arizona cache of our trip. We got to stop and finally have a close look at one of those trees that we had been passing for many kilometres now. Beautiful scenery. We are amazed at the consistantly loose surface of the land wherever we walk. Thanks for the cache from D,H,H & A B-A.
