Made several mistakes with this cache - biggest one was not looking at the logs

No luck when meeshell and I had a look, quite sure we were in the right place too.
Solved the puzzle this morning as I had an appointment nearby. Arrived at GZ but failed to find the cache. Gave up after 10 minutes - will try again another time.
A nice quick solve using old technology. Lots of mates here today if you count the Downer telecom guys and numerous builders. Nice hide. TFTC #2134
Mrs Sobad solved the puzzle. We found the back blocks, but no successs with the cache. We gave it about 10 minutes (with a break for passing muggles) then moved on.
Been putting this one off for far too long! Cracked the code a while ago and went to GZ today. What a lovely area.....TFTC Mate!!!!
A quick solve, weeks ago, got to the GZ today and had a successful hunt. No need to ring a mate! SL, TFTC
Funnily enough, one of the first puzzles I solved (or rather my daughter solved for me) back home in Nelson was exactly like this one, so a quick decode and time to visit GZ today. GPS wanted me to walk through private property but I found the public entrance nearby. TFTC, Biggles.
Pretty sure that we searched in the correct spot, but no luck for us. Some muggles near by and we decided to abandon the search. Have to come back.
A quick find transferring between unfound cache clusters in Rolleston out to Banks Peninsula.
We solved the puzzle some time ago, and finally managed to go to the cache on this trip. As per previous logs the cache was empty apart from the small scrap of paper left by Hello Mrs. We placed a new notebook in the cache. TFTC
Solved the puzzle back home in Auckland. When we arrived at the cache location there were muggles everywhere. However as we walked the short distance to GZ the muggles began to pack up and leave, and by the time we reached GZ it was safe to make the find. Found the nearly empty cache container, and added our name to the scrap of paper left by Hello Mrs. Thanks for this puzzle cache.

Solved this one when it first came out. Then somehow loaded the wrong coords in my GPS the last time I was in the area. Today after a bit of a drive around looking for an entrance found a path to take me where I wanted to go. At GZ I was meet with a muggled cache site. I spotted the empty cache container full of debris and a plastic bag nearby. Found a small scrap of paper in my bag, wrote my name and put it in the container, then covered the container with a bit of turf.
[Cache has been muggled.] I left the container where found possibly where it was originally hidden near a gate. I think the camouflage objects are now in the stream. One block remains where the container is now hidden. There are no contents in the container other than a very small scrap of paper with my name on it. I put a clump of turf on top of the container to diguise its location a bit. Hope you can find it.

An easy puzzle to solve. Luckily we didn't have to ring a mate to find it, brought Yeetrees along instead. Cache rather exposed, rehid a little better.
Man its freezing, can’t believe it was 28°C a couple of hours ago.

Solved by YuGeo4, a quick find in the end a the cache was sitting fully exposed, replaced cache back after signing and tried to caver it a little bit better. Took Flying Swiss Trio TB and Penguin March TB to travel a little bit further north. TFTC LNSL (1464)
A-ha, found it! Only due to a guess on how to solve the one I created inspired by this one, which was wrong, but it was the solution here.

At last! Managed to get there without teams of muggles around, just a few random muggles and swimming dogs to contend with today.Took chicken little TB.TFTC
Bumped into a fellow cacher a few days ago and he has us a small hint so solved and found today.
Took a bit to find the entrance, but after that an easier walk. Puzzle should have been solved a long time ago, I'd actually forgotten how this worked Cheers Gav [3867]
The puzzle was quickly solved when published and the fine weather today provided a good opportunity to clean up the Selwyn district caches. This was number 8 of 8 attempted. There is quite a lot of landscaping going on at the moment in the vicinity of the cache. The cache will need checking on as the works finish, for I suspect that it will be found as the landscapers clean up their works. - Dessert the Desert Lizard TB. Thanks for the cache.
A great cache to do. Thanks for the extra hint for the puzzle. Took Oregon TB & tractor TB. Left Lizard Tb & Flying Swiss Trio TB. TFTC
A return visit was required here as the first time the fence had acquired the cache. Today J returned to have a look with the new information on board and set to finding it. She was greeted by some not so friendly Dobermans at first, which turned into big softies, thankfully. Turns out they belong to the guy who built the fence! He was doing some finishing touches on the gate. Was tempted to sit on the nearby 'seat' but was concerned it would go *poof* on me. Opted for under the tree. TNLN TFTC
Cache is now reachable but unfortunately a little more exposed. Puzzle and hint have been updated accordingly.
That is a bit annoying. I will go have a look and see if I can move the cache to somewhere on the right side of the fence. It was such a good spot too.
Update -After what was said I was expecting the council to have maybe fenced the water race but it was worse and the neighbours to the park have built a new fence about 5 feet further into the park over the top of the cache. The cache has been retrieved but the whole border/fence area contains no cover so will have to scout out a new site hopefully close by.

We suspect the cache has now been, in the words of the Sallies, "fenced in." We didn't get closer than about 9m, as there was an obstruction blocking the path ahead.
2509. Solved the puzzle and went for a ride out here this afternoon. We knew how to get into this area as there have been a number of caches here in the past. They are certainly putting a lot of effort into doing up these grounds. It is going to be interesting getting to this cache when it is "fenced" in.
Thanks

#99 ? cache for M&A. Must of tried every possible way to access this cache before taking the correct route. So, familiarized myself with lots of new housing projects. Remember finding one of the Rubix Cube mystery caches very close to this spot. TY.
Great puzzle to solve, done while other was preparing dinner (good excuse not to cook, eh?), which I was going to retrieve another day but after dinner, the team was in action. Finding entrance to the place in the dark was harder than the cache! Water hazard was easier in my gummy boots & found the cache while dog was barking enough to bring out owners, by then were off on our way. Hope it doesn't do that to every cacher! Took Cache mover g/c & left the Ends of Earth ring (very apt name) g/coin. Enjoyed the evening expedition! #299
StreetWalkerNZ did the solving and I did the finding. When I saw the obstacle that needed hurdling, to get to GZ, I decided I wouldn't cross, and let SW do the fossicking (still very wary of falling after my broken arm incident late last year), but there appeared to be a great deal of thrashing around without success. So found a way around the obstacle and soon had the cache in hand.
Nice and secluded at GZ, good placement. TFTC.

#561 (1/3 SW of Chch). Laboured a bit more than I should have over the puzzle when cache published. I didn't have much luck looking for it, but Troodles was on to it straightaway once she had walked around stream. TFTC.

Ended up driving around for a while, exploring the back streets of Prebbleton. A dying GPS, no knowledge of the area and night time caching makes for a great hunt. Add to that a dead torch at GZ and water hazards, plus high heel boots!! No disasters tho and we were chuffed to find the flashing cell phone badges.
Will look forward to the next caches

FTF! Nothing like the empty pages of a log book to make one smile! A bit of figuring this morning and a quick drive before work hoping that no one had nabbed it overnight and success. A good cache for your first hide, I look forward to more of them. Swapped coins.
