Cache is AWOL Extensive work around GZ makes the site unsuitable, so I'm going to archive it.
DNF. I think we may of needed a hint or two. Searched in vain. Went to Festival of the Wind instead and had a great time. Thanks for bringing us here.
Sadly did not find. There were greenants everywhere and started raining. A clue would have been really helpful.
Well I've been trying to get to a magic number by this Friday. That doesn't look like its going to happen now unless I pull my finger out and go hard despite the rain. However its still.noce to learn about interesting people like King Omalley despite getting a touch damp. This took me longer to find than it should have because I read the previous logs before attempting to use my brain. Once I engaged that it was a much smoother process. Tftc
Grey nomads travelling around Australia in our caravan. Held up a bit due to Covid19 and major knee surgery, so currently in Queensland only, but there are plenty of caches in our home state that we have not yet found.
Currently, we are farm sitting near Rockhampton for three months, so hoping to clear out Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere, Gladstone and Mt Morgan!!!
What an amazing journey the King had. Easy find for the cache, thanks Teminji

Found this one under of cover of darkness. All the delicious smells coming out of the bakery as they were baking their bread for today, hard to stay focused.
With two girlfriends on our seventh annual op shop road trip, and I finally managed to sneak out while they were asleep and find a cache. The schedule is too packed otherwise. The King O'Malley connection is fascinating. TFC
Nice easy find on my visit out to Emu park to visit museum. Museum was closed but still had a nice day. Thank you for the find.
The geodaughter and I were visiting the area today on our holiday roadtrip. We had stopped for lunch nearby, so wandered over to the museum and after reading about King O'Malley (what an amazing man) we made the quick find. Tftc Temingi
Out celebrating my 36 birthday with a road trip, alone unfortunately. Thank goodness I’ve got this game to keep my mind off my loneliness.
TFTC,
This is our last day in the area before moving on to the north. We decided to head to the southern side of Yeppoon and failed to find as many as we wanted.
Not my bank today.

It disappointed me, it wasn't a Commonwealth Bank, I made the quick find, stamped log and replaced. Thanks to Temingi.
Day 2 in Rocky and today's trip was to nearby Yepoon, with the plan to catch up with Temingi, however was not there today. Out with Di Morgan and planning for some exercise climbing and walking today. A mixed success but more smiley's than sad faces . Day was made more hilarious when Bill on our first cache (I think in a rush to get to the cache container) fell in a hole and landed flat on his front. We managed to sign the log while rolling in laughter. We managed to pull ourselves together and soldier on. Great day with Fish and Chips for lunch

Quick find after a lovely walk around Emu Park. Last time I was here I was about 11 on a family holiday. All good with cache and signed and returned. TFTC Temingi
Thanks for explaining the history of this famous Australian. Nicely hidden cache. I almost didn’t check there. Your roll of paper is full. You may want to replace it. Looks like a popular cache. Cheers from Canada.
That was a great geo cache.
And a great story.
Surprised by a muggle but he didn't pay us much attention.

The mini rats have been away on holidays with the Rats on another fantastic family holiday. We made it all the way to Cape York and along the way we found this cache. Thanks for adding to the thrill of our holiday.
Sorry the log is a standard template style.

The Rats and mini rats have just returned from an amazing 6-week adventure to Cape York. Along the way we had time to stop and grab a big handful of caches, some of our finds were in the remotest parts of Australia. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing your cache, you've all contributed to us having a great holiday. Apologises for the generic log.
Looked in the right spot first time

Ha ha I had given up but my 8 year old perceived and came up with the goods
A very sneaky spot in Emu Beach, which is the most peaceful place after visiting busy Yeppoon.
Caching in and around the area, we picked up a few caches and this was one of them.
An excellent place to visit, we spent some time here in the museum, well worth the visit! Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
