Hi
This cache appears to have some problems. It is the cache owner's responsibility to read the logs and check the cache to sort out any problems with it and give an indication of when it may be up and running again for people to find.
**The cache is being Disabled to give the Cache Owner an opportunity to investigate and fix the apparent issues.**
Once the cache is operational again, the CO should write an *Owner Maintenance* log advising that the promlems have been fixed, and to remove the *Needs maintenance* attribute (red cross) if that is showing on the cache page. The CO can then write an Enable log to return the cache to play.
If the cache cannot be fixed it should be archived.
**If there is no response to this log after 30 days the cache will be Archived.**
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Being very short on time I found what was probably Rocket2015's shortcut & bushbashed up the paddock, hoping that the hint referred to one of the ex-paddock bashers rusting away on the slope. Unfortunately that was still around 100m short, so continued through the forest of blackberries till I found the real GZ. The cache lid is unfortunately completely broken now & the cache full of water so no signing possible. Thanks for the multi though & TFTC
TFTC a good walk to get my step count up! Cache container full of water which I tipped out but log was saturated. Dried it out as best I could. Lid of container is broken. No one was around today except for a few hardy golfers.
Had an attempt at this cache last night and ended up wandering around scratching my head. When I arrived home I double checked my calculations and realised that i had made a small error on the run and was no where near the GZ, around 100 metres further up the hill than required.
Lesson learnt and armed with the correct coordinates today I made my way back out to the correct GZ. Even found a short cut to the area without needing to walk the 1.5km to the GZ, cut it down to approx 200 metres. Found the coordinates to be very accurate and quickly found the cache this time.
The lid on the container has gone brittle and has a small hole in it, so might need CO to drop out and repair sometime soon.
TFTC
Cheers

Got the first part of this multi several months ago. Slipped out during a denoon unrestrained interval for an easy find.. thanks..!!
Travelling around Australia and now in Tasmania!
Headed out from Loira to find some more caches on the Eastern side of the Tamar river and into Launceston.
Beautiful in the sun but when it ducked behind the clouds a bit cool.
Found your cache to help us with our exploration of the area. [^]
Nobody home to say gday but after some hiking the cache was located. Added a new logsheet to help keep this one keep going.

Easy when you do the maths right. Cache was a bit light on so I added some ears. And a plastic bag. Only had a small piece of paper for a log. TFTC
A bit more of a walk than I thought but got there in the end. Loved looking at all the rubbish that people have dumped which was a shame. Would like to know some more history of the disused rail line.

Made the cardinal geocaching sin; forgot pen. Luckily cache hand pencil. TFTC
Well this one turned into a saga! First off I once again made an error by relying on TomTom to get me into reasonable proximity to the calculated GZ, which turned out to be somewhere in the back blocks of Mayfield I think. I proceeded along a nicely paved walkway past a new subdivision heading directly to GZ. All as per description, until I came to a screaming halt at the dead end with 300m or so to go. Back to the drawing board & this time I found where I should have started in Dover St. Then the pesky GPS arrow couldn't make up it's mind (or perhaps I couldn't read it too well) as I first headed NE, then changed my mind & followed the paved path heading north along the back of the units, then changed my mind again & reverted to the NE path which (had I consulted a map) would have told me would dogleg north a little way ahead.
Then the real fun started... I was waltzing along enjoying the pleasant stroll when I hear the suspicious sound of crackling fire. Smoke I smell - & then see. Yeeks, flames!! A group of golfers were teeing off so I asked them (being locals & me not so) if they knew anything. Nope, "but there's a bigger one over there" one says. Cripes! I do my civic duty & call 000. Being as how collectively we've lived through the '67 bushfires & the '03 Canberra bushfires, and driven through some devastated areas in Victoria, we're a mite touchy on the matter. Sure enough the Fire troops arrive in record time (I had time to find the cache & start my return, but it was only 15 min or so).
So, if you were wondering why the fire trucks came past your house Sun afternoon MM, you'll know who to blame! For calling them of course not for the other. Might be worthwhile paying a visit to the cache soon to check all is OK. When I left, fire was some distance from GZ but flames were visible from track.
A memorable cache but for all the wrong reasons I'm afraid.

