This has to be the worst location for a cache. lots of people hang around this area late at night on a weekend so no wonder it gets muggled so often. And I'd say its been muggled again... we couldnt find it.

19-Jul-09
this one must have been muggled again.

I will archive it for the moment

I guess this on has been muggled....

I was in town and Endeavoured to find James. The captian did not want to be found. I think his ship may have sailed. If this hide is the same as The Art of Healing, which it would appear to be, then the cache has gone. I put Mini Cash Man on my shoulders to have a good look but he could not see the cache. The was some sign but no sign of the cache. Thanks fatty but the muggle activity here is intense.

Had received an email from Fatty Acid letting us know this cache was back in action, but have not been able to go for a search until. Sadly - there was no sign of the cache for us yet again - I hope it hasn't been muggled again. Sad

27-Jun-09
no luck today...

This is the second time I have tried to find this cache. The first time it was off line, so once it can back I line I was ready to have another go. Wink

I was looking for a Nano and I know its on the parking sign. I looked at the hint and could not find anything like a ring at GZ.
I went all over the place and was unable to locate the cache.

Hope that it is still in play Sad

12/07/09 changed log to note. Five DNF after me so I take it that its gone.

Our second DNF for this cache - despite receiving some extra and rather specific clues from Fatty Acid. Aaaarrrggggghhhhh - what are we doing wrong?!?!
Got to watch a wedding outside Customs House though!

21-Feb-09
Searched high and low, up and down, in and out but no luck. Even had a Mr Whippy soft serve to act as our cover while we searched. Have a feeling this one has been muggled.

10-Feb-09
No find here for me although I think I knew what I was looking for as I have one similar in Wollongong. Next Visit to Newcastle maybe.

08-Feb-09
Spent ages looking using baby cacher boy in pram as a decoy, but couldn't locate it. Sunday arvo so lots of muggles around. Will come back another time.

29-Jan-09
Not that easy if looking for a lanyard, but once I opened my geocaching mind up a bit more and trusted my GPSr, I knew where it had to be. Obviously a high miggle traffic area but a top spot to combine a walk along the foreshore with some caching.

I checked on this one a while ago, and I thought it was muggled.

I replaced it tonight (under the cover of darkness) and guess what????

I found the old cache, the old lanyard had falled off making the cache very hard to locate

in any case

New log installed

good luck finding this one

please take some photos

GPSR took me to a parking sign. Had a look all over but unable to locate Cache. Used the hint and still unable to locate any thing that resembled a lanyard. Hope it still there ??

Though I wasn't able to retrieve the cache, the owner kindly gave me the permission to log it. Thank you so much!

Had some time to kill between work and a meeting so what else Could I do but find a cache.
This was easy to locate but retrieving and replacing was slightly harder due to muggles, but was completed.

19:17 Thought I knew where it'd be straight away but was wrong, though found it without too many hassles (after waiting for muggles to pass). Good time of day to get this one as not too many folk around. Signed log. Thanks for the hunt and harbour views. The Endeavour is no longer here so the cache name may raise some questions now...

Oh my god this was the hardest retrieval of our lives....

It was 9.30am in the morning and there was a festival on... Would you believe it a Festival... Muggles everywhere....

There was even a stall set up around the cache... I couldnt believe it.

But we planned the retrieval... Mrs MADSTARS and Miss MADSTARS went into the stall and diverted attention...

I waited for the opportunity and made the grab...

Signed log and repacked cache... Then waited for the next opportunity and replaced cache...

This was heaps of fun...

It even cost a few bucks... little Miss MADSTARS wanted a Freddo show bag and a go on the clowns....

Thanks for a great cache fattyacid.

That was a tricky find as many Muggles were loitering around, one even sat right below the cache and I had to wait 30min before he left... I went on board yesterday and it was a worthwile visit to the Endeavour.
Thanks for the Cache!

FTF! Big GrinBig Grin

Quick find of a good hide in a high traffic area. The harbour was looking awesome.

My photo may be a bit of a spoiler but it had to be done.
