On our fourth day of a five day caching trip it was adventurous as we (Clint5566, Petroypa70 and I) traveled from Colorado to Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and back to Colorado. Wow, we had a great day traveling finding caches and also finding the two oldest caches in Kansas. Thank you for all the fun we had.

We had to stop for gas so we picked this one up while in the area. Mrs. nomad figured this one out and made the find. TFTC, High Plains Cacher.
This one was the last one we found before making the find at Mingo. Stopped for gas and grabbed this cache. Three day weekend-what better way than to go on a geocaching trek with friends. Traveled 1,800+ miles with Graciedi with a goal to pick up some of the oldest caches in the midwest. Picked up Mingo in Kansas and Go Big Red in Nebraska. Grabbed some cool traditionals, virtuals, multicaches, a puzzle and challenge along the way and were lucky enough to pick up two FTFs as well. Lots of fun and caches along the way. TFTC
En route from Overland Park to Sharon Springs. It was dark but still early when we got here. We made a few false stabs on this one, but my wife figured it out for me. TFTC
A fun hide, although the current owner of this establishment doesn't know about caching. Just happy she allows it to continue. We like the buffalo; TFTC!
On a road trip, caching with EstesLynne. Geo sense kicked in, and that made it an easy find for me. TFTC!
This cache was part of an epic seven state excursion over an 18 hour day that begin in Parker Co and ended with a triumphant conclusion at the Air Force Academy! We went through hills and plains, valleys and mountains, we saw the two oldest caches in the world, and solved the only puzzle cache in Liberal KS. All in all it was the most amazing adventure I shared with one of my bestest buddies Adam(The Porters). If you follow our finds over the 18th and 19th you can see the route we took.
I LOVE caches like this!!! This should be a cache shown to new cachers in a "how to" video because it is not only a large container able to hold treasure(this is a "treasure hunt" game right?) but it in a great place and creative enough to get folks talking! I love it! Thanks for hiding such a GREAT cache!

#15762 Found while passing through the area on my way towards Colorado. Parked a short distance away and walked over to the cache. Found it easily, signed in, and headed off down the road. TFTC
US12. I was not sure about this at first, but I soon realised I was expected and dropped in for the grab. Thanks
