In February I managed to uncover the final coordinates but the cache was missing. Today I was able to return and make the find, that I made much harder than needed!?!TFTC.

19-Nov-24
With lots of corrected coordinates and green icons on the geo map, it is time for a visit to Wagga Wagga with Suscoe to clean the geoboard a little.Day two greeted us with a fine warm day, with a light breeze, so we headed south to initially do a bit of fishing and then do a pub crawl, as well as pick up a few other caches on the way. This was one of the caches we found today although we are not sur eof the legitimacy of the placement. Our thanks to 'Fred6603' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.38287*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*

19-Nov-24
Suscoe and Phetlern headed out for a day's caching adventures to the south and south west of Wagga. We had a range of caches to look for including the Pub Crawl series and the A to M caches as well as any others we came across that were on our list for today. It was a warm day with bright sunshine and a gentle breeze. We had lots of fun and we enjoyed our day out with Phetlern. The caches were terrific with a variety of hides. We saw quite a few birds of all sizes from large eagles down to little wrens. We even came across a goanna that had just headed up a tree. Thanks to Fred6603 for this multi, we enjoyed the task and the find. A favourite.

24-Sep-24
Had another go at working out the puzzle and suddenly some numbers appeared that made sense. A quick trip out after work and a quick find was made, a very well made and hidden cache at each location, so a FP from me.

17-May-24
There is a new container at GZ. Please be discreet when searching for this one as there is quite a bit of activity nearby at certain times of day. Please take care when retrieving and replacing container so as it is not lost like the original.

16-May-24
Cache replaced.

23-Apr-24
Disabled until I can get a chance to check this one as I am currently unable to check it as I am recovering from surgery.

23-Apr-24
I've tried every available method at my disposal to get the owner to check this, email, messages, friends. I haven't had a reply and there are now many DNFs, including the last finder who found it missing and logged with permission.I hope this helps get it checked and fixed.

23-Apr-24
Glad I managed to reach you. You make fantastic caches and it would be a shame to see them go.Would you like me to delete the logs?

24-Feb-24
I got to tag along for this excellent cache with a group who had already solved the first waypoint. They were kind enough to give me time to look there and see the incredible workmanship that has gone into it.At the final waypoint it was fairly obvious where to look. A reasonably thorough check turned up nothing before, in a great stroke of convenience, The Drovers arrived and with the aid of a convenient tool were able to say that either the cache has been taken or swallowed by the earth. Either way, I'm grateful to have enjoyed the journey on this wonderful multi.

24-Feb-24
Worked out the final coordinates at our accomodation, after realising there was a twist we needed to discover. This morning we were disappointed to discover the container was missing. We shall return when its replaced.

24-Feb-24
Spent heaps of time at WP1 and TC did a PAF for some help. Totally devious! Unfortunately the final is missing so a write note it is.

28-Dec-23
Find number 10374We had some local help with one thankfully finally found the puzzle pieces and got the info needed at GZ we came up empty handed. We have owners permission to log this cache Thanks Fred6603 for placing the cache

28-Dec-23
While staying in the area we found a plethora of caches. Some easy some hard some high and some low some multis some mysteries some trads and Labs. This was one on the finds TFTC.this one was well put together we needed some help we have owners permission to log

10-Sep-23
Unfortunately, this was a DNF for us which was a shame. Even with a local PAF, we didn't have any luck here.

10-Sep-23
We resorted to a PAF that lives nearby and they had a look for us. Unfortunately, no luck here today.

06-Apr-21
Found during a week in the Riverina.

A tricky little cache. Took me a while to locate WP1 and then find the correct six digit number. Another quality cache from Fred6603. TFTC

31-Jan-21
Apologies for late log, it is only when I come back to the area with Happy pants that he reminded me that we had already done this cache.

Thanks Fred6603 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Boy, talk about a little tricky blighter, in more ways than one. This one was attempted as we were working our way back home with Happy Feet after an afternoon caching around Wagga and we decided to try for this lone multi as we passed by. Parked not too far from waypoint one and pondered what direction we would take to search around and it was just by chance that l spotted something as l glimpsed over the area and thought it needed a closer inspection, sure enough we managed to find a set of numbers with a little help from the phones camera. We crunched some numbers and thought they looked reasonable enough and headed off to begin our search, hmm looks like we did something wrong and we had to tweak and massage the final co-ord's before it looked like a more promising spot, again it was up to me to have to make the grab and with no gloves on hand l decided to grab a shopping bag from the back of the car and treat this hide like picking up a doggy do do and reached in and made the find. Oh that was unusual! first cache container of this type l have found! Well worth a fave point from me for the work gone into it, thanks again Fred6603 for the tricky little multi and the hide.

