Pulled up by the orchard but unfortunately no pretty blossom this time of year, just thirsty looking almond trees, walking to GZ we could see cracks in the ground it was so dry.
The GPSr had us doing the left to right and back again thing, but found the cache in the end, signed the log and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache Sneaky Seeker
Cheers

There's a mess if paper in there but the current log book is in a small ziplock bag. I left a small sawn off pencil. Tftc
Found with 2011*turtle. Took our own pen but the log was too scrunched for us to be able to sign it. TFTC
Found it! Really needs a new log, as they are all scrunched! Didn't have a pen, so didn't sign log! Bring own pen for next cacher!
Lovely grove but the log was impossible to sign. Looks like it has been scrunched up & wet at some stage. Left a post it for a quick fix hope that was ok
Found this one but the log book is completely ruined. Could use a bit of love to get it fixed up again!
At last we have a nice sunny day that is not cold to go caching in, out with Locus Cache and Honeysucker for a good part of the day, today we are going for our 1000th find so down south is the target area, we got to see some wonderfull sights and find some really good caches, we look forward to returning to the southern areas to do some more caching : ) TFTC
Log was soaked and fallen into bits. Bad luck we missed the Almonds in full bloom. TFTF
Sioux was off and looking before I was and found, me being the straggler, was still required to look for it.
After getting all the other caches in the area this was the last one to tackle on my drive to work. Was a little slippery in the almond grove, but managed to find the cache which was nestled amongst lots of spider webs. Got a stick in case the owners of the webs were still in residence, but didn't see any. Retrieved the cache, signed the log and replaced before heading off to work. Thanks for the cache Sneaky Seeker.
Volleys aren't a good idea in the wet. Found it nice and quick when I looked in the right spot though. TFTC
It's times like these you want a grabby hand! Carefully extracted cache from redback nest, signed and left. Found with shotflames, TFTC
I can say not a huge fan of spiders, but thankfully Bek-TheRaccoon could retrieve it. Log book could use some maintenance.
Margieh got out the car and start looking while I had a drink then I joined in the search see had the wrong tree all together as I walked straight up to the cache see blamed the GPS but we have all heard that before.

Baled out the car thinking I will beat Dazza to the cache.. Two trees so you guessed I picked the wrong one... Dazz found it while I was still looking..
Thanks Sneaky Seeker for the cache

First time while out meet two other cachers kat73 and tauris 00025 nice to meet people with a similar interest TFTC
GPS took me to a different tree. But I took one look at the tree and went "Nup. If I was hiding a geocache I'd hide it in the tree over there." And sure enough, there it was!

Mr Tardis was on a caching run through the Happy Valley area today. Wow, that's a nice patch of old almond trees that I didn't know were there. A quick find in the logical place. Most of the paint has worn off the cache container so it's rather white and easy to see, so I covered it with some leaves.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Sneaky Seeker.

My muggle partner, muggle step son and I were headed to Morphett Vale for the day to visit their respective mother and grandmother.
Knowing I could get a cache or two there for my daily cache, and also not wanting to use an archived cache as my one find for the day, I had found Hogarths Hero's this morning and then went out to get at least one cache down south.
One became four, as it does!
I have driven past the road into this cache so many times but for various reasons I have not been able to stop here!
Today I made a beeline for Almond Blossom and while there were no pretty blossoms, there were pretty green leaves and shade on a hot day! [^]
This was a quick locus cache after I found the right GZ but it took longer to replace the cache as I had to wander around making out I was taking photos of the trees for a while as a muggle neighbour came and sat on his front porch watching me while he had a smoke, I think, just as I went to put it back.

Found on our way to a family Christmas gathering. Log book needs replacing-has been water damaged. TFTC
Spent some time this afternoon caching an area we don't often get the cahnce to be in. Some friends are moving out of their house nearby so we were down this way today to lend a quick hand.
We had to wait out some muggle neighbours leaving their house, but it was a quick find after that. TFTC

We have seen almond blossom in Victoria and eaten the fruit from the same trees, but alas no fruit here tonight. SL TFTC
I had some spare time before cubs (for once), so I made a bit of a detour here. Quite spooky at night! Wrong time of year for blossoms anyway. Made the find quickly, and then was back down to the Scout Hall for some lessons on compass use, maps and trail signs.
Quick find! Pen ran out but found another. Log was a little soggy & camo appears to have come off but otherwise all good!
Another place I have never been but have driven past. Thanks for the history lesson! TFTC!
Went on a caching expedition with CPwanderer. One of 45 cache finds for the day. Thankyou Sneaky Seeker
Showers held off just long enough for us to grab this one!! Thanks SneakySeeker for the hide!
Found on a warm afternoon, caching with Team Ermalesh.

Found @ 1610. Quick find and good hide. Took a bit of time to get cache out of hiding place but managed it with a bit of urging. Great little park. SL TFTC

Found on my holiday around Adelaide area. Another hot day and plenty of good caches to be located. Soon had this one spotted. SL TFTC
the blossoms are out and smelling like the best honey ever! Snail convention at the site...brave geoteens eventually braved it! TFTC
Another find in our school holiday 'cache down south' afternoon. The cache was spotted easily enough, but it took a while to extract it from among the slugs and snails.
Just starting to rain when i came across this one, quick sign of log and back to car for shelter.
No 7 in the dance rehearsal cache run. Probably a bit less conspicuous in summer with leaves on the trees, although no obvious muggles or curtain movers.Log a bit damp, TFTC
Visited today with TB Red Rider and enjoyed a little bike ride through the almond trees no blossoms! TYFC
Had a nice day Geocaching. Well hidden, watch out for the slimy snails.
