As long as Great Britain is still in the EU, we still wanted to visit London. So we walked and drove from one point of interest to another and of course we wanted to visit a few caches on the way. We were amazed at how few caches are in London, compared to other big cities.

Many thanks for the cache.

Best regards

Down in London for a workshop on network security, my colleague and I found ourselves with time on our hands before things kicked off. He kindly agreed to accompany me on a jaunt around this part of town to nab a few local caches. This was the first. On arrival at GZ we came upon a man standing on the pavement, hands in pockets, looking straight at me and talking. Took me a moment to realise that he was on his phone, hands-free. Happily he looked away after a while and a quick examination of the most likely spot soon bore fruit.

I do like the Channel 4 sign across the street.

Thanks very much for the cache!

A quick find, but a clever hidey spot. Log is full, but I managed to write GW. TFTC Loony Londo.

Found after searching a couple of likely spots. Thanks for bringing me to another minor London landmark, Loony Londo. The cache is in good shape. Found at 4:13 pm.

After doing the tour of Westminster Abbey, we all went into the gift shop. Well I didn't last long Wink I went out and got a few caches instead. Picked up a very quick 3. This one was also found very easily. This was good as I was pushed for time. Thanks again Loony Londo Smile

Quick find thanks to the hint - and I'm sure my shoe laces were in need of doing. Wink I was on my way to the next cache and had just crossed the street when I saw a suspicious individual looking at a GPSr and obviously not knowing where to go ... I asked if he was looking for a geocache and he said yes! Nice to meet you, MickyLaus from Germany! I pointed the cache location out to him and we then continued together and found quite a few more caches. TFTC, and G'Day from Australia!

Grabbed in between buses after accidentally dropping my pen on the ground. How clumsy of me! Razz The big #4 is very cool perspective art... even if it is for a TV station! One bus driver stopped to wait for me to get on as I was signing the log. I smiled and waved him on haha. Cheers! I didnt have "At Your Call" loaded onto my GPS for some reason. Shall have to return for it later!

I had to wait for the bus and that took away the spectators and I was able to quickly find the cache.

found without any problems. BTW I like the way they placed a big 4 outside.

Found with some of the EA GeoMobbers on our weekend trip to London - Daazee & Team Postie Grum

Just like one of the Channel 4 idents, we walked along and all of a sudden there was the shape of a giant number 4. At first we were looking on the wrong side of the road, but the hint led us in the right direction.

A quick find but not easy due to the high amount of muggles. I managed to complete it while being as stealthy as possible. TFTC!

2426 - Another find on an overseas work trip...

With a day in London before heading home I did quite a long walk around this general area. This was a nice simple hide but tough with all the muggles around ! I must have done my shoelace up three times !! Nice "4" with the umbrellas...

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers from Australia !!

1363rd cache
I walked straight past this one a few weeks ago without realising the cache was there - I think I must have been distracted by Channel 4's umbrella display! Anyway, no trouble with the find this morning even though the brollies were still there, so TFTC.

Wandering back to Victoria on a drizzly night, happened to come out just next to it so seemed rude not to.

Shoelace tie no #6, then wandered to somewhere dry to sign the log and returned.

Could do with a new log.

Can you take those umbrellas if it starts to rain? Surely they'd be all gone by now if that were possible! A big crowd was near GZ, but then a bus came along and they all disappeared. A bit of fake shoelace tying and the cache was in my hand. Thanks.

After a bit of a search and much tying of the show laces I found the cache. Hang on my shoes don't have shoe laces! TFTH.

A busy place but it is amazing how often my shoelaces have come undone today.
