Logs
I have passed by here so many times over the years more recently aware of this hidden stash. Finally the chance to have an amble along the stream to find GZ. All in good order and fun squelching through the boggy meadow on route back. TFTC
Last cache of the day spent exploring this beautiful countryside, following the footpath and over rickety stiles we found cache easily and signed a slightly damp log
We walked back the same way passing sheep and very placid horses

Parked camper in pub carpark and had a pint of local ale.dandered off round the circular route, all good until we crossed the road and couldn't spot the footpath and ended walking past the ice-cream shop and back to the pub.
We then decided some more beer and food.
We stayed the night in the carpark and took the dog for a walk on a reverse route.
heavy chunky Labrador and lots of Stiles to lift her over, but got there in the end.
cache needs maintenance but tried to sign anyway.
On leaving gz we took the new looking stile, followed the path until we came out on road turned right and back to the camper for breakfast and a rest.thanks.

Sorry to report that your log is completely sodden and needs to be replaced.
Our special pen even had problems making a mark on the wetness.

I am staying in a nearby B&B and when I mentioned the cache (apparently I am not the first guest to do so. The owners knew where GZ was.) I was given permission to cross their fields directly to GZ. A short walk, stopping to take a few photographs of sheep, who seemed willing to pose. The cache is a little damp, but a nice place for a hide, and it's not another micro, so I'm giving this a favourite tick. I was surprised this hadn't been found since September last year.