31-Jan-21
This was just nasty! That red herring especially! But just amazing too, I honestly have no idea how you made some of the components to that WP1, but I am seriously impressed!

I admit we did have to get a PAF, so called the CO himself as we were struggling to find the WP1. We got a good hint, and found it almost instantly afterwards. My coordinates were at least 10-15 metres out for WP1, but that was probably just me!

Then the puzzle part was a real head scratcher, however deshadybear managed to solve this AGAIN after I couldn't. Glad I brought him along!

The final container was just the final nail to this already devious and unique hide.
Favourite from me , thanks

Wow! This guy is insane. I'm blown away by his ingenuity nothing is as it seems.

Found at 10:01 AM GAFF1.
Gosh - these caches are tough! Even though we knew where the cache was going to be, when p-pprass put his hand in he didn't feel anything move or anything familiar. Had to really rummage in there [B)]
Thanks Fred6603

Too good! After a lot of help we had cache in hand! TFTC ya cleaver cacher.

With Wp1 in the middle of a creek, and nothing obvious nearby, this one wasn’t worth wasting time on!

Find #1000 @ 3:03pm on 15 November 2018

With another day off, I decided to hit Wagga for my #1000! After a few failed attempts at making #1000 on other caches I wanted it to be, I decided on letting it become ‘Boring’ (GC1H5YN). Big Grin It is very worthy for #1000 and a FP is heading its way. But before that I needed to make 3 finds (997, 998 and 999) as I only had 996 finds before I started the day. So I had 4 finds today (and a DNF) which ended my quest on making 1000 finds! Big Grin All this and some more Christmas shopping lead to a great day out. TB visit on all found caches today. I would like to thank Fred6603 and Roostaman for the caches I found and for the fun while finding them. Smile

I have heard so much about this one and I decided that it should deserve a milestone spot on my list of finds. After failed attempts at making my #1000 on other caches I had chosen for it, I decided on making this one it. After arriving at the way point the it was a great challenge. I spent a good 10 minutes searching at the WP and soon the field puzzle was solved and I was off to GZ. Another creative container and cache by Fred6603. This one was everything but boring. Thanks again Fred6603 and of course a FP added to this. Big Grin

P.S. This one needs a new log sheet. It is starting to fall apart and one side is full and the other side only has one or two spots available left to sign.

04-Nov-18
Obviously the call of the model train whistles and the sound of steam engines was a bigger draw card than trying to find the puzzle at WP1 for this one. So hot and dusty we gave it up and headed to the Showgrounds instead. Another time we may try again. Thanks for teasing us Fred6603

Another fun multi from Fred6603
Luck be on our side that the CO Could do a spot check.
Thanks for placing this cache Fred6603.

Sitting at home today having a quite morning with [@AngusnmumyAdventures](http://coord.info/PRRD6GG) when we got a call from Geo-chauffeur (Joe) to see if we wanted to go for a drive to the tip, another opportunity for Boring.

Meaning - Boring - not interesting; tedious, dull, mundane.
Can I say that this cache is NOT at all boring, the name is very WRONG for this cache, it is very interesting, exciting and full of fun.

How to cure it - Exercise, Sport, Hike, Garden, get out and do something, etc.
For the cure for boredom, muggles need to get out there and go Geocaching and do some of Fred's caches they area so much of a challenging and fun, there are also many other cacher's out there who challenge our brains as well.

While out there again looking for the WP1 not having any luck a call for help, a hint was given still no luck, so a second one was given, a few minutes later we had the biggest hint of all Fred and Mrs Fred arrived to do a spot check and it was still there, they did't show us where but a big hint, their second one was a little out. We did find it, and recovered the needed figures. headed to GZ, found, signed, and replace, then home.

Thanks for this amazing little cache & your help Fredd6603 Lil Donna

20 minutes of poking around and I couldn't find the puzzle container Red Face

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.

Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.

Multis are usually not my thing, so it wasn't surprising to me to find a lot in my found database that hadn't been logged.

Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!

Thanks Fred6603 (F=6969 H=30) (F=6996 H=30) for placing this cache and adding to our game.

01-Jan-18
We first attempted this one years and years ago when we were relatively new to the hobby, and we didn't have a real lot of success....
Well here we are again, with a lot more of Fredds caches under our belt, so we now know that whatever it's going to be is a whole lot of tricky....
And tricky it is.....after a fair bit of looking here and there, the Queen finally came up with the goods, and after a slight oversight, we finally had the GZ co-ords where the Queen again came up with the really cool container.
A big favourite for us.
Cheers

Catching up with some late logs

This was our last day in town for this trip before catching the train back to Melbourne later this afternoon and The Drovers kindly offered to take Mrs Crackers out to look for a few more caches.

This one isn't too far form The Drover residence so it was first on the list for this morning.
It took a little while at wpt1 to work out what was required but once that was sorted out with some perseverance we headed off to gz where the cache container bought a smile to my face and I added our name to the log.

Thanks Fred6603 for the cache, a favourite point from us.

28-Aug-17
Out and about in the Wagga area today collecting a few more caches on a cold winters day. After parking nearby I headed to WP1 and after a bit of this and that I had a set of numbers and set off to GZ. Once at GZ the cache was in hand and the name made even more sense. Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

A favourite point for the fun.

With a relatively free weekend at last a plan was hatched with Rapidlywild to go and collect some unfinished multi and solved puzzles along with some new caches in Wagga Wagga.

It was a rather eventful weekend with a close encounter of the brown slithery kind, not a very happy either as I think we woke it from its winter slumber, friendly cows, good and not so good weather and the opportunity for the inner monkey to show itself again on a few occasions.

Enjoyed this one as it was one we had done on a previous visit but had no luck at GZ as time ran out, this time persistence paid off and we came up with the good. This needs a new log though.

TFTC Fred6603 and thanks for a fun weekend Rapidlywild.

FurfacesLL and myself had decided on a trip away for some much earned stress relieving geocaching. We had planned on doing a day trip across to Wagga Wagga however once we had a look at how many caches we had left to find, changed our plans to an overnighter instead.

We had a large number of multi's to collect that we had picked up GZ information from on prior trips and we had some solved puzzles to collect that we had solved. A nice range of caches across the weekend, did alot of in field maintenance work for CO's by adding new clean/dry/crisp logs to containers in new zip lock bags just to help out.

A great weekend had by us both with a mix of caches, mix of weather and an extremely close brown snake encounter (too close for comfort).

Thanks heaps to FurfacesLL for another awesome weekend away, and thanks Fred6603 for the cache placement Cool[^]Big Grin

After checking into the hotel, off we went to continue our caching rounds in Wagga. Far from boring........... This is one of the multis we gathered the required information on prior visits, we had failed for the find at GZ, but this time around, we persisted and eventually persistance paid off. Nicely done Mr Fred!.

10585. Found during a caching run down to the Wagga region this ANZAC Day long weekend.

Up early and hit the road while it was still dark - I had a lot of caches planned for this weekend ! Getting close to Wagga now and this was the first of many Fred6603 caches on my list to attempt. Once the GZ coords were sorted - what an epic that is ! - I looked around GZ and like a few others didnt consider it to be the cache. Then - due to reading that comment - I had another attempt at it and it kindly produced a log for me Smile ! Log was signed, cache returned and I headed off to the next one.

Thanks Fred6603 !! The first of many Favourite Points for your caches this weekend !

Out and about with Tassie Trekkers finding geocaches around Wagga Wagga as we head to the Qld Mega at Stanthorpe. Had to resort to using the hint on this one as we had searched for nearly an hour. As we had just completed 2 other multis by Fred6603 we really wanted to locate this cache as well, as the other two multis were very impressive. The CO provided a hint and the tricky cache containing the puzzle was soon in hand. Armed with the necessary numbers we awaited the arrival of the CO who said he would pop down for a chat as in the area. It was great to meet everyone and we left to find GZ together. Another clever hide at GZ. Deserves a favourite. TFTM

Today we explored Wagga Wagga and surrounds with Whitewebbs heading towards Stanthorpe for the Mega using geocaching as a guide.

