Day Four of our Five Day/Five States Geocaching Adventure.
We spent the night in Greeley after finishing the "Pawnee P.T." caches. We had one more day to find as many caches as we could in Colorado because our flight to Spokane wasn't until 10 p.m.. Smile
We decided to start the day by doing the "Country Cross" caches before heading to the big playground behind the airport. We found a car wash and lunch in Keenesburg before heading out for an afternoon of "Plain Fun" finding "So Many Micros" while learning about our "National Parks" and taking in "Silo Views" and "Barn Views". The scenery was pretty amazing with the storm clouds all around us but a nice big patch of blue sky that seemed to follow us where ever we went. [^]
Thanks for the cache.

Woo Hoo! This cache sets our new daily record (the old record stood for several shameful years). We watched a northern harrier hunting up and down the fenceline--such huge and beautiful birds. TFTC!

US12. This turned out to be a long and productive day caching out behind the airport. Lots of under used roads with all manner of cache hides. A great day that was a little bit reminiscent of the power trail in California on Route 66, just by myself this time. Thanks.

Smile This was 1 of 227 caches I found today by myself. This was a personal record for caching solo. I managed to pick the best route avoiding severe thunderstorms into the evening. I used to live in Denver and it made the experience that much more fun. Thanks for all the great caches. I had a blast.
