Seems the local kids have discovered this spot, so a future cache here will go missing as well.

Went and had a really good look but still no sign of cache

Had a quick look but couldn’t see cache, felt a bit exposed but couldn’t see cache, will go and have another look on Saturday

Interesting spot.

Contents were all wet except log book in it's little bag, dried out as well as possible on our sweaters

Third for the day, had enough, going home for lunch. I really must wear a raincoat when it's rainning, we are both wet.

Driven past here dozens of times and never noticed the memorial here. Flick must try to drive with his eyes open in the future

Took the bypass to Waitara, decided despite driving rain a stop was required. Cache very visible in the dark and rain. Didn't get time to count stones. TFTCSL Left secure, hope I got the rock right.

Last cache for the day after a trip from Auckland. Pissing down with rain but an easy find. Liked the cover of the logbook. TFTC

Quick find while heading to New Plymouth. Moved cache two rocks along as it was clearly visible from some distance away.

We have passed this spot couple of times but I never even noticed the monument before

Easily found for our first find

a fun cache to try to find in the middle of the day. cheers

Careful counting and we found it. Very quick. TFTC.

Looked quickly behind every 29th rock but no find. Quite exposed here!

Have checked to see that the cache was still in play. It was, but had been moved from the original position by the last, as yet un-logged cacher. New position in hindsight is better, so have updated clue.

Replaced where we found it.
