I was across the road when I read this multi. Took me a while to cross this very busy road!
Interesting house - soon had some interesting co-ords to walk too. The area has changed a lot since my last walk here. Thanks for the great multi - a favourite point from me.

This was our first multi cache and I was very worried my calculations would be wrong but middle cacher found it with great satisfaction to me! TFTC
Sunday morning walk with the geo-pup. Lovely house, grabbed info, quick find. Replaced container, but it could do with some more camo tape. TFTC
Nice multi to end my caching adventure in this area.
Thanks for bringing me here.

Container lid rusted off but contents are dry.
Walkway closed at river end due to construction.

Grabbed this one after the Meet & Greet at Port Noarlunga.
There seemed to be a kayak regatta meeting on the beach as the group organised equipment.
As they were occupied, CP & I quickly disappeared up the nearby track.
There was no one around until I needed to retrieve & sign the log.
Eventually, there was a lull in muggle families and I was able to replace the cache & troop back to the car.
Thanks for the cache & multi bregor

Looks like access from this side is a little difficult. Might come back when the weather warms up
Visited the posted coordinates, and obtained the numbers to get me to the cache. I was considering leaving the cache for another day as I wasn’t in fitness material to prepare for the long walk, and the wind/rain combo was also hinting at a delay, but thought I may as well find it.
Similar to a previous cacher, I must have also gotten a number incorrect, but it was the only one I wasn’t 100% on, and upon correction, I had a sensible set of coordinates that was still within the path. Found after a few minutes. Cool multi-cache and nice area, thanks.

Having just mopped up two Mystery Caches I thought it was high time to... "Make it a Multi" [^] This was the Multi. Lovely old Homestead at the listed co-ords Did the gathering of info and was soon on my way to GZ.
On my way I noticed what looked like a nice hiding spot and thought i'd just take a peep and there was the cache [:o] It was then I realized I had muffed up 'B' in my gathering of info... only by 1 number , so all is good, cache found and log signed at 13:44 on Sun. 18/3/18. This one won't suffer Cache-Creep that's for sure... nice magnet. TFTC and for showing me the interesting history on this lovely old homestead [^], bregor

Had done this some time ago but tide was up and every time me and ladyloene go past we say have to and today it is.
With Ropenut on the last day of 2017. We solved this one in the cooler months but unable to reach it due to the tide.....tftc....
We came we read tne history.
Gathered therequired info.
Then took a strol..
Found the cache in the obvious spot. Tftc

Our usual day out with the Rat, and a quick puzzle solve had us soon on our way. with the description explaining that there was no need to enter certain land we were halted with a passage that had been closed and clearly stated that it was not accessible. Cachers do as cachers do, there is no such thing as Can't go there. A alternate route was found and we soon arrived at GZ. Cache was relatively easy, found by the Adder. Log signed and another smiley on the map. TFTC
A bit tricky getting the information as the board was fenced off for a fringe festival event. Managed to get the required data and arrived at GZ with no one around to bother us - thanks to a cold, windy and drizzly day. TFTC!
CPwanderer & I were picking up some caches in the Southern Suburbs...this multi was on our list...at the given co-ordinates the area was fenced off for a Fringe event but as I had a step ladder in my car...I managed to take a photo of the information board to work out the numbers...
Got to GZ...hmmm!!! something not quite right...CP asked "Are you sure you counted right"...apparently not...an alternative number was placed into the co-ordinates & bingo...cache found...
Thanks bregor for this nice multi.

Thanks bregor for this nice multi.
Hevwalker's log says it all ..... we had trouble accessing the info at the first way point and then made a small error ........ but we soon had the prize in hand!!! An enjoyable multi!!!!
Monday night and a caching run with Moneydork to the southern suburbs
So cool to finally get a few caches in this area onto my found list rather than having them on my unfound list
2 DNFs for the night and 5 finds [^]
A nice quick little multi that was fun to do and an easy find at GZ [^]
We only had to dodge the crazy person driving their tiny 4WD on the track with their LED lights blasting onto us at the beginning of our walk, the we had peace for the rest of the night time wander

When I got to GZ, an older woman asked me if I was looking for something.
I said yes, and her reply ... " oh good I'm looking for seeds too... "
needless to say, I found the cache after she moved on.
Cute lizard nearby too enjoying the warm day.

