Day Four of our Five Day/Five States Geocaching Adventure.
We spent the night in Greeley after finishing the "Pawnee P.T." caches. We had one more day to find as many caches as we could in Colorado because our flight to Spokane wasn't until 10 p.m.. Smile
We decided to start the day by doing the "Country Cross" caches before heading to the big playground behind the airport. We found a car wash and lunch in Keenesburg before heading out for an afternoon of "Plain Fun" finding "So Many Micros" while learning about our "National Parks" and taking in "Silo Views" and "Barn Views". The scenery was pretty amazing with the storm clouds all around us but a nice big patch of blue sky that seemed to follow us where ever we went. [^]
Thanks for the cache.

Found while on a trip to the area from Indianapolis. Had some extra time before catching a flight back home so I decided to get some caches around the airport. Got these in before the big snow storm. Cache is in good shape! TNLN SL TFTC! Big Grin

Relatively quick find on a gorgeous day. A guy in a white pickup with a radio of some sort (CB?) pulled off near me both at this and the previous cache, and I think I saw him one more time after that. I was getting prepared to explain what I was doing, but he eventually drove away. Hope that's the last of that. I'm such an innocuous person, but this is close to a major airport so who knows what conclusions someone might jump to. TFTC!

Last day of our CO trip. We did all quick drive up's this afternoon mostly on country roads southeast of the airport. Thanks for hiding them all for us to find.

US12. This turned out to be a long and productive day caching out behind the airport. Lots of under used roads with all manner of cache hides. A great day that was a little bit reminiscent of the power trail in California on Route 66, just by myself this time. Thanks.

Smile This was 1 of 227 caches I found today by myself. This was a personal record for caching solo. I managed to pick the best route avoiding severe thunderstorms into the evening. I used to live in Denver and it made the experience that much more fun. Thanks for all the great caches. I had a blast.
