Definitely gone. Would have been a good hide except for the CCTV and private property thing.
Pretty sure it would be under the black metal thing on lamp post but nothing there. Think it's probably gone!
3rd search for this one. After the first time I realised I was looking in the wrong place but for the 2nd visit, and again today, I'm pretty sure where GZ is. After some modifications to the parking area, I'm as sure as I can be - there is nothing even remotely movable within a 12m radius of GZ and certainly no cache. Owner needs to relocate or retire this one. I for one won't be looking for it again.
Looks like this one is probably a goner.
Unfortunately in view of the comments of the security guards and the fact the the area is under CCTV surveillance (unsurprisingly seeing there is a need for them to ensure security of people and vehicles here) even if the issue of possible private property can be sorted, sadly it seems this one may be at its end.

We join the long list of DNFers. It certainly felt like we were in the right place, and there is a nice hiding place there, just the last piece of the puzzle (the cache) was missing.
yes abnother DNF I found the 'box which I think is what it should be under but it is not there. Owner need to check this one out pronto!
note to bjtrekker the cach is in a area with c c t v and as it is a carpark it is public / privet propity is it still allowed to have a cach here i did not find but traffic warden said it not right to have it here
no to this 1 ( traffic girl said '' as the c c t v camers operat in the area and it privet - propity you might consider it moved for good
Please check it is still there. We found where we thought it should be but it wasn't there
Returned today having realised my mistake last time and zeroed right in with complete agreement of GPS and hints. Structures at ground level appear to have been removed recently if this was where the hiding place was, and I couldn't find any other place nearby where a 200ml container could possibly be hidden. So yet again I've come up empty-handed.
The GPS signal was dodgy at less than 25m and it seemed to be pointing me to where it was even worse, and the hints seemed to be contradicting the GPS. It's defeated me for now, but I'll be back for another shot with my better half some time!
A straight foward find but beware that the noise while opening the cache seems loud enough to wake the dead, especially on a quiet evening when you are trying not to attract the attention of movie goers. TFTC
A Boys' Brigade activity finding Geocaches in Hutt City. Thanks to emvy_us for their help TFTC
Not too difficult to find but took a while to get back into place.
I was all alone when one girl walked across the area and as I was doing my best to avoid her attention all her friends started over. I moved my car as a shield from them and thought it would work but then about 30 kids on a school/daycare trip appeared from the other direction. It took a few minutes for it to clear out enough to hide the cache back again. This is such a good cache. I wouldn't want to give the game away.

Taken us 4 visits to find this one! Pretty sure I have looked in the same place each time too! TFTC
A relatively quick find at 10am with no muggles around, great day to be outside SL TNLN TFTC
#251 - We happened to be parked in the same building as this cache! We only realized it when I fired up the GPS to start caching after I had finally purchased House M.D. Season 5 (got it cheap too!). Took a detour to the cache location, and had it in hand immediately after a moment of inspiration... an urban American geocacher wouldn't be too happy with this sort of hide. We signed the log with no one else about! +favourite SL TFTC.
Nice quick find, and nice hide. TNLN SL TFTC. Op AUS/NZ reinforcement agent #04 Geo Coin visited.
Quick early morning find, finally managed to get down early enough, to do this one. TFTC bjtrekker
Who'd have thought. Excellent and had to be quick cos it was raining tho no muggles in sight. TFTC
was going to grab the Canada micro coin to find a micro for it, but didn't see it- I think it has been taken but logged out from what I saw in the log, though it is very possible I missed the coin in my attempt at being very stealthy!
Out Sean- What am I TB, it was a bit of a tight squeeze in there so it makes a bit more room.

Great spot ... been here many times before started caching ... goes to show you how easy it is to not see something in your everyday world.

Wow! Now that's what I call a driveby! Didn't even undo my seatbelt for that one. Great to see such a well maintained cache with lots of swaps. TFTC
Found during a Labour weekend of hard out caching. Clever hide this one.
Cache found in order, log signed, and rehidden safely, as found.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too

Find #3 for my 10/10/10 effort.
This has been on my mental possible to do list ever since I started caching but not confident whether or not it would be possible without a vehicle to provide some cover. But as I was passing anyway and as I wanted to clock up as many 10/10/10 caches as I could before the weather turned nasty, and was restricting myself to urban ones for the same reason this was a logical one to have a go at.
Fortunately although it was during shopping hours the GZ was relatively quiet, just managed to complete the task before some muggles drove by.
Approached the task with a bit of trepidation, was hoping I had it right otherwise I might have been in some trouble, so was relieved to find a cache looking back at me!
Nice hide, TFTC.
Stealth TB came with me, very appropriate, also Cab's Money GC which could come in handy for a cab home from shopping!

