We looked and looked and looked but not able to spot the cache. It might have gone walkabout? Thanks anyway lilla07.
It seems as though this little fella has gone. As I am unable to check for myself in the very near future, it's time say hooroo.
Made a quick stop for lunch nearby and walked over to this. Great statue, enjoyed the read. Found the container, big question, how has it survived for so long in this prominent spot?
Not many muggles around so it was a fast find. It is good to see country towns with such great parks ... TFTC
Decided to sit here and have lunch on our way home from Inverell. What a lucky place to stop. An an interesting memorial as well. TFTC
Had a few interesting experiences at this cache. After contending with a continuous stream of muggles the find was eventually made on the last of the 4 possibilities. Getting my finger stuck between the slats on one of the seats was not fun and actually had to bend my wedding ring to get free. Just as well it's white gold and fairly soft and pliable [and old]. Would have been embarrassing explaining that to my rescuers! A great bit of history to be read at this one. Thanks.
I had just found the cache and was signing the log when approached by a muggle who told me about the toilets -- so I obviously had to go and check them out for myself -- Wow I really love the poet, and then the verses on the back of the toilet doors - I made the cache maker check out the mens as well --will put up some pics when we get home from our travels. A favourite point for bringing us here -- you should add it onto the cache description as well
thanks for bringing us here and for the cache lilla07

Day two on our "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" tour, a trip to the Mornington Peninsular (Vic) for an Ex Army Apprentice reunion.
Mrs RF again made a quick grab on this one.
We took nothing but memories, we left nothing but footprints.
The hide and the container are fine but the log is full.
Thanks for the cache lilla07

Came through Gunnedah to grab some food from the local Golden Arches on our way through to Armidale. Stopped to find this cache which was just up the road.
Great memorial.

Took me longer than it should have to find this one - what with returning tennis balls to an anonymous voice behind the court screening and a mild case of cache blindness.

Stopped here in Gunnedah, to use the facilities, on our way home from Narrabri.
I was totally amazed at the inscriptions on the front & rear of all the doors and snapped photos of them before sending JustR in to snap me the ones in the mens'. The poetry reading through a speaker was awesome. I've never seen anyhing like it!!
Such a great place was bound to have a cache nearby & JustR voiced what I was thinking, and we had to check.
Whipped out the app &, sure enough, there was one within metres of where we were standing, although not where we suspected one would be.
Delighted that we stopped & experienced this and it also knocked off our daily cache, thus eliminating the need to stop again to look for one, on what was a long drive from Narrabri to Sydney.

Stopped here to use the facilities in the nearby building. I casually asked my companion (Rat&Brats) which garden bed was hiding a cache. Out comes the fruitphone, and to my surprise it said we were just 8 metres from one. Fortunately the area was muggle free so cache was soon located and signed. TFTC lilla07
We stopped and the boys searched. I could see it from a mile away! They eventually picked the right one!?!

Watched the nearby cricket match in 38 degree heat. Then time for a spot of caching, Geodog was very pleased that this was such a quick find so she could get out of the heat!
Catching up on logging. A long days driving broken up with a few caches. 45 degress made the search short but painful - alot of hot metal to search before I found the sucker. TFTC lilla07

Don't know on this one, we had the place to ourselves numerous times but no find today :(.
#2997 It was early evening when we arrived at GZ, we were northbound heading to Tamworth for the night. There was still sufficient natural light (ohh how we're loving the longer days!) to seek out the cache without the need for torches. The GPS had us a little off GZ but the cache was soon located in a logical place. A great memorial, very poignant. Our thanks to lilla07 for the cache
Ah very scary had to wait heaps for muggle free time.
Had a couple of days and She who must be Obeyed had enough driving as we had gone the Hay Plain to Adelaide and Back thru Broken Hill so she stayed Home and Warm as she reminded me, yes it were very chilly in the mornings camping. Anyway had a mess of fun with Ute Dog II and me tent.
Thanks Acko and Ute Dog II

Found whilst visiting gunnedah for ag quip. The area was swarming with bus loads of people so it took some stealth to grab with one. TFTC.
Found this cache with kateRX, geono. and albibops while in gunnedah for Ag-Quip.
the main street was buzzing but with the four of us we were able to provide enough cover to grab it with out being seen.

Arrived to find Noo82, KateRX and Albibops with a signed cache and trying to replace it. With school kids and Agquip visitors we probably couldn't have picked a busier time to find this. TFTC lilla07
Thanks to NewportNewsance for replacing log with a temp one. Will be back home to replace it will a proper one mid December.
Found this one with c_major, thisisreallyfunny and dazndky, on my way to StormCo at the ridge.
Found 29 June 2012 with dazndky, LukeV & thisisreallyfunny while passing through to Lightning Ridge! TFTC.

Was on the way through this morning and during a brief stop the hunt was on. Did the re-tie your shoelace trick to retrieve the cache as an elderly man was sitting nearby. No such dramas needed for the rehide. Great little park. TFTC.
Traveling with friends and got this one on the way through, nice and quick. Great little place as well. TFTC.
Accurate coordinates pointed us in teh right direction and we could actually see the cache in its hide from about 20m. Thankfully there were no muggles in the area and a quick retrieval was made. However, the log was saturated and starting to go mouldy. We supplied a temporary replacement logbook in a plastic bag as an interim measure. TFTC lilla07.
Accidentally found while walking with a friend, log is a bit damp and smudged, but wrote on it anyway
Based on the description and hint I looked all around. I'm sure it's not here, but someone will find it tomorrow-just to prove me wrong!
A nice easy find even with works hanging around, found the cache and signed within minutes, the log is damp and soggy needs new log.
Good hide, it tests the looking normal skills given the high muggle factor. Log needs maintenance pages a bit soggy.

Quick easy find in a lovely park. I must recommend that anyone using the cache pops in to the facilities. My daughter and I came out totally amazed. had never had an experience like it before. ( and I'm not being rude or disgusting) tftc enjoyed this one
What fantastic sculpture there is here. We also availed ourselves of the loos, never before have I been given the pleasure of listening to poetry while visiting. SL TFTC
Quiet holidays, few muggles around. Sleight of hand may be beneficial to avoid attention
Quick Easy find.
Way too many muggles so waited for an opportunity to lay my eyes on it then left.

Quick trip thru town gave me an oportunity to wipe out a previous DNF. No muggles on Sunday evening !!! TFTC
This was my first Geocache find, I'm very excited. I like that it was in very public place and I needed to be discreet, made it more exciting. Logged my name, date and note stating it was my first. Thankyou from CookieOwl
Mmmm spotted quickly but retrieving it was another matter. At 6:20pm where was a suprisingly large number of Muggles about. After some patient waiting and pretending to txt on my phone, I discreetly made the grab, signed and placed back with anyone noticing.
Thanks for the unexpected challenge.
