First WP found and coords calculated and checked. Final location found but a wide search of the area revealed nothing. Suspect this one has sailed away.
#191 a straightforward multi which was a great help for the Mary Hyde challenge! 2 visits to locate the final which is damp but the replacement log in pill bottle is nice and dry so I signed that. TFTC
I was back again today, having passed here several times at night.
I brought a waterproof logsheet and pill container which are now in the original outer. Dried outer as best as possible and also removed the wet soggy swag that had turned to rubbish - including the rusty bulldog clip. Hhmmmm - metal swag in caches may just go rusty folk.

A quick multi to solve - Thanks for another smilie and puzzle.
Container saturated along with log book. Managed to scrape my details, however it does need replacing. Next time I come down here I will throw a spare logsheet and inner container in my pocket to drop in here unless already fixed.
Did you know that planning has started for a Mega Event in Wellington in 2018? Check out the details on the [Wellington Event NZ (WENZ) Website](https://sites.google.com/site/wenzgeo2018/home) or visit the event's page on [FaceBook](https://www.facebook.com/groups/590545297801072/)
Thanks to the Cache Owner who has gone to the trouble of creating this cache, determining the coordinates and then averaging them to make sure they are accurate, placing the cache and registering it online for our enjoyment. Without Cache Owners doing their bit, there wouldn't be a fun hobby that we all love - so again a big THANK YOU. For our bit, all we need to do is find and log the cache that was carefully placed for our personal enjoyment. As we log it we should consider that the Cache Owner also needs to maintain it - when the log sheet fills up, they must replace it. When the container becomes full of water, they need to empty it. When the container is broken, they need to repair it. When it goes missing they need to find or replace it. Well..... the great news is we can do our bit too - make sure your log doesn't take an entire page - just a name and date. If full of water, empty and dry the cache as best as possible. Be careful when handling the cache and make sure you replace it where you found it. If it has a bag, seal it. Just remember - the Cache Owner showed respect to you by placing the cache - please respect them and fellow cachers that follow you by being careful with the cache. And if you have a spare log sheet and the cache you are at needs one, please leave it behind. Finally, if the cache does need maintenance, please let the Cache Owner know - you can log a Maintenance Log or you can drop a line to the Cache Owner. Above all - have fun and remember the Geocaching Code.

#2404 Late evening dash to ensure I get this weekend's souvenir, thankfully it was a quick find. TFTC. Lovely park and good to learn a bit more about Welly's history. TFTC!
All my kids were out doing there own thing this morning and I had an hour or so to fill in...
It is Queen's Birthday Monday. A nice day in Lower Hutt. I had a few caches that I had been meaning to locate and this was the fourth one on my list. I like caches like this where I get shown things that have been there for ages but I hadn't noticed them before. I've been to this area dozens of times, maybe hundreds, and never noticed this little monument.
Thank you for bringing me here!

Quick easy multi while I eat lunch. Hardly anyone about on a Monday so no problems with muggles. TFTC
Did the maths then on to find the cache. Was about to Google what the hint meant when Mr called out got it! Nice quick multi with end point less than 100m away thanks for a quick multi
#1657. Decided to do several caches in the Petone - Eastbourne area today. This was the second one. Found the plaque OK and read my way through to find the information required to find the second waypoint. Then it was bit of maths and plugged in the coordinates. They seemed reasonable so headed off to the GZ, The hint was also very helpful. However the cache was well hidden so missed it on the first sweep. Looked about for other options but there was none. So went back and had a better look and this time I had the cache in hand. There were no trackables in the cache. Logbook was dry. Signed and replaced cache as found. Thanks for this nice quick multi.
Solved this one a while ago but area was a bit too muggled so vowed to return. Nice little hiding spot
A quick multi on our way to meet some friends, found the first information quickly and final was a short distance from info. Cache in good order, TFTC
A quick find with TregearP on a beautiful calm but cool Wellington Saturday morning.
All in good order, TFTC.
All in good order, TFTC.
Visited today and permanently relocated GZ due to earthworks in the area. Clues updated accordingly.
As per log below. We found the cache out in the open near a tree about 9 m away from where we think the GZ should be. There have been earthworks at the side with some trees cut down and large boulder (s) moved so will need relocating by CO. Will send CO cords of tree we hid the cache at base of.
Found eventually out in the open about 9 m or so away from GZ. There are some recent earthworks (tracked vehicle) at the site so possibly original cache hiding has been moved. Hid cache container at base of tree (seaward side) ~ 9 m from GZ.
Quickly found the required info and then off to well trampled final. Cache itself well hidden but eventually extracted. Thanks for the cache.
After spending a few hours out on Matiu/Somes Island today, I stopped to have a look for this cache on my drive back. After some quick maths at WP1, I set off to the final where I made a quick find of the cache. Thanks for a nice little multi!
Last cache for Christmas. Quickly solved and found. A bit of gardening around GZ but cache OK. TFTC
Quick find on a drizzly afternoon, nice view from here. Easy solve at waypoint 1 then onto the final. TFTC
Cool plaque, nice multi perfect day for it! no trackables tho....... looks like this one may be a black hole for them. TFTC
Pretty bleak around here today with the benefit that we had the area almost to ourselves for the search. Dropped off a GC but I am a little uneasy about that now as there did not appear to be any sign of the other GC that was dropped off here a couple of days ago. Tucked the cache back a little more securely than we found it. TFTC
Dropped off Rocky on my way past.
Happy travels.