Cleverly hidden! The final part of the clue amused me once we found the cache. TFTC!
A lot of muggles on a Sunday night but a quick snatch and grab and back in it's home. TFTC!
After doing a young persons birthday party at the local "Golden Arches" eatery, popped over to investigate this cache. Strolled there, humm... possible site. Over there, nope. GPS getting further and further away. Back to the car to consult and thought, I wonder??? I'd read that in the US that there are a number of hides in car parks and, guess what! Surprise, something similar here. Excellent hide. (Found with Kiwileo) - Didn't spot Jake's Canada Christmas Micro Geocoin in the cache.
Nice hiding place. Found with SAROC. TFTC. (Didn't see Jake's Canada Christmas Micro Geocoin in this cache.)
Had a quick look before a movie no find. Determined to find it we searched again after the movie Great cache! looking, looking, looking and found it kinda as a 'oh it won't be here...' LOL Surprise, it was. TFTC!
We just love these ones... who would have thought a cache could be there? Good to do on a Sunday evening with not many muggles around. Found with Anna of Steve+Annah
Great fun getting to this one. I picked up Mrs KE and her sister here after they got "bored" with caching earlier and I dumped them nearby for some retail therapy. TFTC
Very quite when I visited, although got muggled by a parking attendant. He just walked off shaking his head . Didn't see the canada geocoin in there, but dropped off a jeep travel bug. T4TC - M@
Found on 2nd attempt. Parked right at GZ but still felt very exposed. Very quiet while we were retrieving the cache, but seconds after we replaced it a car started up about 100m away... oops, hope they weren't watching us! Very clever hide. TFTC
Last cache for the day on the way to the airport after meetings out Naenae way. Took a while to work out where I should be but once that was sorted, it was a quick find. Seen one like this in AKL recently which helped. TFTC, Biggles.
I had to have three goes at this one. On the first visit, I attracted the attention of a security guard. The second time was around Christmas and there was an incredible number of muggles around. Today was much quieter and I quickly retrieved, recorded and replaced.
In new logbook and DiverDan's GC. Didn't think we saw Jake's Canada GC here but then we might have missed seeing it.
Quick find at the geocaching equivalent of a convenience store.
Thanks to a whisper from a little birdy, it was just the ticket for my mother's geocaching debut.
She's now sold on our hobby.

Great spot. It was so deserted I needed to go back and get the car so I had shield. TFTC

This was a really clever hide, kids thought it was great. Not too many muggles around towards the end of the day. TFTC SL
This cache is so clever. It's had me stumped for so long. I've even gone to bed thinking about this cache, so it made my day to eventually find it. Well done on one of the best caches I've ever found. TFTC!

Thought I was in the right spot, but couldn't see the cache. Keen to have another go as I'm regularly in the area. Any help gladly accepted
Mrs Sobad's sister provided the extra information we needed. Stood at GZ a bit puzzled then Sobad had success. Nice to have this one found. TNLN TFTC
Wasn't keen to get out of the car for this one as it was pelting with rain and a southerly wind, so sent Bkj97 on a reconnaisance visit. Had to be coaxed out as weather abated and was impressed by the hide. Bkj is had problems with quietness but luckily there were no interested parties nearby. TFTCSL
Found with Little Blue Hen on a miserable day that kept the muggles at bay. She wasn't keen to brave the elements and required some coaxing. Clever hide but silence near impossible. TFTCSL
Kids liked how this cache was hidden (so did I). Was a pretty easy find and not too many people around to hinder our progress.
- Cow rubber, compass
+ Madge Simpson figurine, F5 popper

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. Passed this one by as "no fun for the family" yesterday, and today Mr B returned after 6pm for a "quick result". Hah! Easy find, sure, but not at all where he expected it to be. Nice one. TFTC.
Nice hide. Not so quick park 'n cache. I walked from a couple of blocks away and found some rather helpful stairs up the side of the building that took me straight to GZ.

Even during this frantic time of the year we managed a quick find once we worked out where cache was hidden...very clever! Found with M&P Magpiy SL TFTC Cheers!
My first solo find.
Took smiley magnet, left travel bug.
Make sure it is replaced properly and watch out for those muggles.

Nice hide, parked right next to it and thought at first the co-ords must be out considering the container that needed to be found.
Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 158. Indeed a nice quick find. Thanks.
I couldn't figure out half of the clue but I managed a find none the less. Nice hide. TN left button. TFTC.