We spent plenty of time at this one and had to give in and ask the CO for a hint. We again had it but dismissed it as a cache. After the hint we eventually had the cache in hand. We met up with fred6603 and caught up with cache talk and what Wagga Wagga has to offer for us travellers, plenty to see, trust us!

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Wagga & The Rock December 2014. Sol de Lune suggested a trip west to get caches we both had not done concentrating on some of the Wagga Multi's that have evaded us over the years. We had a successful trip culminating with the event at The Rock. Thanks to all the locals who helped us when we cried for help. This one was far from boring, and finding the first way point was the amazing bit of the cache, after that the tricks of the puzzle were much more achievable. Thanks.

Oh boy......what a great first container...took a long time and a bit of help to lay on our hands on it. Once it was hand, GZ was sorted and then a few minutes later the cache was in hand. Log was signed and everything replaced....ready for the next victims.

Thanks Fred....another one of our list of multi's for the weekend. Fav point added.

(Log is full will need a replacement)

28-Nov-14
We enjoyed this multi, as it was something a little different.
A quick find at the end, worth a favourite point from us. Log is full.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Fred6603, for us and others to find.

2512. Found in company with Nodalot by baby&Mrs gopher at 1550.We started off with finding the location of waypoint 1 just after 1400.From there it all went around and around in circles. Much frustration and the suggestion of a call to the hint. Yep we had it all wrong and decided to head back to the start again. Had the container in the vehicle trying again to squeeze more information out of that thing when a familiar ute pulled up just for the laugh.Fred and Mrs Fred had decided to come and make sure we didn't destroy anything. What a clever piece of engineering. Right information gained then off to the final. Most folk will get a bit hesitant here but baby just went ahead and did what had to be done. Now that really is a twist to a most enjoyable hide. This is baby&Mrs's second attempt, the first back in 2010. We SL Tnx Fred6603.

Found in the company of baby&Mrs gopher. Talk about ingenious.... Talk about devious. Talk about going round and round in ever decreasing circles....... What an adventure. and the very mean twist at the end of it. This Fred6603 must lie awake in bed at night trying to think up more devious ways to stump cachers. Good one and very entertaining Fred. TFTC 1550 I think this will have to be a favourite.

then we found the container to sign the log

Well I should have known that a bunch of kids would not be bored doing this one [^][^]
Found WP1 alright, but the puzzle was another matter........I could see it, but had no clue how to extract what we really needed so we resorted to the hint......Thanks Fred.
We eventually moved to GZ and the littlest cacher found the spot [^][^].
Thanks Fred6603 had us busy for quite a while...... now for a later than planned lunch.

We saw this was unfound for a while and given the D rating was nervous to attempt but nothing ventured nothing gained. We where not sure of WP1 but once in the right area we lucked a quick find of a masterful piece of camo. Wow! We had bought our seeing eyes for the next part and after much fiddling had discover the numbers. Very crafty. From there is was a short trip to GZ and having done one of the CO's other cache realised the likely hide. Nice fitting container for the final. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

A fav pt of course

5621. [font=Century Gothic][green]This was a must get cache today to fill in a requirement for the GeosportZ 2012 game. Not many caches have the word "ring" in them, at least close enough to grab. And boy what a saga it turned out to be.

First there was an object at the listed co-ords that had me looking over it for ages. Finally I moved away and found the cache and soon after had the co-ords. Well I must have stuffed something up as my trek to GZ turned up not much more than a rusty drum.

Left a message for Fred6603 who kindly advised that I had stuffed something up so it was back to the start. Taking more care this time I took the whole kit and caboodle back to the car. It was there I watched in horror as the container rolled off the centre console and down beside the car seat. Arrrgh. After 10-15 minutes of searching, FFP came up with the find. And then had to go back in and get the other bit. All good in the end - except for the bit where I brained myself on the kayak as I walked around the back of the car.

This time at GZ we were rewarded with a find. Glad to have this one ticked off as sometimes there is really one or two steps too many. Top work again!

[blue]Thanks for the cache Fred6603 and the assistance.[/blue]

Yet another brilliant Fred6603 cache!

Had this on our to do list for some time after some recommendations from previous finders & needed it to fill in a spot for our caching games. Today was the day. Smile

Arrived at WP1 and was a little bit wet under foot, so Big Ez went solo as the short legs of Mrs H and Mini Ez would not have made the leap over the running water!
DazRascal was with us, who had previously found the cache - he watched on with a bit of a smug grin as Big Ez went over the area scratching his head.
Finally he spotted the hidden numbers and once again very impressed with the hiding technique.
Of course...Fred.... we had a couple of options for GZ, so we went one way first and no luck before finding the correct location, and another nifty container was found at GZ.