Found it today. As mentioned there is only one page of a new log. I signed the log and left a clown nose. TFTC
After working out the co-ords to this one last week along with the best way to access it I headed out for a lunchtime stroll in the sun - in my gumboots of course! I decided to go UP and managed a quick find (thanks to Berrybender for fixing it up over the weekend - or this may have not been the case). I had to engage max stealth as a wallaby was watching my every move! SL TFTH.
This was looking like it was going to be a DNF today but had the "luck of the Irish". Got to GZ (very obvious) but no cache. Decided to look around and found scattered, just the container and the laminated geocaching instructions so it had been muggled. Returned the cache to GZ, with a pencil and one slip of paper so it needs a log book. Having walked for miles we were so pleased to be able to log this one. So this is number 4 of 6 towards 7. TFTC!
A neat little mutli, with a nice walk along the path to the cache. Recent sub division has made getting to the cache rather easier than in the past.
Well that was an adventure!! I started at a car park not far from your house. Put in the house number cords only to discover that I A: had got the gold numbers from the house on the other right side!! and B; was about 1.2 kms away from where I needed to be. Came back got right number, saluted the flag and off I went up the wrong street to eventually end up in what I hoped was the right area. After a good old trudge about I was just about to give up when I spied the clue!! At last. Took Hou Doe TB, SL and tucked everything away. All in good condition. TFTC Michaels Mob. Note to self: maybe I shouldn't go after multi's in my 30 min lunchbreak!! This one took me an hour!!!!!!! Have a fav for your troubles!!
Found it while out on a bike ride with Captain Tassie2Head. Ended up riding 27km so we can't be too out of shape. TFTC
After having an 8 days holiday we arrived in Launceston for our last night over here. I still have left some time to do some geocaching. And I choose this one, although it might take some more time than other caches.
I'm glad I did this one as it was a nice walk. Both through town to find the golden house number as the walk across the golf course. There I had a nice chat with a couple that was playing the noble game of golf there for the first time. At the end I found the cachet a nice hiding place. Well done. Thank you a lot for the nice walk and the cache, of course.

Hi michaels mob
Dropped by your house this morning to find out some numbers. Those in hand, I noticed that it was UP! No grass cutter with a GPS either.
Raced off for a family coffee and was then told to go caching - with permission granted; I didn't hang around for long.
Calculations done and it was up the track - however, no cache to be found at the co-ordinates.
Re-calculation; an addition instead of subtraction and all was good.
Another short walk and the object saught was to hand. I signed the log at 1230hrs.
Enjoyed the walk back exhilerated by the thrill of a find.
TFTC and cheers

I turned this cache from a multi to a puzzle by finding the required info on street view. By sheer luck I found myself riding past the given coords for this cache while looking for a way into the cycling/walking track. (Cyclists attempting this cache should be aware that there is a considerable amount of glass shards on the track.) I stopped to say g'day but there was nobody home apart from the dog, I left a calling card (path tag).
The cache location was obvious when approaching and the cache was easily found after I scared the cache guardian away.
Thanks for the puzzle, opps multi, and cache michaels mob.

Had a brisk Sunday morning walk to this one. Enjoyed watching the golfers while we walked past. TNLN Thankyou for organising the hunt.
Nearly finished our holiday in Tassie and as we fly out if Launceston we decided to spend our last few days here finding a few caches. Nice easy find on this so far sunny day.

Well here's a path I never new existed. Good to see it's BRAPPP friendly so the locals can commute between suburbs. Found the easy find after a good stroll. I'm SO unfit. Thanks for the exercise...TNLN
Finally found time to to finish this off. Found an alternative parking spot which had me only 250m from GZ. I really should walk this whole track as this is a very scenic spot. I even walked to the top of the hill for a bit of a look. Coords were spot on.
Successfully reached WP1 & headed for the walk. Was a bit downhearted when I saw the remains. Searched for a while, but was too hot! Plus the GPS was spinning..? Maybe try again another time. Thanks
Dropped by WP1 and collected necessary information, then proceeded to suggested parking spot. Then off I set for the scenic walk, passing quite a few golfers enjoying the spring weather, and saw some major earthwork happening next door to the golf course. Then when I got to 'my' GZ my heart sank, as I saw considerable recent burning covered the area. Despite that I searched for some time before thinking just 'maybe' I got the calculations wrong. Head slapping time! Didn't see the minus sign! So back down the hill to the correct spot and then it was an easy find. Cache and contents are in good order.
Then back to the car, and back to WP1 where I posted a pathtag to michaels mob as a token of thanks for all his caches that I have found.