Decided to do this one after doing another multi. nice short walk from the start point but now I realise I should have saved it for the weekend. log dry even after the recent rains.
Solved the coordinates and headed off and found the cache in an area where I have done volunteer revegetation planting for South Port Coast Care. Love this part of our gorgeous state.
Signed the log and left a small token of proof I was here. TFTC

We rushed our solving of the second stage because there were builders nearby, so our first coordinates were off. We sat down to look at the picture we had taken of the sign. We found our mistake, and reentered the coordinates.
And we were sitting on the cache.

This was a very fun cache. I am starting to get into multis now. Had a doubt about co ords so sat on a bench... then looked around. Oh. Well I guess the co ords were right then. As for the magnet... you gotta be robocop to get that thing off! Thanks bregor. Love your work

A GREAT little multi. Found with3LG (Linda)Loved the walk with dark clouds looming TFTC
Plans change at a moments notice. Expected to be in the Hills doing a spot of caching but instead ended up South and then plans changed again and the other half, Mr 3LG, decided to head back with his ride for the day while Mrs 3LG stayed on and cached with Earthlight.
This was a very simple multi and we had the answers quickly, grey clouds were looming. It looks like there is a bit of work going on with the old house and it should look great after it's been restored. With co-ords locked in we set off for a short walk, which was easy enough. Found and signed the log book just as it began to rain. Walked up the track to shelter to wait out the passing shower before continuing on with a much harder walk in the sand.

Owl thought she was attempting a different cache, so didn't get the pun until after the cache was found. Fortunately the numbers were easy and Mrs M made the find at the appropriate place.
We made this the last of the day. Got the coords. went for a short walk and Mary made it 6 out of 6 finds for the Aussie M & M's. We let Doctor Owl come along to make us laugh. TFTC bregor.
Oh bregor we like your Style too, haha. Geez this baby will not fall out of its hidey spot in a hurry. Great info on the early days of this area, hard to imagine this area as anything but a fishing and water sport spot, but hey they call it progress.
Read the plaque, put the details together and went for a walk, bazinga!! Found a cache,, signed the log and popped the little fella back where he came from, cheers bregor for the cache, the walk and a bit of local history.
Mrs Kookacrew learnt to swim near here, haha, that's our local bit of history.

sitting here alot of nights just opposite this starting point i finally got it done this morning not feeling tired was the way to go
Been meaning to do this for a bit and finally got an empty car park so jumped at the chance, I hate sand! But for a cache I guess I'll deal with it. Nice area even at night, TFTC.
Also liked the "style", great environment in amongst the sandhills with the sounds of breakers just north.
Always like doing bregor and did not disappoint once again. A good learning multi. Fantastic view.
Found it!
We had the time today, to complete the multi!
We've been here before and not made the time...
Noticed this was the first bregor cache,
of many...
Nice morning stroll through the waypoints,

Had just finished brekkie at Manolis one of my favourite places to eat at Pt Noarlunga. Found the info I needed then headed off for a nice brisk walk. Found GZ, had the place to myself and just as I was signing the log a muggle came by. Said good morning then we both continued on. She didn't ask any questions.
The cache container needs replacing as the lid is no longer hinged and comes off quite easily.
Thanks for another great cache bregor.

Quickly worked out the co-ords to GZ and we were on our way [8].
We can only imagine what all the muggles thought of us walking along the sand in hiking boots today [:o)].
Quickly located - another cache that's in full view if you approach it the right way; and if you know what you're looking at .
TNLNSL.
Thanks again Bregor.

We had a bit of lunch at the listed coords before setting off on an enjoyable walk, despite the bitterly cold wind and light rain.
We found the cache exactly where the GPSr was pointing, so got it signed and returned before the rain got any heavier. The container is sure showing the signs of corrosion here.
Thanks bregor.

I remeber coming here in my youth. We used to hire boards from the kiosk (now gone) near GZ and slide down the sandhill ending up in the river. I also fished in this area, but like all my fishing it wasn't that successful.
The cache was found after a short walk into an interesting area.
Thanks for the cache bregor.