Another great cache - Many thanks Fred!
TNLN SL. Cheers.

YAY, on 3rd attempt. 1st attempt found us walking in the paddock, 2nd attempt I broke one part of the puzzle. (oops) 3rd time lucky with many clues from Fred6603. TFTC.

Wow I think that sums this one up. Had to phone a friend on this one as it was insane. Found wp1 but working out the numbers was ridiculous hence why the phone a friend came into play. Once some hints were given I thought how would someone work this out I suppose that's why it has been so long since the last find. Couldn't work out the name of the cache until I got to gz then it made sense. I don't think anyone will get bored working this one out. If I could I Wouk this one five ga outputs but one will have to do. Tftc

Try Try Try Again, This was the second attempt at this boring little cache have found WP1 however the GZ location has me beaten have been twice and no luck in capturing the booty. Will be confirming the GZ location with CO in an attempt to complete this well planed cache. WP1 is one of the best that I have seen.

Thanks Fred6603 for a great start to the mission.

27-Nov-11
We found cache 1 on our second attempt. Then, after stupidly underestimating a fred6603 cache we took the most obvious numbers and ended up in a new estate of houses. It wasn't looking right! So we phoned a 'friend'and we went back and correctly solved the puzzle and headed to collect the cache. Thanks for another great cache fred6603 and thanks for the help.

My introduction to Fred6603 caches

Yep, we chalked this one straight up.
As Nilmerg5 stated, had us in a new estate not too far from the first GZ.

A call to the 'Helpline' pointed us in the right direction. Off back to the first GZ, struggled a bit. But had the cache soon in hand.

Thanks Fred6603 for your assitance and for a very 'Boring'... not cache Smile

27-Nov-11
Found with Nilmerg5 and AN_Rastan. Another master cache by Fred. Great puzzle.

25-Sep-11
With GPS playing up a bit we used a lifeline and got to work scouring the right area. Even with a bit of a clue we still had to use another lifeline. As always, Fred's descriptions are dead accurate, it is all a matter of perspective.

Great to catch up with you guys again. It is going to be a disappointment when we pick up the last Fred6603 cache - we then have to wait a year or so before we will be back in the area. Keep up the good work, cracking a Fred cache makes all the frustration worthwhile.

24-Sep-11
There was certainly nothing boring about this one. It took a couple of calls to the Fred helpline to get us on track, and even then we ended up going way further than we had to! Razz. Eventually we were put back on the right track and accompanied to GZ by Fred, to find the nicely-themed and hidden cache container. An awesome little puzzle with a great find at the end. Well and truly worthy of the Pool Room. TFTC Fred6603.

This is an amazing cache. Third time back. Finally found the coordinates, and off to a nice interesting GZ cache. Everything about this is just so cool. TFTC and effort Fred!!

10-Sep-11
We had trouble with this one since our GPS had us going in different directions, but after talking to Fred later we did look in the correct spot just not carefully enough. We are looking forward to coming back to this one to have another try at it, but we think we might leave geo-dog in the car next time as she found a very unpleasant dead animal that was just crying out for a geo-dog to roll in it...apparently it was irresistible. And that was another reason we had to leave quickly and beg the wonderful people at the pony club to let us use their hose to wash the dog. Geo-dog was very pleased with herself to have found such a wonderfully dead animal, but was not pleased with us for giving her two baths that day.

09-Sep-11
Didn't manage to find wp1. Spoke to fred later in the day and will head back for another attempt some time soon.

07-May-11
This was certainly not an easy task for me today. Lucky the hint was available. Even with several pushes in the right direction this was a struggle. Definitely not boring. Absolutely loved the hides at both WP's. This is going straight on the favourites list. TFTC Fred....fantastic work.

TFTC Well hats off to fred6603, just when we thought they could not get better ,this one's brilliant , an extradinary cache well thought out, I'm quite sure you can make a cache of anything, 1st Waypoint took us awhile, just keep saying to ourselves this is a fred cache, think outside the box??
after some time we finally made the find we were looking for which gave us GZ another surprise waiting, well done you are a true craftman.Looking forward to heaps more from you Fred6603,

This one is also in an area that was not flood prone until the 10 year drought was broken. Record rains yesterday mean that this will have to stay offline for a few more weeks.

