After 8 years of sitting in situ, the container has been stolen. After all the work that snakecatcher put into the cache container. Its really disappointing, however as the cache was all about the container and not the location, we have decided to archive it.
Out picking up some puzzle caches tonight and had solved this one a while ago but no joy tonight.
Hmm, my higher education did me no good today. Calculated coords took me to a likely spot with what looked like likely camo but no cache in sight. Had a look around as the GPSr was a little jumpy but decided to move on and readdress the coords from the comfort of my recliner!
Driving back from Bacchus Marsh today , we noticed this unfound multi on our map that was just screaming out for us to turn it into a smiley. So we made the short detour to put this plan into action. With the maths all sorted we soon had the great container out of is cool hidey hole. The combo wasn't so easy but we got there in the end revealing the log waiting to be signed.

How do you fill in a long weekend[?]
Head to Geelong with Mogni and Brisal5 for an event and a few days caching!
All up, I found 141 caches , attended 1 event and had 6 DNFs
We did a few series and enjoyed them, we met Bushfire and enjoyed learning about his considerable knowledge of Geelong's caches and we met Team Autumn and several other interstate teams while having a blast during the Geelong-Opoly 2015 event! [^]
All in all, a fantastic weekend.
Found this cache after participating in the Geelong-Opoly 2015 event.
Loved this little multi! [^]
Interesting information, great cache hide and an easy to figure out multi...fantastic!
A shame that the final find was slightly less than expected and I really hope it wasn't an impatient and rough geocacher that did the damage
Goat, what goat[?] What is THAT smell[?]

Always a challenge when on a caching trip far from home, to do multi caches or not... Yes, a team effort was used and cache was in hand.
Thanks

In Geelong for the weekend with Mogni and Locus Cache. Today we had participated in Geelong-opoly 2015. Having completed the event to commemorate this series we decided to do the series....and any caches we were passing. After grabbing the most northern Monopoly we decided to grab the puzzle series as well. Guess what we were passing. The higher education I bring to this trio is my ability to climb things. Not required here. So I left it to mogni the maths guru and Locus the puzzle solver to get us to GZ. Has anyone mentioned the goat [?] or the lack of lock [?] Yep. May as well just log it then Thanks Snakecatcher.
Off to deal with all those puzzle caches nearby, and spotted this one on a road we would use. Through the lovely google I was able to solve the puzzle without leaving home. Got close to GZ and eeewww..... Dead goat. Even the dog did not want to get close. Found a better way to GZ and signed log. Got back to car and... hang on, wasn't there meant to be a lock? Ah well, I see it already noted. Cool hide though. Nice work. Cheers.
10/01/2015 Found @ 9:37 pm, Find # 4009.
Out and about searching for caches with Biggles1024 and this one was found.
We had to at least complete one multi before heading home and this was it.
At the posted coordinates we did what was needed and headed over to GZ where the nicely crafted cache container was found quickly, it was a shame that the lock as been broken off.
Thanks to Snakecatcher for placing this cache.

Find #1867
I headed out to the Brisbane Ranges with Stemicmitsar to complete some unfinished business we had over this way.
We couldn't do a caching run without finding at least one multi. This one proved to be a quick find but as others have reported in their found logs, the lock has been broken off. Very disappointing after so much work has gone into the container.

Worked out the coordinates from home years ago, finally was in the area and had to check it out. Very pretty cache container, good job on the fine craftmanship.
This cache has been on our horizon for many years. Today, finally, we stopped here on our way to the You Yangs, and we were not disappointed. The loving craftsmanship that went into creating this container is second to none. Shame about the missing lock, but apart from that all is good, and the cache is well stocked.
We did find some amazing caches by this CO in the past and used to meet him in the field. Our loss that he has shifted his priority in other directions.
Hooroo Snakecatcher! We still enjoy your work! A favourite point from us. TFTC

This is all we found- 'you've found higher edu.. Etc' laminated note stuck between two rocks but no container or box in sight. Have not moved anything.
A nice container - however there was no lock? Found in the company of quiet1_au. TFTC
Out with lochb for a morning of caching, before meeting up with our third regular caching companion at the You Yangs in the afternoon, this cache was on the way so we took a while to stop and collect it. Despite some muggles within earshot we were able to collect the information and grab the cache without any difficulty (and thankfully no snakes either). Logging proved easier than expected as the lock and catch staple appear to be long-gone, but at least the logbook was still safe within... TFTC
Our last find for the day and also made it a record for finds in a day for us. Great little multi love the cache container, but unfortunately part of it is missing. Found with Misschief18

