Couldn't locate it but had lunch. Also filled a bag full of rubbish from the dock
Gps all over the place today. Looked where we thought it could be with no joy. Found a rock in a log though !
Could have been muggled - Not in spot or around area where it was found before by one of our members
This may have been muggled as I have found this cache before but when today's group went looking we could not find it.
Day one of our post Christmas / pre New Year trip... taking our new tent trailer for a test run, weather was very hot and humid. Our travels are taking us up to Ettamogah and across to Old Tallangatta before returning home.
Visiting many towns along the way, taking the Geo wife to places she has never been before, and giving our Geo Pug time to sniff out new territories
Did not expect to be seeing constant temps in the high 30's to low 40's... Geo wife got to see her first live black snake on the road in Australia, and I almost stood on a 5 foot brown snake at one cache on the HCRT, and a red back spider at another.
Stayed at some nice FREE camp sites along the way and a couple of caravan parks as well, learned a lot of things along the way, history and more, but in all a great adventure and we were able to clock up our 1000th find along the way ..
GPS went crazy here, so it was seek and find the old fashion way... search likely spots
thanks to the CO for this cache

Started looking in ALL the obvious places near by. Discovered one looking at things from a new vantage point and bingo, the cache! 16m from where my GPS was say GZ was.

I had lunch with a group of motorcyclists nearby today. Four of us are geocachers, so we all went looking and found this cache. As previously mentioned, it was necessary to expand our search area. Maybe the coords need to be altered. tftc.

Took a bit of a search. Had to go back to the website. The logs don't lie. Great location. I've been through Seymour many times and didn't know this place existed. TFTC
A bit of a bash through the long grass keeping our eyes out for those slippery buggers to get to the cache. Found it easily SL TNLN TFTC
Found with the geokids, took a while as the GZ was around 15 meters away from the GPS point. Otherwise I good find, TFTC
1st for the day and an early morning find. Got very wet feet getting this one at this time of day. Thanks.

It took us a while to find this cache - the satellites today having our GZ 12m southeast of where we eventually found the cache. Fortunately the rain held off and the river as usual was bubbling by quite unconcerned - a good place for CFA red tankers to practice pumping!
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Redtanker.

This one took me a bit longer than anticipated! I saw the tree straight away but my GPS wasn't cooperating very well... then eventually had to look at the gallery! But got there in the end TFTC Redtanker... actually i saw a red tanker down by the river today, CFA doing something or other...
Lots of hidey holes here & naturally we had to check every single one before we hit on the right one. Totally deserted today even though it's a Saturday so a muggle free find for us.
Found whilst other half fishing. Nice park. I've been through seymour lots on the drive to Canberra and always missed this part of town.
A nice place to visit and nice easy find.
Took trackable and left dogtag, have a good destination in mind for the traveller should get there very soon.

Lovely spot next to the river. Needed to wait for a family to move on, then a man walking a Labrador.
Signed log, left a geo coin trackable on a mission to wander.

One of many caches throughout of Easter Long Weekend trip up the Kiewa Valley and the Victorian High Country.
All Were Great Caches, Thanks to all for giving us a reason to travel and taking us to some unique places up in the amazing Victorian high country.
I would recomend to anyone and everyone to travel and let the caches guide you thoughout the mountains.
At time of Caching I Was Know As "adrian.robinson" / "ar", Due To Facebook Automatic Naming and now known as "VicMap", Much shorter and easier to write.

The team of Geo_Eddie and Dad found ourselves with 3 hours to kill while the better half of McAdies was at her sisters baby shower. We did a mini tour of the area finding a few caches along the way.
A beautiful afternoon to spent with my son geocaching.
There were some people fishing but we managed to look for the cache OK.
Thanks for placing it.

Once again very angry at ourselves that we decided to leave the bicycles off the car today. Was a great location very picturesque, quite busy though so required a fair deal of patience on our parts. TFTC
Restricted look today as there was too many people around, will be back though, with my boat.
a quick find on my way to work. was not happy I got stabbed for today but at lest I got to watch the cricket, tftc.

A great stop during our drive from Sydney to Melbourne for Christmas. We've never stopped into Seymour before, but we're glad we did this time around. The area seems to be popular with locals wanting to take a smoko or have a drink. No swaps, but did see the 'corpse' of an interesting bug before we left.
Driving from Melbourne to West Wyalong today on the way to QLD this was our first 'stop to stretch our legs' cache. Very nice little spot we wouldn't have known was there if not for the cache. Thanks!
Found after a couple of false starts and a drive by from the boys in blue. Nice to see they patrol the area lol
Somehow we missed the other two in the area, must have forgotten to put them in the GPS the night before

Our last for the day on our trip south. Nice and hot here today, about 40 degrees. Nice easy find.
Im sure if we had attempted this cache during the day, it would have been much easier. It wasn't too tough, but took a couple of minutes. I think the co-ords are just a little bit out, but that could be my GPSr.
micheena - driving home from a four day weekend at Somers, and thought about cleaning up caches in the area, we had trouble with muggles last visit.
Found and logged at 10:30

1761st cache found by WazzaAndWenches.
Well the NZ Mega is over and Waz and the Wenches are heading back to Christchurch to catch a plane.
I first stopped to look for this cache about two years ago but was muggled out by a persistent lurker. Today the area was deserted and the cache was found quickly by following the flattened path through the grass.
Thank you Redtanker.

Called in on our way through Seymour. An easy find in a lovely spot, but it took us a while to get the mozzies out of the car afterwards. They must have been all over us. TFTC
Quick find once we widen our search area. Then an even quicker sign of the log as we raced back to the car so the mozzies didn't get too much blood! Thanks for the cache.
#1270 5th of 8 for the day while travelling up to Nagambie. Nothing obvious where my GPSr wanted me to look so I widened the search and found the cache safe and dry 12m away. My geodog enjoyed the location and the break from sitting in the car. Thanks again Redtanker.

As we walked towards GZ we saw a location which looked interesting - closer inspection revealed the cache but our GPS indicated that GZ was still 10m away. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Redtanker.