We originally DNF'd this one on Sunday afternoon. We just could not locate the first WP. No mater how hard we searched. Once we returned to camp we discovered that we had been searching in the wrong place.

Armed with this knowledge we return on Monday morning before leaving town.

Sadly, we found the plate that a magnet would attach to and nothing more. The cache had been removed for maintenance.

Oh well, it will be there for next time, I always look forward to Fred's caches!

Cheers

Again this one had myself and TheChops baffled for a while, we searched high and low and just couldn't find it, only a butternut pumpkin with a bit of wire sticking out, which we thought " it couldn't possibly be ". And it wasn't, it was just your ordinary everyday wire poking out of pumpkin type thing that had no doubt floated down the creek in the rains Smile

So it was back to the search where The Chops had finally made the find, I think mostly out of luck as the previous finder had not quite put it back properly. After a bit of "should we", "shouldn't we" type of stuff the puzzle pieces were in our hands. Elated we drove off, just to find the area wasn't to be expected and something was amiss. It was back to the drawing board and this time more though was put into it where upon the 2nd go for GZ proved to right. Very clever and another well constructed Fred cache.

Another boring Fred6603 cache... not!

We arrived at WP1 with another team of cachers just finishing up and saying they'd put everything back in place so that we could have the fun of discovery.

After a short search the container was in hand but it took a bit of working out from there before the co-ords were revealed- another cracker Fred6603 job!

Then off to GZ via a stop at co-ords with one digit out (note: read the cache page) and another cleverly crafted container. Nothing is ever done by half. Thanks for another great caching experience.

I always love a Fred cache and his one didnt disappoint. We carefully set about decyphering the puzzle, al the time looking for the clever mind that works within. I think it was Big Mat who solved the mystery and then after admiring the handy work we set about finding GZ. It was here that we had another laugh amongst us all.
As always Fred, a great cache. It was great to finally meet you at the event.
Thanks

We arrived looking forward to the puzzle but were thrown out by not even finding WP1 as GZ always showed us in the creek away from the bridge. We had a hunt but eventually had to give up. we asked around at the camp site what we were missing and we found out that indeed we were missing something. The next morning (Mon) we returned to give it another go - Sadly we don't have internet access and couldn't see that it was off line. We did discover where the WP1 was supposed to be and with heavy shoulders, had to turn away yet again.
Didn't find with Nighteez, Hoojar and Ding.

3521.

When we arrived at the first WP we met another caching group who had the cache up at their car. They asked us to move away for a while so they could rehide the cache. We did but still made a nice quick find as it wasn't hidden exactly as it should have been as part of the hide was broken. I think we are getting a bit of skill with Fred hides and quickly found the solution and moved on.

Thanks Fred6603, I now see that you have been told about the cache issue. I don't think there is any malice in it just a fact of this weekend,

Unfortunately the pressure of the Mega Event has proven too much for this one. Some careless people have damaged WP1. WP1 has been removed for major surgery.

Note to future cachers. Can you please stop and think about what you are doing and if you are having trouble please call the helpline before proceeding with the Brute Force Method. That method may help you but it seriously disadvantages other cachers when the cache has to be disabled for repair.

This is a fantastic cache, and along with DJ Geodog & Rascal, WP1 had us scratching our heads for quite a while, before we eventually found it. A great hide and a great puzzle. Like others before us, we underestimated the cache, and had to make a couple of attempts at this. On reading the logs, we were a bit saddened to hear that the hide had been damaged. When we found it yesterday, it was in fine shape, and we took great care with removing and replacing it. Sorry to hear that it needs a repair job, we feel lucky that we managed to grab it before it went offline.

This was cache # 25 of 25 for the day in the company of acts2youthgroup on day three of our Oz Mega event.
We arrived a WP1 and found that something was not right, so acts2youthgroup gave the owner a call.
We managed to get the required information without doing any more damage to it.
Enjoyed another great cache.
Thanks to Fred6603 for the cache.

This was the last cache of 27 for the day in the company of hipressure on day three of our Oz Mega event trip. We soon had the first point found but all did not look how it should, I decided to Give Fred a call straight away as I did not want to damage it, thankfully we managed to get the numbers we needed with out more damage than had all ready been done to it. My thanks to Fred6603 for the cache.

