Was walking near this geocache today and heard a lot of bulldozing going on. Went to inspect and the hiding place has been completely demolished and removed. Managed to find the container thrown next to a fence, so I got it to look after it until I can contact someone with what to do with it.
Nice hide. Good views. Took a TB but there are still another 2 for others to get. TFTC
Smiley picked up The Bear from work for a lunchtime caching session. We headed for this one as it has been high on our list for awhile. Once the vehicle was parked it was just a short walk to GZ. Smiley spied this one quickly and the log was signed and replaced. Left 3 TBs. TFTC.
TFTC. Plenty of ants about today, but we remembered your advice to wear gloves.
No problem extracting this one as all the bushes have been slashed. Great views this sunny warm clear day. A watchdog somewhere kept barking though. TFTC
WOW OUR 1,100TH FIND. Looking at the reflections in the water , it was so still today. Hubby wanted to use the power lines as a flying fox. [ It would be a great trip down to Hobart.] tftc
Great time out with the family. DR JAMES, SMELLY BELLY 8 and JABs Had a lot of fun and it was a very lovely day. Gained lots of fantastic memories and visited some cool places. This was part of my geocaching scouting challenge.

Great view of Mt Wellington from here. Quick find. A muggles entry on 11.8.12 but all well with cache. Thanks Will and Sue
Had to expand our search a bit for this one but we soon had the log out and had the log signed, TNLN, TFTC
Parked the car in the cul-de-sac and a quick stroll up the track to GZ. Cache was very easy to find as it was half uncovered. Log signed and the cache was replaced with a bit more cover. Thanks for the cache
Geodad TiltonSpire was convinced he knew a better way to get there but off course it wasn't!!!! We got there eventually! Left a marble TNSL TFTC.
Fantastic views of Mt Wellington and the city, pity about the powerlines however, without them we wouldn't have the Technology we currently rely upon!! Found with geoson Rexamite. TNLNSL TFTC.
Mum (GeoCheryl) & I drove around & around in circles for what seemed like hours, LOL. Finally found a spot to easily locate this cache. Mum found this one. TFTC
Took what seemed hours to find the entrance to this reserve, We hadn't done our research before heading for this cache, it was lot's of fun however, Easily found once at GZ although GeoDaugher took a fall and cut her leg, band-aides needed TFTC . forgot to mention awesome views will add a photo taken from GZ
Would have to call this an easy find, as it was visible as I walked up to the GZ, re-hid it with some extra local materials.

This cache was found as part of a big day of caching the Hobart area with lots of caches found and many interesting sites seen and visited.
A big thanks to my dedicated driver/navigator, who played hard ball and gave no hints and only got out of the car at the caches he hadn't found, and my little mate who came to most of the finds with me.

Found by smallest team member, she puts us to shame. Took bracelet, left lollypop. TFTC
Nice easy find after navigating the streets to find the access. Found myself in a cul-de-sac and looking at having to retrace my steps but managed a short cut through an unfinished house yard and slogged on to the top of the ill. Didn't get to enjoy much of the few as it started to rain and I had to hurriedly sign the log and beat a retreat. No need for the gloves today. TFTC
Easy find!
Need a good navigator to get your way up the hill though.
Took nothing, left button collection.

Great views easy find after GPS settled down probably the power lines overhead TFTC
This one is not far to walk from home, so we set off hoping to beat the next lot of slight showers. Found without much trouble. Took 20c and left a blue wren card.

Found with Jr geo who took the honours. Great view - pity about the power lines. TNLNSL TFTC
Not shore if this one was ment to be a drive by but the gate was open and nothing on the sign said no cars so in we drove (the places I take the hire car). Jnr on Wife went for the kill while I turned around. Some nice views to be had from here of a direrent direction over the river.

A nice cach, with a GREAT VEIW. Some douch wrote a little message.. "His name is Brodie." not me.
I Found It. Before Grazer Magic. He Barely Even Tries, I Dont Even Need The GPS. DAMN I'M GOOD! lol
BTW There Was A Rather Rude Message Written On One Of The Log Book Pages, Please Ignore It. It Was Not Me It Was Another Mate Being A Twat. Sorry
Found this one back in February and noticed today that it was still showing as not found. Checked the logs and we must have missed logging this one. Wonderful views from this area and nice houses. Found easily with clue. Couldn't work out some of the weird buildings below. TFTC.