Found on a day out caching in the You Yangs with The 2 Wanderers. Our last one of the day after completing the YYCD series. Some quick calculations and yes, I qualify for higher education. Giving a favourite for the cache container and the concept behind it. Left friendship braid. TFTC
Good little multi enjoyed working this one out. Pitty the lock has got the better of someone an it's no longer lockable. Very well constructed cache. Snakecatch awesome job
Not the greatest fan of multis, bit seeing as this one didn't have 743 different steps I'gave it a whirl. Gathered the required info, did the math and headed to ( hopefully ) GZ. Spotted a likely hide when BANG !! Hello tree, meet my head....[B)][B)] yet ANOTHER geo-cut on the old noggin. On the positive side the cache was found. Loved the handy work on the cache container. Even though this cache required a blood donation , it definitely deserves a fave point. TFTC Snakecatcher.
After a late start this morning, Bogonghazy and I decided to head to Geelong/Lara for a days caching. Not sure if we are stupid, mad, crazy or all three to be heading out in that weather, but all in all, we were fairly lucky for the mostpart. BH had done this one some time ago, but he came with me for the walk and to see the smile on my face when we got to GZ. Adding a fave, for effort, great cache. Thanks to Snakecatcher for the cache.
Quickly worked out maths and soon had a likely Gz. Nice little constructed hide here. Saw terrain and thought be higher! Nice hide. Tftc

Having taken the day off I'd planned to grab some caches in the Geelong North area, and was happy to hear that Rebel had also taken half a day off. Meeting at the end of the Eastern Freeway we headed over the Bolte and Westgate to gain access to the rich rewards of an un-visted and un-plundered area. We had a great day of caching with my tally 60 Finds / 2 DNF's. We will be back next week to do it all over again, as I've solved all the puzzles in the Geelong area and it's not time to collect. Nice cache. Added a fav point.
I chased this one down this afternoon.
After a brief bit of maths, I had ground zero soon enough. It is surprising given how few people have been here recently that a pathway is visible to the tree.
An interesting container . A shame the CO isn't still playing to repair the box.

Out caching with the newly promoted Captain Carpet and his Geo-cadets and decided to have a look for this one. Approached WPT1 with Buckleysbabe eating the Captain's dust all the way and then stopped to grab the required information.
The Captain pressed his recently reacquired calculator into service and soon we had the co-ordinates in hand and it was off to GZ where after a little scrambling around, he located the very well crafted cache. We signed and replaced the log, then headed back to the geo-vehicles and headed on our way.
Thanks Snakecatcher. A favourite for the well crafted container!

Found! Was a beautiful morn to get a quick cache before heading out for the family with the geo family. I was surprised not to see any snakes today, very dry. Hate to be trying this one in Summer. Multi was fun to do but as others have logged, latch is broken on the cache.

My days caching started a little later than usual due to the shift in daylight savings. Square Pegs and I decided to head West on a variable Spring weather day that included fine patches to wind to torrential rain later in the evening. This was a quick find with accurate co-ordinates, I like that.
This cache is awesome. A decent multi without the pages of waffle and waypoints...and then a nicely crafted cache - well done! A favourite for me and a trackable to take on my journeys too.
Thanks Snakecatcher for bringing me here today.

This is a lovely location, it looked quite picturesque today with the small winding road and the You Yangs in the distance. This is a very nicely put together multi. Unfortunately the latch appears to have been damaged and we found the lock inside the container. It is a pity as it is such a wonderful container. Thanks for the cache, this was definitely a favourite!
Found this one earlier today. Worked out the co ords and a quick dash to GZ, grabbed cache and raced back thru the grass to my car. Signed log and quickly returned it. I'm sure if i stayed there any longer

This time my visit was more successful. With the correct co-ordinates in hand off I went into the long grass (which was making me nervous) to find the box. As others have stated there was no lock (I couldn't even see one in the box) so I signed the log and dropped a TB off. So glad I got this one done before the hot weather kicked in, you were pushing it to get me out here this time! TFTC Snakecatcher it was very creative!
A lot of effort has gone into producing this cache container! It's a real shame about the lock no longer being on it though!

I think my gps was messing with me. My maths was accurate and yet said the final destination was 111km away...well that certainly wasn't correct! Decided to hunt the area I was in based on logs but with the overgrown grass was hesitant to stick my hands in and have a good look. Will use google earth at home to see what was going on!! Conkyol will be back!!!
Found today with Sorceysal while on a day of caching in the Little River, Lara area. This was one of the last ones for us today and I must say - a very clever cache indeed. Thanks for this one Snakecatcher - we really enjoyed this one and working out the puzzle.
Dutch Frangipani managed a day off work today, so what better way to spend it but in the freezing cold caching in an area that we had not done before. I was glad I took the 2WD as I doubt my little corolla would have managed some of these roads. It was a day of good company, many laughs and fantastic conversation.
Did the numbers and found our maths is not too bad and quickly found this cache. Great construction and themed well.
I will send you a separate email regarding the cache.

Great muggle-free location.
Fortunately maths was a favourite subject of mine, so I managed to get the calculations right for GZ.
As others have mentioned, the lock was broken off but the correct combination is on the lock, and the lock is now inside the container.
I was glad to be doing this in winter rather than summer, since I'm no "snakecatcher"....