Only our second multi, worked it out fairly easy, giving us the courage to tackle some of the more difficult ones. TFTC
A nice area along the river with a group of students learning to kayak. A short walk from WP1 to GZ. Thanks bregor.
We had a great day walking from the Onkaparinga mouth to Old Noarlunga & back again. This was the 1st of several caches that we picked up along the way. It took me a while to work out the significance of the cache name.
My geo colleagues would tell you that I dont do multis as a rule but this one was short and sweet. Nice walk and nice hide.TFTC.
Good hide found easily today when in the area for a swim. The sign has been graffittied and is propped up after being removed from the ground - let's hope it stays there and remains intact. TFTC
Easier than some of Bregor's

#3 of 17 for the day on a coastal cleanup. Found the sign, grabbed the co-ords and headed off down the river. Lots of small bream and flathead in the shallows. Found quickly as there was not too many hiding spots.
Find #200 for us. YAY! Thanks bregor. SL

Found the cache even after we inputed the coordinates incorrectly (answered the questions about the animals incorrectly).
Lovely walk to and from the GZ and 3yr old loved the splash and watching the fisherman.

Caching with Shrek4. Found the sign propped up. Didn't read the sign correctly to get the right answer but still found the cache - came back to check our co-ordinates after we found it - and kicked ourselves.

Got to Waypoint 1 to find that the information plaque had been pulled out of the ground - cement and all - and was laying down. We propped it up against the railing and proceeded to get the clues. A great day for a stroll along with fisher persons and dog walkers. Signed log and then to the local bakery for a top up of calories and then a trip to the seashore to sit and contemplate life (and eat lunch). Have always loved this area and often come down here during the hot summer nights. Thanks for the cache.
Found this cache after walking backwards and forwards for quite a while until we realised our mistake. We made the error of including the 'bull' from bullnose veranda in our animal listing.
Great find in a stunning walk. Thank you SL

It was a hot day so I cooled down by walking along the waters edge. There were a few people fishing. I liked finding the cache. TFTC!
Enjoyed the walk along the estuary after collecting the clues. Very enjoyable multi. Thanks bregor.
Had collected the clues a long time ago, but muggles near GZ stopped us from making a find at the time. Today we learnt that we could have probably done it in the end anyway. Oh well!
A nice quick walk to GZ and a nice easy find. I would have been happy to find a traditional here, but a multi is just as good.
Getting a tad warm now, so back to the car, as there is more caching to be done, and the last day of holidays to enjoy.

I got the information off the board - an interesting historical anecdote - then went for a walk with style along the river to GZ . Found the cache, signed log then continued on to see the salty seashore sans shells (try to say that after a few drinks) . TFTC bregor.
I drive past this one all the time and finally made the time to stop and do it.
The numbers were solved in no time and off I went.
It shows how long since I have done any canoeing, as I didn't realise that this pathway was here.
The GPSr had me about 20m off the path into the dunes, so then I just put the GPSr in my pocket and started looking in the most obvious spots.
Great little history lesson
Thanks

Decided to drive down this way to check out the damage from the rornado at the footy ground yesterday. Then wanted to walk down the dunes to see if there is any sign of damage there (which there wasn't). And look, there is a cache in the same place I needed to go.
Answered the clues and off down the sand for a quick find. TNLNSL, thanks bregor. Then off further down the dunes looking for damage before a windswept walk back up the beach.

A quick find on a drizzly morning.
We had come here the other night while out for some driving practice with learner daughter. It wasn't my intention to do the cache when we left home so we didn't have a torch or anything, b ut I thought we could get by with light from phone and gps. The only problem was there was no moon either, so when headed off it was very dark. Even though the cache was close top where we parked when someone "appeared" from near the bushes we decided against the cache.
This morning I sat in the car watching the weather close in for about 15 minutes before it eased off enough for me to make the short walk.

Walking along the river here, I too was reminded of of the time when I could hire a sand sledge at the local shop and use it to go sliding down the sand hills.
It was so much fun, the big kids could side from the top of the hill to half way across the river.
Thanks for the cache.
