Out with Firesafe today. He had found this one, so parked up and let me make the find. Quickly retrieval from its hidey hole. Tftc
In Adelaide to collect a painting but with the wet weather chose to travel home via Happy Valley. As usual, not planned, but once here realised this was the cache to find so that i had a year's calendar of placed caches found. Enjoyed the park, the walk and finding the cache. TFTC Klem's Mob and to hurtle for ongoing maintenance. Cheers.
Catching up on logging a few finds whilst in Adelaide for the MegaFound whilst walking the Boundary Track of the Happy Valley ReservoirA warm day but great to be out on the first day of Autumn 2024Cache found in good conditionLog signed and returned as found before continuing on my walkMany thanx to Hurtle for the cache and ongoing maintenance
Found! Great hiding spot. Log book was in good condition, I wish I brought a pen!
TFTCGood cache, quite hard to get to as I had to walk through a lot of stuff. But quite fun .
Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. Unfortunately there was water in the container - the logbook was damp but still able to be signed. We dried things out as best we could in the time we had available. Thanks Klems Mob for the cache.
Nice view in a beautiful park. Coords threw us off a bit but it was still a relatively quick search. TFTC.
We headed out for a walk by the reservoir today and to convince the little one to keep walking, we mentioned there was a cache along the way. Admittedly it was close to the car, but hey - never mind! It was a fairly quick find but a spider had made their house in the cache - watch out future finders! TFTC Klems Mob
found spot where we assume it was, lots of leaves and bugs and a rock, no container found
After making a dash to the local shops before closing time, I decided on finding a few quick caches around the area.
After the battle with the cache guardians I managed to get hold and sign the log book. A relatively quick find.
Signed and returned.
Thanks to Klems Mob for this cache and to all the geocachers who contribute to the game.

A nice quick find of a cache that looks like it is in a 4WD enthusiasts area, judging by all the muddy mess about. I'm sure the residents are not fans of this and the noise [:o]
I'm a fan of finding the cache though [^]

Out and about in the area when we drove near this old dnf. This cache has been on our watch list for years. We rarely get in the area, so today we made the stop, and the cache was easily at hand. Definitely wasn't here all those years ago. Mary made the find as Mark messaged his Uncle.
TFTC.

Turning a frown upside down and keeping a streak alive. Found it with Cachehunter tftc
Out doing some Christmas shopping and of course needed to grab a few caches along the way.
Thanks to Klems Mob from mogni

Our usual Wednesday was changed to a Thursday due to the weather. The usual crew arranged to meet the starfish in Woodcroft to gain a few smileys down south but that plan was aborted with the Starfish unable to join us. This left the Adder and the Rat to change our plans and pick up a few previous DNF's and others that were scattered away from our previously planned routes.
An easy find at GZ, we also had a different water view. Pic uploaded.

Today we are heading to Victor Harbour to celebrate our milestone birthdays. It was supposed to be an Italian themed getaway but that got cancelled so AirbnB it is and a nice lunch in Mclaren Vale on Sunday.
First we had to drop the hound off at kennels in Clarendon. He has never been to kennels before he didn’t know what had happened when we dropped him off. Hope the poor bugger is OK, bless him.
This was our first find of the day during a let up in the rain. TFTC
Found it there was no hint but it wasnt really hard either but the description was good
Pulled up near gz and made my way over, my car would not have made it along the little side track.
A big afternoon of caching today, was a matter of seeing where the caches took me and finding a few target ones along the way. A nice trip down towards the southern suburbs, after a few caches were found a few new ones had been published so a rush for FTF was made in Onkaparinga national park. Then a new wherigo had been published 20km away so I rushed to that one even though the hope of get FTF was going to be rare as people would have been closer, an event followed in the evening followed by a few multis in the area. Overall a great afternoon/evening of caching. 27 finds in total with 0 DNFs.
Thanks for the Cache.

Another DNF hunting day with Doctor Owl and Mrs. SA. Sewer Rats. Of course it wasn't just going to be DNF's there were quite a few solved puzzles to find also and there was no way I was just going to drive straight past an unfound cache.
Over five years since this went onto my DNF list. Time to turn that frownie upside down. It had been a little wet and looks like the local 4WDers had been having some fun. I managed to weave a not so adventurous way to park next to GZ. This time it was a quick find.

Out with Doctor Owl and Brisal5 for a day of fun, laughs and caches.
We were on a mission to find DNFs and any caches on the way around.
Almost made this a driveby.
A quick find the trio today. Tftc