A fun puzzle and a fantastic container - lots of thought put into this one!! Sadly the hook on the lock is missing from the box, but the lock is still safely inside. Although I didn't get to test if my maths was correct, the lock still had the right combination in place. Thanks for bringing me out to this beautiful spot Snakecatcher.
Have been here 4 times and still did not find please have a look at the cords and update and also see if it still here thank you.
LUCKILY THE GRASS HAD BEEN CUT, FOUND IT SAFE AND SOUND (WITHOUT LOCK). THANKS. OUR FIRST COMBO.
Beautiful spot. Lock broken on box. This is first multi cache for me so I left a TB
Returned today with Neville devil. Found quickly while mum sat with the little people in the car. All agree that it's a cool container, and deserves a favourite point. Tested the lock to see that our maths was OK (we passed!), made swaps, picked up TB and returned the cache. We were loading back into the car ready to go, when we found a ziplock bag holding a log book still in the car - oops! A quick scramble back to the cache to return the log to its proper place, and we were soon on our way. TFTC!
A very well done and creative hide, we were quite impressed with the effort put into this one. Some long grass to negotiate but luckily nothing slithery was encountered.
Many thanks Snakecatcher.

Not having a good run today. Unfortunately did not find this one - think we we were in the right spot, but the grass was just too long to walk the little ones through. Will be back with more big people soon!
Very appropriate and well-constructed container - even the geokids were impressed and that takes some doing! Great hiding spot though J was very pleased to not come across anything slithery while making his way from the car to GZ.
Lock is currently inside the container as the latch is broken but as with the previous finder, we still tested and confirmed our calculated combination.
Left TB.

Took on the education challenge this afternoon on my way home from Geelong. Noted the answer to the question then drove a bit further along to where I could pull over safely and started the maths. Whilst doing the calculations, a small bird started doing exercises on y car, flying from mirror to window sill then back again - many many times! No idea why but it was distracting! (see photos!) Worked out a number and then headed off to the actual cache which was found quickly. Unfortunately the locking mechanism is no longer needed as the cache doesn't lock anymore. The lock is still there so I did try my number and opened the lock anyway. Thanks to Snakecatcher for this one.

I had a birthday party to attend in Geelong and what better excuse to go out caching that a long drive. I was on the phone to Kellyhuants and we said I had to do this cache while down in the area. At GZ I spent more time looking for the cache in the place I hopped it was rather than the time it took the make the real find. TFTC

Loved it! I did my calculations a while ago and today I was determined to get it after my check up at Geelong Hospital.
Yes, I passed my maths test and was pleasantly surprised by the cache as I had no idea what to expect. Great clues and accurate co-ords were a real help. I was worried about the sssssssnakes though. It was a little hot today and I am sure they heard me coming.
A favourite for sure. Dropped off a geo coin too.

Found by Team Ladava around 5.30pm.
I grabbed the grandchildren and headed out for a cache or two while Mum and Nan settled in for some 'girl time'.
So appropriate that you provided some higher education while they were treasure hunting with Pa.
I did the maths and they were happy to take on the task of retrieving the innovative container, loading the combo into the lock and revealing the treasure.
I retrieved the Geocoin and they made some swaps which I lost track of but the cache is full stocked and Nanny's box of goodies is well depleted (although I wonder how many items were placed in caches and how many were taken home.)
Our thanks to SNAKECATCHER for the very innovative cache and the fun of the treasure hunt.

Cheers

John recently became "Dr John" so this cache definitely had to be on today's list. Fortunately the maths worked! Loved the cache, very well crafted. Dropped off Ford Perfect's NZ Ring, picked up the Poison Ivy geocoin. left a geonickel. SL. TFTC!
Found this one with hardly any dramas though the road is apparently closed, but I still got there as the signs are only on one end of the road. After calculating the combination required for the lock the cache was easily retrieved. Once again, congratulations to Snakecatcher for displaying his cache-container creating skills again with this one.

Found while visiting a mate (and fellow cacher) in Lara. Great looking cache. Thanks for the hunt.
A fairly easy find in the end.
But the lock took a little time to work out how to open.

Great find. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to get the lock open after I entered the code (obviously a novice!)

What a clever cache and we really appreciated the effort taken by Snakecatcher, well done.

Thanks for the extra effort.

This was cache # 29 of 36 for the day, in the company of Alansee. I really enjoyed the creativity on this hide. My thanks to SNAKECATCHER for the cache.
Found on a surprisingly cool summer day caching with Acts2YouthGroup. The sign was easily found and gz calculated. At gz we had the numbers the wrong way round at first (like others) but soon fixed that. We both appreciated the effort put into the cache - very good! Thanks SNAKECATCHER.
Excellent idea for a cache, at first I thought my calculations were incorrect but soon was signing the log
