Just realised that the owners haven't visited Geocaching.com for over a year so maintenance being carried out is unlikely.
Nice quick find and then a play on the beach Thanks kque!

Thanks for the hide, kque. It's always good
to find these places! Beautiful view of the lighthouse from here.
Dropped in a TB that a next cacher could take whale-watching, perhaps?
Took the little compass.

I must've walked past this spot a thousand times and never thought to see if there was a cache.
I brought my parents along for their first ever cache and they loved it. Beautiful waves at Tallows for a change too.

We found it on a rainy day after a walk along the beautiful beach. Didn't have to dig much. Not many people on the beach due to the weather.
Thanks, ligi & chilifarmer

Found on a lazy Sunday afternoon before a work conference up here. The beach is stunningly beautiful.
I was a bit worried originally about gz, but no digging or poking required, just a bit of uncovering. Dropped in Union Jack TB, direct from Tokyo.
Thanks and cheers from Andy, flying solo for team Bearsleys

Good idea to put a cache in this place. Tftc. In : a pencil (Nothing to write when I opened the box), a small french medal. Out : an australian keychain. Guy Homtel, french geocacher.
Found shortly after arriving in Byron. A nice spot and a beautiful beach nearby. TFTC.
did a quick stop on our way north. Our walk on the beach was cut short by rain again....
Found on the way back to Brisbane. After having issues typing in the correct co-ordinates into my TomTom (sigh) - I arrived at the correct position. Found this one after a small hunt. Evicted local small ants that decided to make the cache their home. TFTC kque
Hooray!. This was a bit tricky for us, but we got it in the end.

Just dropping off Flash the Travelling Dog for a visit to the seaside. I hope someone soon picks him up to continue his journey.
After a small amount of scraping the cache was found and I swapped out a TB for another that wants to go to Japan. Someone heading to an airport may wanna grab it! Not many muggle around with a big storm threatening. Cheers!

Visited this cache while visiting the area for the Australia Day long weekend. Really enjoyed our time here, and, of course, our caching. Found cache all o.k. Took: Stone pebble. Left: whistle and Sea Explorer's geocoin as you couldn't get much closer to the sea than here. Happy travels! Found with newbie geocachers, our friends The Bresil Nuts. They are having fun!
1st for today nice and easy find. Apart from the off duty police woman that thought we looked sus. Out: I Ching charm In: Puzzel. tftc

Found it after we got the right meaning from the clue.
Had a look at the view from the end of the path but the wind was blowing too strong for us to venture onto the beach.

I was in Byron Bay on holidays and hired a bike to explore the area. Found this cache around midday where I had the path all to myself. I am slowly getting the hang of this. TFTC
1310hrs: Nice one. Note to self. Bring the kids scooters next time. Bagged a CyberLacrus' Russellbande coin. Very cool. Attempting our first Iphone log. TFTC
Easy find but had to wait for the local muggles to depart. Mr and Mrs Fishin and little Fishers, Quebec, Canada.

Nice little hide. Have to watch the muggles, at least the path was closed to the beach. that slowed down the flow a little. TNLN TFTC
Reading this one in the car I was a little concerned, we were time poor and had to be at the airport very soon, but surely we could squeeze in one more cache.
We did, with an easy find.
Thanks, although I note that the cache guidelines specifically do not allow for buried caches, but I think that given the top of the cache is only covered with leaf litter you can get away with it.
Cheers

Found this one with Hoojar.
Luckily it was a quick find as we had a plane to catch and we didn't have much time to do it in. As a local at heart I have explored this area a few times.
thanks for the memories.

I love all the local elements of geocaching ... I mean really, why would I ever go down that road. Glad I did ... it is an awesome short cut. Found the cache pretty quick. There where some people on the trail also. I think they where looking at me, but really ... they where too into their own thing, to pay attention to the American diging in the area. Good fun TFTC!
this was a nice easy find on our way to lismore the clue made it to easy thanks for the cache s/l/t/n/l/n

We were staying nearby and with the aid of the complimentary Bryon Bay map we quickly found our way here via the walking track. Some good exercise was had as it must have been an 8 km round trip as we came back through Suffolk park... TN but grabbed a bug from the cache to move it along... Hmm... no bug listed as being here??
14:53 Easy find while working in the area. Grabbed cache and walked down to the beach and signed log. No swaps today. Tftc
YAY!!!! We got the FTF and in the dark! Found at 20:55. We were surpised to get 1st entry in the log. Good spot and nice hide. Even though it was dark we took care to make sure it was as we found it. It's hard being discreet in total darkness with a torch