What a fantastic view, even if the transmission lines do predominate.
Picked up the Old China Dart trackable. LN. TFTC

What great views the houses round here have, not too sure about living in such close quarters with 3 sets of power lines though! TFTC
Had to wait for a dog walking muggle to depart the area before we could approach gz. Great spot, thanks for bringing us here.

Since I now live within a hundred metres or so of this cache I thought it only right that I go far a wander and sign the log.
Had a bit of trouble finding an access to this cache. A fairly quick find once we got in there. Thanks.
nice easy find! good night time views, bit cold and windy though!!!

Quite a bit of rubbish around, but the cache seemed pretty safe. Cheers Gav [6070]
Found this one yesterday and did some cleaning up while we were there
Also did not bother trying to find it as I only had my iPhone with me and the groundspeak app kept telling me this one was inactive

More like 'eyes of the houses are upon you'.
After driving around maples trying to find a close spot to park, I strolled to GZ and tried to look nonchalant while retrieving, signing and replacing.
Took the geocoin.

Pretty easy find, bit on edge with all the houses overlooking the cache.
Didn't swap anything just logged.

Needed a walk to test out my "new" second hand film SLR today, and yet to tackle all the caches in my new area yet... so this one was a good option. Nice views, found without too much trouble. Left GC, took mini flashlight. TFTC
this one actually was found by fraternlst, and retreived my me!! part of the Meskatonic U society!

A short stroll and a nice find. This one just seemed to leap out at me, though it was my only find for the day.

We must have had our Geocaching antennas up as we walk straight to the hide before we even realised we were at the GZ. While Mr DnA! was looking at the GPSr, Mrs DnA! bent down and had the cache in her hand. Unfortunately we were unable to leave the TB we brought along as the cache container was too small. TFTC.
Cant believe it took two visits, must of been the inpending rain. Finally monkey is off my back Pippamer. Took Dory home for a visit.
Nice and windy find New Years Day.

Great view from up here after parking my car nearby in a steep street.
A pretty exposed area but hopefully I was inconspicuous.
Thanks Will and Sue.

Found 18:10 Left TB TN. TFTC. Welly's eyes were covered in cotton wool this afternoon so we had to look down and out at the cruise ship that is in Port at the moment.
I cemented my relationship with this cache at 1032hrs as my 4th for the morning and my 222nd overall. You wonder what the neighbours think when they see some one looking around a vacant area like this. Great views. TFTC and cheers OldSaint.
It was the frosty eyes of Welly, with snow well down the slopes, that were upon me today as I carefully trod through the mud to GZ. Easy find although I felt a bit conspicuous with so many houses looking out on to the cache. Logged my visit, TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
Another quick find today, Easy find, in the first place I looked. Took coin and left no swaps today. TFTC will and sue
Another place we've never been before even though I lived in this area many years ago. Took TB and paperclip. Left Geocoin and soldier. TFTC (and the views)
dont know the area at all so found myslf going to alot of dead ends but nice view once we found it. TFTC
After a little hesitation as we drove around in the dark we finally figured out how to gain access (it's actually quite obvious, but less so at night). There were no sign of jackjumpers (which is just as well, because the fingerless gloves I was wearing probably weren't what the hiders had in mind in their description) but there was a spider guarding the cache instead (I just waved at him with my fingerless gloves). The eyes of Welly had misted over a little tonight, so we got a little damp, but there were still some good night views out over the city. Thanks for bringing us up here, Will and Sue.
Yet another viewing spot of Hobart that I was completely unaware of! The night was a bit rainy, but it added to the crispness of the lights somehow. A nice quick find, once we worked out where we were going! Thanks for the cache!
The views from the top of the hill were great, even on a wet day, however the rubbish at GZ was really disappointing. Perhaps some CITO may be in order to help protect those who come to find caches in such areas.

Maddie enjoyed rolling in the grass, while I enjoyed finding the cache. Everyone was happy. Thanks for the cache.
Surprised the Tasmania tourism mob doesn’t run tours to this pristine location.