After a quick dinner Kaid and I headed out to this cache to see if it had survived the floods from a month ago. After sniffing around GZ for a while I found wpt 1 after first questioning whether it was what I was after. The numbers were gathered but put into the GPSr incorrectly. The result was that we over shot GZ and had to double back but the fun cache container was soon found.

Thanks again,

Found @ 1615
After a long day taking the scenic route to Wagga, I was about to head off, but decided to stop for one last cache...
I got to GZ and after looking straight past the hide a few times, I went to have a look at some past logs. It was at this point that technology let me down... The first log I had was from mtbikeroz, and unfortunately my paperless setup decided to cut off the log just after "FRED said *^". If you read that log to that point, it sounds like the puzzle is missing! (That's my excuse and i'm sticking to it! Wink ) So a call to a helpline gave me the rest of that log, and confirmation that it should still be there.
Back to GZ, and this time the puzzle revealed itself. With a solution plugged into my GPS and a "something is'nt right" feeling, I set off to discover that solution 1 was wrong.
Back to GZ. Some more thought applied, and solution 2 was plugged into the GPS. This time, a quick find was had and another craft Fred cache was logged.
Thanks for the adventure!
Cheers,
Murf.

Rocked up the site, spent a while looking for the container, then found it. NICE!

Then spent 5 mins examining the container for the puzzle. Convinced it wasn't there, a call to the Fred help line confirmed it was indeed missing. FRED said *^&*(*&Yih9798****G(&^, and then after a bit I was working on the puzzle. Took the wrong lead as some of the puzzle was NOT cooperating (That's my excuse), and then after another call to the FRED help line, ahhh, very good. Very nice cache was soon in hand.

Thanks FRED for something very very odd and unusual, and too cunning for me, Thanks for the help.

Despite completely underestimating this cache, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The puzzle took some time to solve, but proved very rewarding once it was done. TFTH!

Found at 1200. Well....this one turned into more a saga than expected. Without being able to say too much for fear of giving anything away, lets just say the local insects made it harder than usual. Once the puzzle at WP1 was solved, I headed off expecting a nice easy find, however I entered one of the minutes incorrectly. So with the right coords entered in this time, I made the short trip for much earned find.

Thanks Fred another interesting WP and final cache container.

Day one saw a visit to the starting point at 7 .00 a.m. and despite a "Part 1" find, couldnt progress much further.Althought treked a few creek trails and "moving stick" regions in the guess work.
Later that day tried a bit more guess work ,but 2 thoughts proved negative and still the goods couldnt be located .
That night ,9 sets of eyes came up with many a theory and ideas but all were illusive at the staring location.
A hint from the "originator" saw us try a very late night attempt on day 2 and the lucky "Bingo" numbers and important part of the puzzle were finally in place.
At GZ,a few torches kicked in and the lankiest Farmer member found the stash in another special area.
The paperwork was entered by Alarni who pushed one of her fears aside during the stages. Many million dollar views were seen and all of us enjoyed the "thinking persons cache."Well done the "The Fred 6603 Team" on all the work and thought on the goods.Werent "Bored" at all! Could possibly be a 4.5 difficulty and heaven help any beginner who attempts it.10 out of 10!

I had a look at this page last night and decided it was another daylight search. When I finally got there I had extreme difficulty locating the puzzle, but then just as I was about to give up, BoyRacer turn up and proved I wasn't mad. I thought I had it solved and managed to elicit a clue from the boy in return for the frustration I had earlier.
Once solved it was off to another special Fred hide & cache.
Thanks for the excellent cache, drama & the fun,
Roostaman.

Well that was an adventure,

All revved up this morning to find a new Fred cache listed, And even better luck i was in town and on leave. Amazing weather today so thought hmnnn lets go.

First Hurdle:
My GPSr was in my work car (at Work) GPSr retrieved and off i set.
Second Hurdle:
Trying to explain to the guy in the old ute going past that I was not broken down on the BoyRacer bike and that I didnt need help, once again trusty GPSr used as a mobile phone seemed to make the old guy happy.
Third Hurdle:
The damn puzzle without giving away too much its a CRACKER.

Thanks to FRED for a another great multi.

Please note my most humble apologies to the Roostaman, He knows why, I cant say as it may spoil the cache.
