We've been unable to visit the area since taking the cache offline and due to abnormal events (preparing for a move), won't be there again until early August. We fully intend to replace this cache and keep it going.
That 'found' log (which has been deleted) threw us on this, otherwise it would've been disabled already. We'll check/replace it when we're next in the area.
Three of us looked in every nook and cranny we could see, but we didn't find Bull 'n Mary, which was a pity as it was a great spot to place a cache and there was hardly anyone around, perhaps because it was windy and raining - but that's the best time for geocaching isn't it?
Thanks for the placement.

# 7848 Found on the Vic leg of our S.K.I.D.R.O. adventure,
while staying at Camperdown for a few days.
Another afternoon drive around the area for some more finds before the weather changes.
This was the next stop after the earthcache nearby. I looked all around and finally found it after the GPS settled.
Not many muggles around and a great view from here.
Thanks for the cache o'cholio,
Roostaman.

Kids were so excited, since we didn't find the 1st one, there was some little trinkets in there and the lid wasn't closing properly, so we swapped a trinket for a smaller one of ours & closed the lid securely
On a road trip to Warrnambool for the long weekend with an old school friend to see another old school friend and we decided to do some caches along the way. The second very easy find of the day to introduce our friend to geocaching. Magnificent spot, would never have visited here without looking for this cache. TFTC TNLN
Lots of Muggles around today! Found with Charlotte and Paddy. We live in this town, and ego caching has made it magic!
Great spot.
Great spot.
What a beautiful lookout with 2 very different lakes and a very expansive landscape that disappeared into the distant haze TFTCo'cholio
Found! It was a great spot to be looking for a cache. A brilliant view & a very well hidden container at co-ords. Was wondering if I was in the right spot, just had to reach a little deeper

Thanks to o'cholio for the cache, and for bringing us here today.

Quick find for Sully1 and I while here to do the earthcache nearby.
Beautiful views across both lakes today in the very clear sky.
Thanks again O'cholio

Now on the homewards leg of my southern road trip, and as I was travelling solo, caching along the way. I hadn't really planned to visit this location, but after stopping in Camperdown for some fuel and snacks, I checked to see if there were any nearby caches, and found three I hadn't yet done. The views from here were awesome, and the nearby earthcache a must do. Thanks for the cache o'cholio

On a trip to Melbourne with my boys and to visit our friend Paddy in Camperdown, we sought a found this cache - stunning location and great tree to chose.
Not the tree where we first looks but geo junior soon came up with the find. Then we also found the other box for the crater to coast discovery, which looked interesting. The geo kids where then happy to spend time watching the remote control gliders that were being flown in Thanks o'cholio FTC.
Found it! Had to check 3 trees! Wasn't sure if my gps was working to a metre! Too scared to put my hand right in! Not the tree you think with the obvious large 'Coast to Crater' discovery box!
Found leaves and a brick in a typical cache spot, but couldn't find the cache today. Beautiful views. !!!!
fishing lack bullen merri this weekend windy cold wet went to town for food stopped in for cache drove right next to cache great views nice easy find at 6.30 pm no muggles in sight thanks

Windy but very pretty view of the lakes and country side. So nice that we thought we might as well catch a fish whilst we were there.
I love botanic gardens and gardens in general so this was an excellent place for a cache. I needed to be careful as several people were in gardens picnicking.
Thankyou
Thankyou
A couple of suspicious looking muggles up here at their car. Good cache was some distance away with some privacy. Great location.
Took tb and left rope tensioner. Only one tb was here.
Thanks for brininging us to this great picturesque location.

Awkward waiting for a free moment to nab treasure here because carload of muggle youth. Think they were waiting for us to leaves so they can do want ever they wanted to do. Hehe. Cache was wet inside so gave it a good dry out and replaced bag to help cache safely through winter. Finally with log signed we were on our way to more of the regions caches. Took nothing and left brass hair clip.
OK, this was not as straight forward as I thought. After one misdirection (what is that ammo box with a combination lock for?) the cache was discovered. Took nothing, left a geonickel, SL, TFTC!
We were staying in the park adjacent to these botanical gardens. There's some great history around here, and there's plenty for the kids to do. Found the cache without too many issues. Signed the log and returned.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Been trying to catch up on way old caches for ages. TFTC's everyone your cache hides are certainly appreciated and Happy Caching to you ALL!!

We got some odd looks from a man sitting on a bench inside the park! The other ammo can we found was part of a game for the park visitors I think?! Anyhow, we did enjoy finding this one as well. TFTC o'cholio!