My first multi! Cool spot for the first stop, been out here many times and never knew that existed! Tftc
A quick find with no muggles around today due to the poor weather. All in order. TFTC
I had to make a second approach for the final today as there were some workers doing some TO. I went further along the road and chased up a couple of caches before coming back where I was greeted by solitude, and an easy find. Day 9 of the multi challenge. TFTC
I like it when I can learn a little more about the history of this great little city. TFTC
A bit of guesswork because we're still getting the hang of it. Thanks for the hint.
After a long day of work and a few caches along my travels i finally made it into wellington and before settling in for the night I chose to collect a few caches not too far from where I was staying.
Great spot up here even though the weather was not the nicest and definitely limited my time out caching this evening. Had to wonder why there was lots so smoke filled cars in the carpark at that time of the night
THanks for the placement

Find 170... and 8th and final find for the day. Nice easy little multi to finish the day on.
Fantastic spot for a nice little multi. Took me longer to find the arguably-too-unobtrusive-to-serve-its-purpose plaque than it did to find the cache. Interesting historical info too. TFTC
Very busy spot here, with the good weather today there were lots of people fishing. Quick find once final co-ords worked out. SL TFTC.
Nice easy puzzle. When we got to the gz the cache was very exposed, so hid in a bush.
TFTC!
TFTC!
Checked it today. Glad to see all in good shape, and the cover has improved.
If you visit on a Saturday, you can buy some fresh fish right off the trawler that berths there. They'll fillet it for you, too.

Had checked this one out while I was passing the other day.
Left the signing for today to continue my current streak.
Got picked up from work at lunchtime by Mrs 1Grunta to go grab a cache for the day.

Had fun while on our cruise. Delay in logging due to spotty internet coverage. TFTC!
Quick multi on the way to a picnic at Eastbourne on a sunny Sunday. Car park almost full with SUV's and empty trailers. Easy find. TFTC
Quick solve and find. Breeze picking up and some white wave tops now. TFTC -TB
I my have to rename Jr Tyabee to No Gps Jr as i was working out the next waypoint he we and find the Cache only using the hint

An interesting little Multi that's quite doable even on Saturday when the boats in (and pick up some fresh fish afterwards ). Unfortunately recent storms have removed all the cover so you are now very exposed retrieving the cache. TFTC.
Dry and OK even if exposed. Covered it up so the casual looker misses the cache. SL TFTC
Nice easy wee multi. the cache was tucked in really well, but completely uncovered. Popped some cover on after putting it back. TFTM
Been here so many times, and never knew location one even existed. TFTC. Dropped of GC with a fishing theme.
Nice quick multi. I found the cache at the other end of the reserve and then wandered over to this one. Found the information I needed and did the sums. A short walk to a nice hiding place. Hardly anyone about today so no muggle issues. TFTC, Biggles.
Cache #711 - 3rd find of a lunch hour. Super quick multi- nice location. Dropped off a TB to continue its journey. Did with Downunder Wanderer. TFTC!
A nice quick multi with an interesting bit of information - thanks for showing it to me. TFTC
A really nice find on a bike ride from Melling to the shipwreck at Pencarrow and return. TFTC
Quick find. Lovely location on a sunny, Welly Winter's day! Interesting info, and nice easy solving of final coordinates.
First cache in a few days after the terrible weather over the weekend. Nice to be in the sun again!

Nice little multi to round out our morning reintroducing a friend to geocaching. Find #4 this morning. Miss2 traded a shell for a smiley-face token TFTC
Found by Rebecca + daughter (& friend)

#815 A nice little mutli - managed to put together the final coordinates easily enough and cache was soon in hand once arriving at GZ. TFTC!
A nice spot for a nice easy find. I have only just started looking for multi's and this was a nice straight forward one. The cache was easy to see so I covered it a bit better.
Nice spot here so a shame it has not been visited more often recently. We had just collected the information at the Way point when muggles arrived to clean up the area. Managed to find and return the cache while they were in another area. Thanks.
On my afternoon walk also grabbed this cache after a short search. Interesting spot. TFTC. Sherlock Hood.
