# 9533 Back in WA for a bit from Canberra. It always feels like summer when I'm here. We'll be travelling between Perth, Albany/Denmark and Margaret River over two weeks. While it's not a geo-trip, I should still be able to grab a few.Had me stumped for a while and then I spotted it. Fabulous work. I'd give it a go if I had any spare Thanks roymerc for the Traditional Cache
A cool hide; thank you roymerc for another interesting cache at a picturesque spot. I found it on my Bibbulmun end to end walk. Started the last section to Albany today by walking the Wilsons Inlet Heritage Trail.
Found on our trip from Hervey Bay QLD to WA Goes Big 2024. Absolutely amazing cache construction.
Day #5. My last minute WAGB adventure continues today! Road tripping again. Ive now met up with Posums in Albany and we are off today on the much anticipated roymerc trail. Fun times ahead.WOW this is a remarkable construction. Our first of the Denmark trail and it did not disappoint. A favourite heading your way.A big thanks goes to roymerc for taking the time to add Jarrah Splits to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! The fun just never stops.Have you logged your will attend for Victoria's first ever Block Party? Spotted quickly but took a while to work it out. All good, nicely done. Thanks for the clever cache.
First cache in a long time... and it seriously made me smile and remember how much glorious fun geocaching can be! Loved this cache <3 TNLNSL... TFTC
The rail trail was quiet today and we were enjoying the ride. Next stop was this cache.. a resilient piece of history that's been reinvented and getting admired by geocachers from all over. Fortunately the coords were spot on or we could have spent way too long in the wrong place. Okaaay.. *now* we get the cache name. TFTC roymerc.
The start of our walk here today, and the opportunity to find a bit of Western Australia jarrah. Beautifully hidden, craftily constructed and spectacular views from very close by with a beautiful old hut here as well. Picture perfect really !Thanks roymerc. A FP added. Domsky
Found it. Amazing cache. Took me a second, but once I found it I was amazed at how cool it was. TFTC!

After finding a nearby park we headed off down the trail for some BYOB fun. I was busy taking a photo of the scenery while RFC was making a find on the cache. I had to come back up and have a play as well. I really appreciate the effort the CO has put into these hides. Well deserving of all the fav points.
Ciao e grazie. #10895Returning from the walk that took me to BYOB#12 I come to visit this place full of history.Searching for the cache took much longer than it should have but in the end, as the saying goes, all's well that ends well. Hello and thanks. #10895
Found it TFTC Found in good condition. Now I think thats very clever. Peddled past it at first did a loop back, had to walk the bikes up the steps

We met a fellow geocacher when we were staying at Narrogin who mentioned these caches. I rembered the name Denmark and as we happened to be going through here I mentioned that there were a few caches I would like to find. So we arrived at camp and got out the bikes to do a a bit of a ride and collect a few of these caches. We headed down and took a little while to find the hist item before we could get at the cache. Thanks for placing
What an absolutely lovely location and a very worthy dedication of this cache placement to the Jarah Tree, timber and the almighty split. What a sneaky hide, but all was quickly revealed.Had lunch at this lovely location too.TFTC and the good lunch spot. ( Did I mention the March flies.definitely come prepared for them)
We parked nearby and walked the trail. As expected it was another cleverly constructed hide. Thanks for the fun roymerc.
We decided to spend the morning walking this trail. We parked in the suggested parking area and headed to this one first. Mr Parko made the find, however there was no log in the container. We replaced with a new logsheet. Cool area. Thanks roymerc
A nice find here, cache is all good
In WA for 3 days, so I decided to hire a car and head south from Perth and drive around the wheat belt and back up the coast line. Day 2, after staying in Albany for the evening I headed off towards Busselton, first stop was Denmark to try and find all of the BYOB and a few other before making my way along the back roads finding a few caches along the way before caching around Busselton in the evening.
Thanks for the cache

Found with N0wuckenforries and geokids on a "not a geocaching trip" lunch out. Another gem by roymerc at a spot we'd never have known about without geocaching. TFTC!
Found the other week but forgot to log on here. Very cool cache well concealed but not too hard to find. TFTC
Fun I just kicked it and it made a weird noise so I knew kicked it even more and the post fell apart so we pulled out the geocache and put our names in it I whorls recommend to anyone who wants a challenge have a beautiful day.
A TRAD!! A nice little detour and at GZ intuition soon had the cache in hand. Out and about on trusty treadles AKA the MTB that goes where I go. Home is some 3500 kms EAST and word had travelled I should look out for roymerc caches. Well - look out I did so I'm on a mission to discover why word has travelled the continent. Each of these have been clever quirky fun and creative - created to no doubt put a smile on the dial. Certainly built for longevity all hiders should take note - I have! TFTC and the memorable FUN!!
This is a great cache. So simple and yet so clever. Thanks for a great view.

Found - close to where we were staying. Thank you for the great hiding spot!
After a few years away from WA I decided to return and visit family living in the south west.
It had always been a goal of mine to visit Roy Merc territory and today I feel blessed that I have had the opportunity to be here amongst some of the great caches offered.
I will spend NYE and NYD roaming the area collecting RoyMerc caches. It is why I decided to head down this way.
This cache has for one reason or another been another that I’ve wanted to find. The setting and the cache itself makes this a wonderful hide. I had a feeling what it may be and immediately had the cache in hand.
Many thanks for this experience.

Wow! What a clever cache! Our last for the day and another great one. Found with racingstripes, tftc
Once I read the description (specific the name of the cache) I had an idea. But then didn't have an idea.
Then sheer dumb luck found it.

Another great hide. This trip is my second to WA, but the first time Ive been to a beach here. I loved the way this was hidden. Tftc
kenbryl and I had been to Western Australis a few years ago, but not to a beach. So this was pretty cool!! Especially having a whole beach to ourselves!! After a quick dip of toes we made our way over to find the cache and explore the hut. Tftc
Another very very clever cache on a beautiful secluded beach. And to my surprise a cool lil shack…. What a little touch of paradise. Thanks for bringing us here
Gorgeous spot, great cache, great clues!! One of the best hiders I’ve never met!!
A beautiful little Bay to sit and listen to the lapping water as we log the cache

Came along today with goingplaces2 and took shelter nearby until the rain and hail had passed. Went out then to find the cache and add both names to the log. Another success! TFTC.
The weather gave us a bit of everything today with cold temperatures, rain, hail, gale force winds and sunshine. Our focus was to mainly pick up some BYOB caches along with ilook4geo. We very much enjoyed the day despite the weather.
This was one of the caches of a more subtle hide. After considering all the available info on the cache page we made a fairly quick find. Log was signed and returned to place. Thanks go to roymerc for such interesting and fun caches which we very much enjoyed finding.

We had some time before we needed to leave the caravan park so I talked Muggle Mark into taking me to this cache. It was a little gem in a beautiful spot and not too tricky like your some of your others. I’m looking forward to doing some more Roymerc caches in Albany. Tftc
Nice walk down to a peaceful area tftc
Ftf according to the log paper except for some strange note
