Hi all,
As I haven't been into Geocaching for a while and I am no longer in a position to maintain this cache I am archiving it.
I hope this place has been of interest to the people who visited it. It has been great hearing and seeing your experiences.
Cache will be removed in due corse.
Thanks,

We did a bike ride from Lake Hawea back to Wanaka. A local company dropped us off at the start point with bikes, helmets, maps and instructions. It was a great day. Beautiful views and weather. Yes this is an awesome place. The water is so clear. TFTC.
What an awesome spot! Wish I had a bike with me. I have added a page of waterproof paper to the cache as the notebook is full. Thanks for placing a cache here.
We had the great chance to travel around New Zealand during six weeks and were able to see wonderful cities, landscapes and meet nice Kiwis. While staying in NZ many cache owners gave us the opportunity to search for very well hidden treasures and we thank them very much for preparing and maintaining them.

This was our turnaround point. Great to have a cache and fun bridge to mark this off for us. TFTC.
A quick find. I then realised that I had left my bike helmet in the car over on the other side of the river so I had to go over and retrieve it before setting off.
Fast and easy find after walking over the nice swing bridge. Thanks for showing that nice place!
Logbook is full, but found free space somewhere in the middle.

Out biking with our Active Adventures group. Io, Greg, and I rode ahead of the group because I wanted to get caches. This one I found before the bridge. Great views here. Greetings from California. TFTC
A cycle ride out on the Upper Clutha River trail and return on the Newcastle trail. Superb weather and an excellent ride with good scenery. 54Km of pleasure! A few caches as well!
On holiday from Australia, visiting Wanaka with family for a few days so I decided to make the most of geocaching in Wanaka.
Easy find at GZ

Found it. A quick, easy find on the last day of the school holidays. TFTC
Nice find as an add-on to a cold winter's day's walk around the wetlands with our USA cuzzies & Wanaka buddies. Noted that the logbok is full. TFTC
Found it with "FrenchSuperTrampNiko" on our hiking Te ARAROA trail

Having a fantastic biking weekend with grandies getting a few caches while biking TFTC
After an enjoyable night camping a pleasant morning walk across the "has been" built bridge. PINO TFTC
Easy find, the bridge is very cool! And the views from the cache site are amazing in the evening! TFTC
Found with Chosen1978. Quick find before setting up camp for the night at nearby camping ground. Great views.
Mallorcatommy and I were travelling through the southern island of New Zealand. What an amazing, breath-taking landscape! On our way we did some nice walks, enjoyed ourselves and found great geocaches. Thanks to all owners for nice hiding spots... We wouldn't have been to a few places without these little boxes!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Every day we are traveling around is same but also different. Today we had again the pleasure to visit some very beautiful spots and were also able to find nearly placed geocaches. I thank every single owner for placing it and giving us with doing this an other good reason to come here.
Awesome spot! No fish landed yet but a smiley on the map makes it all okay. Tftc!
Interesting hint given the location! We were caching by phone so didn't have gz nailed, hence the use of the hint. It was the last place we looked. Lol, TFTC.
Another find on a New Year's Day wander with some friends. Thanks for the cache
Good to see the swing bridge as was worried would have had to swim across. Quick find. TFTC
In Wanaka on business and had a few hours to spare so hired a bike and thought somes exercise would do me good. As it just happens came across a few caches.
1.15pm - Over Hawera River on a new bridge to a quick find. Cache all well. SLTFTC

A quick find although I passed what I think were gypsies in the way in to this. Love a good swingbridge and even had my lunch here. TFTC!
Great to be back here in Wanaka -Biked over here dozens of times and finding this hide made it even better. TFTC
Wow what a great place. Would never have known this bridge is here. Will be back with the bikes. TFTC
Parked our motorhome on the other side of the bridge for the night and as always checked to see if there were any caches near. 87 mtrs was pretty close. TFTC
Love the idea of using a cache to document the building of the bridge. It was a very hot day today and there were plenty of people enjoying the river. TFTC.
Can I suggest you move this one as it is pretty close to the bank and small kids could get into difficulty here. Plenty of other good places to hide it nearby
Great day for a search and find trip across the Hawea River. TFTC Found as part of the 31 days of geocaching in August.
TFTC, i loved the bright blue river and the swing brigde. Thanks for showing us!
Bridge is all done now, easy access to GZ. Was sitting in the seat not 10 meteres away a couple of days ago- the cache was not on the gps. Is today though.. Thanks for the hide.
Found at 5:57:00 p.m. on 19/11/2012.

Found this beaut spot with a neat swing bridge. Lovely fine weather overhead, but the southerly was seen up the Cardrona Valley. The cache was an easy find for a change. Picked up the white Geocoin.
Well the bridge has been built so perhaps the cach name should now be 'To be crossed'.
Good view up and down river from the middle of the swing bridge.TFTC

Had a nice evening walk to this cache specifically to drop off a GC that wants to travel to caches that are rated 3 terrain stars or higher. TFTC and the nice walk and I even completed a challenge on the way!