G and I had to have a go at this cache while we were here doing the earth cache. So we wandered down the path and marvelled at the size of the trees planted here. Finding the cache was a bit tricky and G actually found an ammo can down at another tree but we worked out this must be for some other game. After climbing trees and scrabbling about we finally had the cache in hand. Lots of laughs with this one when we worked out how easy it was really to retrieve. TFTC o'cholio
Found after sticking my head in the wrong place.... TWICE!!! Proves that you should always use your geosense rather than the GPSr when approaching a GZ. Thanks for a good cache at a place with an amazing view. TFTC O'Cholio
I've never been to this part of Camperdown. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever been off the Princes highway through here.
I walked towards GZ carrying GPSr & GeoBoxer on the 5 Metre extender lead.
I wanted to go toward GZ. Dog wanted to head towards herd of cattle behind fence.
The dog won, ripping the extender lead from my hand... 5 Metres of extender lead chasing after a dog that was chasing after cattle. I ran back in towards the gardens, madly calling the dog.
GeoWife had a great idea. She leant down to the fence as the dog was heading back our way after revving up the cows... BANG!!!! The fence is an electric fence!
I was very concerned (laughing) about her and finally got our dog back. We stayed in the gardens for a bit while wifey's pulse rate settled down. She took the dog so I could "Do my stupid game".
As we walked back toward GZ, it was like groundhog day... Dog V Cows. A 30kg Boxer really has some strength and was very determined to get to the cows and again took off, hurting my wifes hand.
After getting the dog back a 2nd time, I again walked toward GZ and soon had the cache in hand. Signed log, took abuse from wife, left smiley badge. Rehid cache.

What a great location. Doesn't caching take you to spots that you never had thought to visit. Spectacular views. TFTC
Found a cold breezy miserable night with a temperature of 13 degrees! TFTC!! Been to this caravan park about 6 times in the past 20 years and never knew there were 2 caches here!!!
Thanks for bringing me to this beautiful spot. Views were spectacular. Did a few caches in the area. Tftc
Wow, what started as a hunt through a garden ended with such a spectacular view. Thanks for bringing me here. sl tnln tftc
Just as you said, the best view in the district. I'd love to stay in one of those cabins nearby overlooking the lake. There were muggles close-by having a picnic so I had to be quick.
Great little find! Very sneaky! Loving the botanic gardens they look great! And the view of bullin Mary is awesome!
Quick find. Awesome place, have been through here heaps of times and didn't know this place existed, thanks for bringing me here
A long weekend away with the GEO KID.
We went to Lake Tooliorook camping
so time to cross off some more.

Third find on a trip to SA where we don't know where we are going or how long we will be in each area but hope to find a few caches each day.
On arrival I knew that I had found a cache here many years ago, so out with some modern technology and sure enough a new find.
This is a very good hide as I hunted around for a while and then put my hand where maybe I should'nt have and touched the cache.
Thanks for replacing this guy and now back to work the EC. Boy it is chilly here today but at least it has not started to rain yet but it is coming.

Decided to go on a caching trip (with ST37E as per usual) to Warrnambool in a round-about way, from Ballarat.
It was a great day for it too!
BEWARE: Swooping Magpie, that I had to ninja my way around, it tried me about 5 times! and ST37E a couple times. Seriously didn't want us there.
Luckily we found the cache quick enough and soon were on our way - leaving the evil maggie in peace.

Found on a caching trip from Ballarat with S 4 Sammy, on a nice Septembers day.
Grabbed this one after visiting the nearby earthcache and taking a few photos of the lakes at the scenic lookout, we then made our way to this cache and had a few visits from a rather annoyed magpie that wasn't very happy with us searching around in the trees, but the cache was found and signed with no magpie related injuries

We did this one as quick as possible as the wind was whipping around and the rain was driving.. will have to come back on a beautiful day. Especially to visit the gardens. Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache.
Found @ 1415 Hrs on a cool but fine winters day...
Easy enough to find this cache...

Thanks o'cholio for bringing me to a spot that I have never been to before! I have traveled between Melb - Warrnambool dozens if not hundreds of times & never been here...

What a view. We had never been to the botanical garden here before so thanks for bringing it to our attention. The outlook from on top of the hill is spectacular.
The cache was very cleverly hidden and we had a fair idea where it was but just couldn't see it. After standing back and putting our geocache hat on and looking from a different perspective there it was.

We checked every nook and cranny but were unable to locate the cache. Left camera at the lookout(woops) Rang Jan at the caravan park the next day and she went straight out to look and it was still sitting on the information board where I left it. Good to know there are still good people around and we hope Jan and her family enjoyed the fresh Portland strawberries we left her for helping us out. Will have another look next time for this cache next time we are in Victoria.
This is one of my favorite stops on the way to the Great Ocean Road. What a view.

The area has been checked and all found needles (of which there were five) removed. While the area within approx. 40m of GZ is now 'clean', searchers should practice caution before sticking hands into blind spots. Cache now back online.