Found the numbers at WP1 but didn't have time or energy for the long walk. Tried to get close by road but new road works got in the way. I'll try another time.
A lovely winters day for a stroll. Found the cache safe and in good order. TFTC
Great cache, nice walk. We did detour through the golf course and a number of prickle bushes on the way...should have read the instructions more carefully! TFTC
Looked around in vain for the Mob but guess they were out and about on this long weekend. We finally got around to doing this one, and only have one more to go before exhausting our local caches. A great walk on a sunny winter's afternoon with the geomutt. Shame about the motor bikes. The blue biro in the container was haemorrhaging (in fact J is, as I write, trying to remove the ink from his fingers) so we removed it. The pen in with the log book is still OK though. Update - the ink comes off better with metho than with turps!! TNLN. TFTC
WP1 was a quick find. We set off for WP2 as the sun was setting and it was gettiung quite dull as we approached GZ. We hunted around with the assistance of a torch until we located an item consistent with the clue. The cache was retrieved, looged signed and we headed back to the car in the dark. TFTC
Really nice place. But I haven't seen you mowing.
I took a travel bug with me. micro compass rose.

Right, Left no matter as coords got me close enough for the clue to make an easy find. TNLN. TFTC
Tried this one a while ago without results. A rethink and a cross check of the sums helped when you realise you subtracted instead of adding. lol A nice stroll thanks. TNLN
fairly confident about the house (if it has the flag out front?)
ate breakfast at the parking coords, nice morning stroll before heading back to Hobart
Thanks michaels mob

Found this readily and talked to head of Michaels Mob on the way. Took bubbles left Myhymaids Star Micro Compass Rose GC. TFTC MM.
Nice co-ords, spot on today standing right on top of GZ. Nice morning for our Mountain bike ride over to the other side of the river from home base. Dogging all the runner muggles coming down the track the only issue. Got sick of saying 'good morning' after a while.
Our first attempt at this one was a disaster. We ended up with wet and muddy feet, moaning kids who also had wet and muddy feet and 1 also had a sore bum thanks to his dad (madchilli) and we ended up with no cache after searching for ages!! When we got back to the car realised co-ords had been worked out the wrong way round but we were not going back again!! 2nd attempt was along the sealed path and was much more pleasant with an easy find so close to where we were searching last time.
TFTC.
TFTC.
Our second attempt as I entered the coords in wrong...... (+ instead of -) Came the sealed way this time, last time we tried to cheat but ended up with wet feet and the kids also had wet bums.....apparently when you throw a kid across a creek you have to do it in a way that they land on their feet..... Anyways we must have nearly tripped over it last time, easy find today, found with GabMil TFTC
Figured nobody was mowing the lawns today because they would have been too wet!!! Made our way to the GZ the hard way through blackberries and hawthorn. Very appropriate that the pen left with the cache was red as there was plenty of that stuff on the scratches on our hands from getting there. Found an easier way back to car thank heavens. Clue was very helpful and appropriate.
I parked the geomobile some over on the main road and began my amble from there
As I amble I read the notes. Oh! I already know the answer to that
So I strolled past the start coords with nary a glance at letterboxes !!
The pathway was reached and a shortcut taken. The hill was almost not a hill at all
In less time that it takes to mow the lawn I was at GZ and the cache was mine
I grabbed Dreamweaver geocoin.
My return was by a different path. One that turned out to be truly delicious. Blackberry season

Rather pleasing as I didn't need to visit wp1....other tactics here....also didn't go UP or DOWN....but across via many bike trails...if I'd known the area better I could have driven within 130m or so...lol. As they say...can't teach an Old Dog new tricks...and I've learn't them from the best eh M/Mob. TFTC...Cheers.
Definetly no lawn mowing happening today. Great walk did not even know this track existed. TFTC
Ha haaaaa!
Another Northern FTF for the Southern Bandits.
We were meant to be attending a wedding in the afternoon, so we had to cut this one a bit short by starting more from the middle of the track.
We didn't see anyone mowing the lawn at WP1, but we noticed your patriotism flying above your roof. Happy Australia Day!
Thanks MM
