Found the base of the cache pretty well straight away but since the cover and logbook were missing I didn't realise it was the cache until after I came back to it and found a tiny butterfly pencil eraser wedged inside it.
I've left the eraser and added a tiny scrap of paper inside the cache, hopefully it'll help other cachers with this one. You may need to use a key or tweezers to get it out.
Needs maintenance

Suspect i found the base of container... But no lid or log. Might be worth a check.
Not much sign of any canal these days !!
Just a big expanse of green grass for dogs and cachers to run around on
The sneaky cache camo was soon spied and the logbook signed

The base is OK but the cover is UV damaged. A trip to the hardware store is required. The log is actually visible to all the Muggles out there.
Just as I put it back I was invaded by Muggles, could not of timed it better.

This one proved to be pretty straightforward to find. Wish that all the DNFs I racked up today could have been only twice as hard. Thanks!
We stopped in here after visiting the nearby SA Maritime Museum and were heading back to Glenelg. I had the CIH and didn't realize it - haha. Nice sneaky little hide in a lovely spot - TFTC
Thanks for the history !
The cache was fast founded by Geo - boyfriend; nice idea almost missed the log book ijijijiji ^^

Hooray after no success the other day at other parks it was nice to find this one.. Clever little disguise
Out and about this morning while waiting for the car to have a check up. Lovely morning for some caching! Thanks for the wee history lesson nice easy find thanks to the hint! TFTC
Out today doing some caches in between the showers. A quick find thanks to the hint. Thanks for bringing us to this wonderful park. Wandered down to the water at the end, where a helpful local said sometimes there are dolphins out there, but not today unfortunately.
TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.

our first for the morning. Stopped by the area while out for the sporting Saturday. TFTC
An easy find with vj187. With the help of the hint we went straight to it. TFTC
Found with 2011*turtle. Thanks for the hint which helped make this a quick find. We were interested to read the history of the area. TFTC
Spotted cache whilst talking to a very friendly local. Moved in once she went on her way. Thanks MalanDi.
Enjoyed the water view while chatting to a friendly local about her people and their connection to the area. Spotted the cache while talking but couldn't retrieve it until she moved off home to look after her bub, whereupon I leapt onto the cache, freed the resident cockroach, signed and replaced. TFTC, MalanDi. =^.^=
Ya know? I looked at it a few times before I read the clue. Don't you hate that!! Lots of people in hi viz around today spying on me. Just when I thought it was one of those days you suck at geocaching you get one and your spirits are lifted. Thanks for inspiring me to keep going today Malandi. Good one !!

Used to play on this playground all the time before geocaching, hm wonder if it's been there the whole time.
Log is full.

Last time here was thwarted by muggles. Today nice and quiet. Thanks MalanDi.
Owl has some time to spare after seeing the physio, so detoured to sign another landmark. Lovely day today and a nice view over the river/canal/body of water. Sneaky little hide!
We popped down to the Pt today hoping the markets would be open! Oops they are only open on Sunday's and public holidays ... what to do..
Lets find a cache or 2 in the cold artic weather.
I don't know Pt Adelaide ... at all really and was delighted to come across some really lovely buildings, parks (like this one) and interesting back streets.
We didn't get many caches mainly because I had no idea wher I was going and 6 year old Joey was not in the mood to navigate
Thank you for sharing a bit of Pt Adelaide with us and a quick cache MalanDi

My caching buddy, the GOTH with purple hair was in town so it was time for a full days caching. I got to this one and it looked so familiar. In fact I walked straight to it and found the hide. I must have done this before. Newish log. No point checking there so I signed it. Got home and saw it coming up as unlogged. Looked back through the logs and saw that I had indeed been here in July last year with the M's but never logged it. I have now Thanks MalanDi for bringing me here....TWICE!
Having a case of the just one more's the cachemobile drove us to this one so we could get just a few more finds before heading toward home for some tea. Thanks!
Cache container is there, but no log book.
Added a piece of paper as a temporary log, but needs owner attention.
(Nice hide though! )

Mrs Seek3rs was looking at nearby Jaffers ... "how about I leave you here for a bit, and I'll go look for a nearby cache?" I took the rolling of her eyes as an "Ok" and made an easy find here.
Found obvious cache location and container, but no log book but found the butterfly left by Motylki.
Left a piece of paper as a temporary log book, and put the Seek3rs sticker and date on this.
Will raise a maintenance note.
Seek3r-ed and found!

2nd visit for me as a family were having a BBQ here last time so walked past and spotted thew cache and now finally back here to get it. Thanks
Found walking back to a friends house from the supermarket for a pre-Christmas afternoon of cheese, antipasto and perhaps a little wine! Great clever hide, muggle friend stared at it for ages before I suggested she investigate a little closer! TFTC MalanDi!
Tricky find near a mum and baby having lunch. Pretended to
be fixing something near G/Z. No further explaining required.

Our caching group is now reduced to four, MtnLioness, Locus Cache and ourselves. Dennis had this one in his hands before Locus Cache or myself even had time to survey the area. SL TFTC
After asking who wanted to come caching with me tonight, we ended up with (at various stages of the night) the ever happy to cache group of mogni, brisal5, muff1, earthlight, MtnLioness, ~*KittyKat*~ and, of course, myself
My final tally for the night was (sadly) 1 DNF and happily 19 locus cache events culminating in smileys (including a pesky multi that I had had about 3 previous attempts at) as well as a FTF at 3.05am on my way home
Second week in a row I have managed to FTF on my way home on Saturday morning after leaving the group
As we were walking up, we said 'there' and then I saw Mr muff1 reach out but I didn't see his retrieval so there I was looking and looking, while they were starting to SL.
Hmmm, I have seen one of these recently on a much newer multi cache!
Still a decent hide that just might have had me looking for a while without muff1's intervention.

Found It!
Spotted this one as I was walking up to GZ. Must have been quite a different place back then...

Found on another Friday night cache date for Mr & Mrs M-SEZ. Tonight we targeted the Port and surrounding areas. This was our first stop tonight. Found quite quickly thanks to the clue. TFTC
Nice bike ride to the GZ. Had to wait for some muggles to leave the area before we could search for the cache. Rock's sharp eyes again spotted the hide. Very clever. TFTC.
Last find for the day, dropped Mrs E and the geokids off to see the Crows. Quick find. TFTC
This was a bonus find on our way to a Puzzle cache that we couldn't access from this spot anyway....lol. TFTH.
Scoped with Google Earth and did from memory. A quick find in the second place we looked. Good cammo that fits in with the surroundings. Hidden in clear view. We took Iz dog for a walk around the river path to the concrete emus on the Aboriginal heritage walk. Thanx for bringing us here. Haven't been to Port Adelaide for ages. Thanx
