I have decided to Archive this cache. There are two reasons for this
1. I was never very happy with the format it was set up in, and
2. The Park is under going a major upgrade costing $750,000.00. From the look of the concept drawings I have seen its hiding place is going to go.
I will look to place another cache here once the upgrade is finished.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to find this cache.

Hadn't planned on doing this, but as I walked past WP1 the clock opposite struck 1 p.m, and as I had a SEPAG GC which is a representation of the Liberty Bell with me decided I had better go and log in the GC at the final! Extreme stealth needed at that time of the day, grab and return was completed without a close neighbour noticing a thing, but not so easy avoiding the gaze of an elderly lady opposite! Also had "IRAC's key to a great cache" with me so logging that too.
Very nice puzzle - we loved it.
It was quite tricky to then find out where the cache finally was located ...

Fun puzzle cache - pleased to find one I could do without cracking the enigma code or splitting atoms!. Good locations and soon had cache area in sight. Lunchtime not a good time to go for cache - smokers had cache area covered, went to the lunch-spot-of-kings opposite, had a quick feed and back, got a chance and soon had it. SL TFTC
TFTC. Solved this a few days ago but there was a muggle in the way, so I came back today on my way home from work.
Interesting puzzle, actually solved from home, but visited the mentioned locations anyway before making a quick easy find at the final. Easy, even with the place full of muggles. TFTC!!!
Took the puzzle home as I did not have enough time durin my last trip to town. Solved the puzzle and waited for a trip to Wellington to claim the prize. TFTC
Solved the first bit while taking students on a fieldtrip last year. Went to the plaque and decided three million muggles would make task impossible. Photographed sculpture like a tourist and the plaque to work out at my leisure at home. Finally managed a Gz snatch and grab this evening after an exhibition in town.Majority of muggles tonight were the twittering feathered kind. TFTCSL
Didn't need to visit the give coords to know that the dates would be! Howerver, had to visit the final a couple of times to find a time that wasn't too muggly - quite tricky, but managed to find a gap today and made a quick find.

(11:54:58 AM/fwgb) Picked up the final today after doing the first part and taking a photo of the plaque on Friday and then retiring home to decode the message
After that it was a nice quick find.

Used to come to location of final often but took little or no notice of the feature so thanks. Solved a while ago but muggles kept getting in the way. Easy find first thing on a quiet windy Saturday morning with muggles taking shelter or sleeping in. Nicely presented cache in a good hide.
Did this one backwards but completed both stages.
Few muggles around in the middle of the night so I could get away with using my fingers and toes to count with.
Quick find after that.

Was at the memorial working up a puzzle for my year 9 extensions mystery scavenger hunt in a couple of weeks. Couldn't resist checking out the cache at the same time and what do you know I'd used the sculpture NGA KORERORERO – ONGOING TALK as well. Quick photo and then thought I need a break from walking so solved the puzzle and nabbed the cache within minutes. If only I could do them all like this. TFTCSL Nice spot.
Straight forward puzzle. Easy retrieve on a pleasant low muggle evening. TFTC SL

The puzzle took a while to nut out but as it was early Sunday morning and a cold southerly the retrieval was quick and painless (no muggles).
The puzzle was a bit headache inducing, but got there in the end.
Very very muggly at final, we retrieved the cache OK, but then 2 muggles stood talking less than a metre from us. I stood between them and StreetWalker while he replaced the cache, and I think they were none the wiser.
Great sculpture - thanks for bringing me here.

#913 (4/11 on a wlg afternoon). Decoding the plaque was time consuming. Retrieving and replacing the cache turned out to be straightforward, despite the high muggle factor. TFTC.
Update: I put this back last night when there were no muggles around.
Nangirl19 and I found this cache today! We removed it to fill in the log but couldn't put it back because of muggles. We work just across the road and can see the park so will return it ASAP. Will let you know when we do

Took a couple of tries to get this one, as there were people everywhere. Got it easliy enough today though, as no one was around
Started this one some months back when the place was infested with muggles - too many to even notice the plaque! Finally got the opportunity to come back on a cold Sunday evening and almost muggle free to finish it off. TFTC

Aborted yesterdays attempt… GZ was muggle central… No problems today, as the place was deserted. Nice spot for a cache, thanks for bringing us here.

Taken a while to find this one. Got the numbers at the first waypoint quite a while ago, but then had trouble finding the plaque at the next place - oops! GPS lead us quite far from the plaque, and even on a closer look managed to miss it. Found the plaque yesterday, can't believe we missed it earlier! Decoded, and had a hunt for the cache yesterday. Looked in the right place with mumandme but couldn't seem to find it. Tried again today in the evening, great timing, no one was paying any attention to me. Found it easily, don't know how we missed it yesterday. mumandme will have to try again another day, I was on my own today, thanks for the help though TFTC
Worked out all the numbers in my lunch break but not a suitable time to try for the cache. Returned after work and no problem, what few muggles there were passing by were quite focused on getting home and not paying attention to me.
Nice little puzzle and a good hide.

Too many muggles ... and no little helpers with me.
I'll have to get this another time.

So after solving the puzzle and dragging to cachers along we found a muggle at GZ.. Only got a chance to go back today to find the cache and note both freeloaders had already found the cache - *nice* ... ANyways great puzzle and nice spot.. Thanks for the cache...
Found after work. Freeloaded on the puzzle solving skills of CrystalFairy and grmblzmpf. Thanks for the help
Waited for a couple of muggles to leave the area before homing in on GZ.

Solved puzzle at lunch time, but 2 muggles were sitting on GZ, so we had to go back to work, knowing that there's a cache waiting. Went back after work, darkness and cold weather were helpful, no one was sitting there anymore... TFTC!
Fortunatly the Hotel was nearby so after getting a solution to the final ducked out and found it @ 8:00pm

Solved this puzzle a little while ago. It was my 3rd attempt at GZ due to intensive muggle activity throughout the day. TFTC, SL.
Found at 5am this morning.
Luckily for me there was absolutely nobody around, cause I'm not very stealthy.
Fun cache.
Thanks.

Didn't need to go to the first waypoint, I knew what the years were from having been there before. A straightforward find at GZ once I had waited for a family to depart, although the GPS accuracy was not too good amongst the buildings. I'd note that the 5th character in line 2 of the strings to decode appears to result in a word that doesn't make sense, but fortunately the intent was clear. Signed log, TFTC and for bringing me to an interesting sculpture that I didn't know about.
#399. Nice puzzle and hide. We watched the winged muggles dancing / fighting over their dinner. Nice decoy for the other muggles.

Third and final cache for the day was second to find this one, cool puzzle and was quickly solved with the help of Mrs Yeetree and also a security guard close by at what we were doing but wasn’t too worried, found final location easily cool spot for a cache, TFTC TNLNSL (563)

FTF@ 12.44pm. [^][^]Surprised this one wasn't snaffled earlier but regularly have lunch next to the artwork named so didn't need the GPS for first clue. Found the text for the code in the rain, quick dash back to the office to decode, and then a vigil as waited for muggles to move on. When coast seemed clear, a friend came and sat next to me right near the GZ so had to wait another 10mins until they departed before a surreptitious and easy grope and find. Quick entry in beautifully square log book before lunch at Ka Pai. TFTC.
