decided not to further favor the destruction of the fresh flora.

Hmmmmmmm..........five in a row is not good. I thought I saw a place where a cache may have been hidden once - probably best for this one to be checked now........
Might need to do a cache check Ben!
Found a small plastic box (Tupperware) without the lid at G/Z.
No cache found.
Regards Philma.

A group of 3 of us were on The Spit to Manly walk & stopped off here hoping to find a cache. However, despite scouring the location we were out of luck. Perhaps we weren't adventurous enough... It's a shame we didn't meet up with antpadgem who was searching the same day - we were certainly there long enough!
Found fairly easily enough- interesting cache container. Nice part of sydney for a wlak. Didn't have pen so couldn't sign log. Dropped off a TB

I headed out today in the rain in at attempt to conquer caches I thought may have problems with too many spectators about on a sunnier day. This was the first of these for the day. It seems I was partly correct as there were lots of people about even though it was raining during my visit. it didn't take too long to spot something unusual. I saw Jurassic Park and was concerned I'd have to replicate Dr Sattler's actions on meeting triceratops, but was relieved to find the task somewhat easier than that!
Picked up coin.

Pretty Cool Cache and very clever. We like coming here for NYE and its usually very quiet, not in the daylight, its just like Pitt Street. LTCTN. TFTC!
Really interessting cache and good ideas for it!!
E.g. the Logbook is nice!
And it's a pretty busy place indeed!

this was the funniest geocache I've ever seen.(I;ve only seen three though) It was a good one
We decided to do a spot of GeoCaching with the MicroAves and some family GeoKiddies (their first time). They were *very* excited to find their first cache and we had to convince them not to let the whole of Manly know about it! We didn't have a pen so couldn't sign the log, but did swap Koalas. TFTC.
A really cool hide . many many elderly muggles out for an organised bushwalk having lunch at ground zero had to wait for ages while they finished then as they went a young family set up camp for awhile on GZ. They finally left and we had the matter in hand. Took tb left koala. TFTC
Beaten by the Vikings! Actually I realised that before I left home but it was a good excuse to get out and about with the geo boy for a few hours, nice park and an enjoyable walk to get there.
It's certainly the first cache I've seen like this, must have been a smaller breed of dinosaur though!
Left a Tb and picked one up but no swaps Thanks for bringing us here.

Bugger!
I was out here early this morning on another FTF attempt.
Sadly, as I was walking down the stairs I dropped my PDA and completely rooted it. I forgot to take a look at the bearing and distance to target so that I could at least try to hunt it down with my compass and pacing (glad that the ole army skill are still fresh).
Anyway, I salvaged the SD card and have now come back to the office after pricing up some new GPSr's.
So I'm off line for a while now until I can get my funds sorted.
Rest assured, I'll be back for this and the other recent ones I've missed.

Could not resist taking the geomobile for a spin in the morning when this one popped up.
Really clever hide, I actually saw it but disregarded it at first before getting into the really detailed search.
The satellites played up a bit under the trees, so the GZ did change a bit during the search.
Took GC Signal The Frog Saudi Arabia, dropped GC Ham Radio Geocoin #3.
/Hagar
