Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Team Canary. I grew up in Blackheath in the 80s and 90s and often passed this way on the way to Mt Vic Flicks but have never actually stopped before. Thanks for bringing us here, I never knew there was an archery club.
Found It!A quick find here after a short walk from the car park. It is surprisingly cold here this afternoon!TFTC

Hi thanks so much definitely not in the first place I would have thought really good spot
Found by Alex and Ella. Needed to remove bark and dig into the broken down foliage.
Spent a good 20 trying to find it in the general area but unfortunately no luck yet
Remarkably easy find. After a bit of scratching around trees cache was in hand.
I went to where it tracked and to the exact tree that all the photos located it at but still couldn't find.
To help stop the spread of Covid-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to Stay At Home, unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard going geocaching as a form of exercise, exercising has been limited to your Local Government Area or within 10 kilometres of your home. Additionally people are not permitted to leave certain councils except for authorised workers.
Who knows how long this current lock down will last? What I do know, as a health professional, is that every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, by staying home.
Due to the health authority’s directive, my observations of people breaking the law and finding geocaches outside these rules and the risk that if an infectious person finds one of the caches and another person comes along they could possibly become infected, I have decided to disable this cache and request that no one search for or claim a find whilst this cache is disabled.
Thank you for your co-operation. I look forward to enabling my caches as soon as the Stay At Home orders are relaxed.
Stay safe, Team Canary.

Took a little while to get the right spot but once there I found it pretty quickly. TFTC!
A maintenance check revealed t he container is still where it was originally placed.
I'm on my way up to Orange for an unexpected work trip, so unexpected I didn't even have time to plan any caches. By pure coincidence I was about due for my first rest (stop, revive survive) when I saw the sign and thought an oval was a great place to stop. I saw the marker as I parked and read the plaques before I thought this is a great reason to place a cache.
A quick app check confirmed it and I was off into the bush. And what a nice little tract of bushland it is. Sadly it doesn't seem to have a cache in it. My coordinates were very stable, I expanded the search out a good 15m, I read the hint and previous logs, I looked at the photos. If this is still here I'll be very disappointed.

Found with Chippyddd on Day 3 mission - Blue Mountains NSW caches. Lots of rain today. A little bush bashing required before zooming in on the cache. Room for small SWAPS or drops. Both cache and logbook are dry. With geo-bunny standing guard we signed the log. SL TFTC TFTH. Replaced cache as found ready for the next cacher. Thanks and cache on.
Day 3. No.1 for the day found in very wet bush from the previous days rain falls. A short walk in from Browntown Oval spotted by the keen eye of Mystic Seer and geo rabbit. Cache in good condition. Replaced in same location as found, but a little more hidden as it was previously just sitting in the open. SL TFTH TFTC TNLN.
DNF but really cool walk into the bush. We searched for 15min and think we knew where it should have been located but it's not. Maybe possible that it's not there anymore. Please update me if found.
Little bit of a trek but was fun, forgot the pen and wasn’t bothered walking all the way back lol
Out of the many, many times I have passed here on the highway, I have never stopped in at Browntown Oval. Nice spot and beautiful bushland. TFTC
Absolutely a bush bash last time I was here I wore thongs and decided to come back wearing trainers. GZ is actually a lovely spot TFTC
Found tyftc. Spending a day driving this trail after 3 days of state tennis tourn. Mother nature is just beautiful. Trying to beat a local geo to 1500 finds before dec 31.
Cache No. 6 for the day on our Father’s Day Caching Expedition! Process of elimination. TFTC
Was in the Mt Victoria area for the last couple of days doing some hiking. A quick grab before heading to Jenolan Caves. TFTC.
Well been along time since I have been out this way and decided it was my turn to collect a few extra caches.
Wow, what a walk!
Had to use the compass for this one, got us out of the car and stretched the legs.

After a very big hearty breakfast at a Blackheath cafe I felt that I needed to go for an all day walk to recover, and it turned out that it was a great opportunity to find some caches in the area. I headed over to the sports club, hoping that the toilets might be open or that there might be a drink fountain outside as I was without water and getting desperately thirsty. No luck however, I managed to find a tap on the outside of the building by the top was taken off it to prevent people from using it. Anyhow, I trudge on to the track. Half expected to see a snake jump out from the bushes, but there was nothing but an easy to find cache full of goodies. TNLN TFTC
On my way from the Central Tablelands to the Southern Highlands to visit my parents, this was a perfect stop to stretch the legs and touch base with some great history. I can't begin to imagine what it would have been like to survey this area back in those days. SL TFTC
I'm pretty sure I have heard a song about this place before. Or maybe it was jones town. Anyway cache was a quick find. I find it strange people are commenting about bush bushing to get too it or maybe I just spend my life in the bush. Tftc tnln
First cache on a weekend geocaching trip with Mr Hancock. A nice way to start.
